        9,9-Dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine functionalized phosphoindole oxides with AIE property for OLED application

        Aggregation-induced emission (AIE) has attracted widespread attention of late in academic and industrial circles owing to its diverse applications. Developing AIE-active materials for application in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) has become an effective method of improving device efficiency and stability. In this work, two novel luminogens (PIO-α-DMAc and PIO-β-DMAc) consisting of 9,9-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine and phosphoindole oxide were synthesized and systemically characterized. Their crystal structures, thermal stabilities, electronic structures, and electrochemical behaviors were studied. They showed apparent AIE properties and emitted strongly in the aggregated state. Non-doped and doped green OLEDs were fabricated using these luminogens as light-emitting layers, and exhibited high brightness, good electroluminescence efficiencies, and low turn-on voltages

      • 韓中儒敎文化認知:唐前“四史”韓半島文獻源流疏證及現代闡釋

        唐前“四史”中的韓半島文獻資料是東亞儒敎文化圈的歷史書寫。對韓國而言,這些屬於一種“域外之文獻”。 本文對唐前“四史”的韓半島文獻進行源流疏證與現代闡釋,認爲唐前韓半島文化認知有三個的基本特徵:一、從文獻增量看,相較于《史》《漢》而言,《三國志》《後漢書》中關於韓半島文獻的累增性,體現了對韓半島文化認知的漸進性特徵;二、從敍事模式上看,唐前“四史”中的《史記》《漢書》延續著“在重大歷史事件中展現人物性格、命運”的敍事模式變爲《三國志》《後漢書》中的“山海經”敍事模式,體現了對韓半島文化認知維度的更新性特徵;三從地理空間格局來看,唐前“四史”對韓半島地理空間的認知發生了兩次飜天覆地的變化。具體說,一是司馬遷首次將韓半島納入史學視野之中,形成了“漢四郡”地理空間的認知。二是陳壽《三國志》中將高句麗、東沃沮、三韓等地囊括其中,擴大了對樂浪郡(今屬朝鮮)周邊地域的認知。20世紀初,中韓兩國雖已超越了朝貢關係,但兩國在文化上依然同根同源,是東亞“儒敎文化圈”的重要組成部分。因此,唐前韓半島文化認知具有以下三個方面的現代價値:一、對於韓半島文化而言,唐前“四史”中的韓半島文獻是韓國文化悠久性的一大確證。二、唐前“四史”中的韓半島文獻是理解中韓文化的同源性一大鏡像。三、唐前“四史”中的韓半島文獻是中韓文化交流的見證。總之,唐前“四史”中的韓半島文獻成爲理解東亞儒敎文化的同源性,實現中韓文化對話的基礎。 Rooting from Chinese Pre-Tang Dynasty, China-Korea cultural cognition literature, for the South Korea, is foreign literature. By analyzing the Koreans’ Literature Origin of the Four Famous History Books in Pre-Tang Dynasty, this paper investigates that the Two Koreas’ cultural cognition before Tang Dynasty has there characteristics as follows:Firstly, the cognitive historical data is progressive. Secondly, the cognitive dimension is renewal. Finally, the cognitive pattern is pioneering. The significance of the cultural cognition has three important points: Firstly, for Korean culture, the Four Famous History Books in Pre-Tang Dynasty confirms the Korean culture has a long history. Secondly, the Korean literature is the mirror to understand the homology of China-Korea culture. Thirdly, the Korean literature is the witness of cultural communication between China and Korea.

      • Hyperspectral Response of Rice Canopy and Prediction of Its Chlorophyll Content in Cold Regions

        Based on field trials of different nitrogen levels, rice canopy chlorophyll content and canopy spectrum of its booting stage were respectively measured using the nitrogen balance index meter and the hyperspectral imager, in the Northeast of china. Analyzing the rice canopy spectral response characteristics under nitrogen gradient after canopy reflectance spectra were first extracted and filtered for noise, then the original reflectance spectra were transformed into the first derivative reflectance for further analysis. Stepwise analysis was carried out to select sensitive bands for canopy chlorophyll content by making correlation analysis and to build spectral indexes, and then chlorophyll content prediction models were generated and tested. After comparing, the two models with better estimation precision were the model with reflectivity at 572nm as a variable and the model with the index DSI(572,682) constructed the reflectivity at 572 and 682nm as a variable, the coefficients of determination R2 were 0.733 and 0.694, the root mean square errors RMSE were 2.9656 and 3.0346, and the relative errors RE% were 7.07% and 7.43%.

        Transmission of symbiotic fungus with a nonsocial leaf-rolling weevil

        Transmission modes of symbionts with fungus-growing insects are closely related to the stability of symbioses. As compare to social fungus-farming insects, transmission modes of nonsocial fungus-farming insects need to be further investigated. Euops chinensis, a nonsocial leaf-rolling weevil, harbors a symbiotic fungus Penicillium herquei in the specialized mycangium. Previous works have indicated that P. herquei is cultivated to host plants by females during oviposition process, however, it is still unclear when (before or after oviposition) and how P. herquei is transmitted. In this study, we observed fungal cultivating behaviors and adult bodies by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and compared isolation rates of P. herquei on ovary eggs, newly oviposited eggs, cradle leaves (leaf pieces cut before rolling cradles), cradles, and female mycangia. Fungal isolateswere identified by internal transcribed spacers (ITS) and cytochrome oxidase I (COI) genes.Wefound the female's serrated tarsi and comb-like setae on the abdomen were specialized structures for fungal transmission. Newly oviposited eggs showed 81.11% frequency of fungal symbionts, but ovary eggs did not showany growth of fungal symbionts. Isolation rates of P. herquei on cradle leaves, mycangia and cradles were 76.67%, 77.71% and 87.72%, respectively. Analyses of ITS and COI genes showed that isolated fungal strains belong to the same species. We concluded that P. herquei was transmitted before oviposition, and the female's tarsi are newly found specialized structures for fungal transmission. This study elucidates the cultivar transmission modewith fungus-farming attelabidweevils, and might be useful to study of other fungiculture mutualisms.

        A <sup>235</sup>U mass measurement method for UO<sub>2</sub> rod assembly based on the n/γ joint measurement system

        Fast-Neutron Multiplicity Counter based on Liquid Scintillator Detector can directly measure the fast neutron multiplicity emitted by UO<sub>2</sub> rod. HPGe gamma spectrometer; which has superior energy resolution; is routinely used for the gamma energy spectrum measurement. Combing Fast-Neutron Multiplicity Counter and HPGe γ-spectrometer, the n/γ joint measurement system is developed. The fast neutron multiplicity and gamma energy spectrum of UO<sub>2</sub> rod assemblies under different conditions are measured by the n/γ joint measurement system. The induced fission rate and the <sup>235</sup>U abundance, thereby the <sup>235</sup>U mass; can be obtained for UO<sub>2</sub> rod assemblies. The <sup>235</sup>U mass deviation of the measured value from the reference value is less than 5%. The results show that the n/γ joint measurement system is effective and applicable in the measurement of the <sup>235</sup>U mass in samples.

        SP1-induced lncRNA MCF2L-AS1 promotes cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer by regulating IGF2BP1/IGF2/MEK/ERK axis

        Objective: Cisplatin resistance is a huge problem encountered in ovarian cancer treatment. Our study probed the roles and the underlying mechanisms of lncRNA MCF2L-AS1 in ovarian cancer cisplatin-resistance. Methods: SKOV3 and IGROV-1 cells were subjected to gradually increasing concentrations of cisplatin to construct ovarian cancer cisplatin-resistance cells. Cell proliferation was evaluated by cell counting kit-8 and colony formation assays. Cell apoptosis was assessed using Annexin V and PI staining. The relationships between SP1, MCF2L-AS1 and insulin-like growth factor-2 mRNA binding protein 1 (IGF2BP1) were verified by RNA pull-down, RIP, ChIP and dual- luciferase reporter gene assay, respectively. Tumor xenograft experiment was employed to evaluate the effects of MCF2L-AS1 silencing on ovarian cancer cisplatin-resistance in vivo. TUNEL staining and immunohistochemistry were performed in tumor tissue. Results: MCF2L-AS1 and IGF2BP1 were upregulated in cisplatin-resistant cells. MCF2L-AS1 silencing suppressed cell proliferation of cisplatin-resistant cells, while promoted the apoptosis, suggesting that MCF2L-AS1 knockdown suppressed ovarian cancer cells cisplatin-resistance. Meanwhile, MCF2L-AS1 silencing enhanced cisplatin sensitivity in ovarian cancer parental cells and IGF2BP1 overexpression impaired cisplatin sensitivity of parental cells. MCF2L-AS1 activated IGF2/ MEK/ERK pathway through interacting with IGF2BP1. Transcription factor SP1 activated MCF2L- AS1 expression. MCF2L-AS1 knockdown inhibited ovarian cancer cisplatin-resistance in vivo. Conclusion: SP1-induced MCF2L-AS1 promoted ovarian cancer cisplatin-resistance through activation of IGF2/MEK/ERK pathway via interacting with IGF2BP1.

        Improved Temperature Characteristics of an Aspergillus oryzae GHF11 Xylanase, by In Silico Design and Site-directed Mutagenesis

        To improve the temperature characteristics of a mesophilic glycoside hydrolase family (GHF) 11 xylanase AoXyn11A from Aspergillus oryzae, both introduction of a disulfide bridge and the substitution of a specific amino acid were carried out by in silico design and site-directed mutagenesis. Based on the analysis of a known crystal structure of thermophilic xylanase TlXynA from Thermomyces lanuginosus, and the alignment of primary structures between AoXyn11A and TlXynA, one mutant AoXyn11AM with a disulfide bridge (Cys108–Cys152) was designed by replacing the Ser108 and Asn152 of AoXyn11A with Cys residues, respectively. Additionally, based on the analysis of amino acid B-factor values, another mutant AoXyn11AM-G22A was predicted by substituting Gly22 of AoXyn11AM (having the maximum B-factor value of 69.25 Å, with the corresponding Ala23 of TlXynA. Thereafter, two mutant xylanase-encoding genes, Aoxyn11AM and Aoxyn11AM-G22A, were constructed by site-directed mutagenesis. Aoxyn11A and two mutant genes were expressed in E. coli BL21(DE3) respectively, and three expressed recombinant xylanases, reAoXyn11A, reAoXyn11AM and reAoXyn11AM-G22A, were purified to homogeneity. The temperature optima of reAoXyn11AM and reAoXyn11AM-G22A were 60 and 65°C, respectively, being 5 and 10°C higher than that of reAoXyn11A. Their thermal inactivation half-lives at 50°C were 1.8- and 8.4-folds longer than that of reAoXyn11A. There were no obvious alterations after mutations in specific activity and enzymatic properties, except for the temperature characteristics.

        Closed-Loop Bifurcation Analysis for a Novel Moving Mass Flight Vehicle

        In this paper, nonlinear dynamics properties regarding a novel moving mass flight vehicle with large mass ratio are investigated based on bifurcation theory and continuation methods. Of particular interest is the impact of variation of command angle-of-attack and moving mass parameters on the controlled system. The nonlinear longitudinal dynamics model is established and the controller is designed using Immersion and Invariance method. Bifurcation analysis is conducted both from the prospective of static bifurcation and dynamical bifurcation, results of the closed-loop system are compared with the uncontrolled case. Numerical results obtained from bifurcation diagrams indicate that although the introduction of control system is capable of eliminating unstable regions caused by the variation of moving mass parameters, the change of command angle-of-attack still lead to Hopf bifurcation. Furthermore, analysis of limit cycle branch reveals the consecutive birth of Limit Point of Cycle bifurcation (LPC), then based on which a more detailed nonlinear dynamics process of the closed-loop system is analyzed.

        Comparative study on the Lower Silurian Longmaxi marine shale in the Jiaoshiba shale gas field and the Pengshui area in the southeast Sichuan Basin, China

        The Jiaoshiba shale gas field and Pengshui area are both located in the southeast Sichuan Basin with only 100 km apart. Although these two areas obtained shale gas flow from the Lower Silurian Longmaxi marine shale, there is a huge difference of production in these two areas where the Jiaoshiba shale gas field is more productive than the Pengshui area. In order to figure out the reason that caused this difference, this study analyzed the Longmaxi marine shale in these two areas by using drilling cores, and mineralogical and geochemical data. The results show that the Jiaoshiba shale gas field has a higher quality shale reservoir (higher content of quartz, higher porosity, higher permeability and higher TOC (Total Organic Carbon)) in the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation than that of the Pengshui area. The Lower Silurian Longmaxi marine shale in the Jiaoshiba shale gas field contains a higher total gas content (3.65 m3/ton in average) than that of the Pengshui area (1.19 m3/ton in average). Through structure analysis, this study found that the Jiaoshiba shale gas field and the Pengshui area located in the different tectonic units. The Jiaoshiba shale gas filed is located in the East Sichuan fold belt (wide spaced anticlines area) at the west side of the Qiyue mountain fault where less fractures are developed and the pressure coefficient is more than 1.5, resulting in much more free gas preserved in the shale reservoirs in the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation (the ratio of free gas content and absorbed gas content is 1.6), while the Pengshui area is located in the Hunan-Hubei-Guizhou thrust belt area at the east side of the Qiyue mountain fault where much more fractures are developed and the pressure coefficient is less than 1.0, leading to less free gas preserved in the Longmaxi marine shale (the ratio of free gas content and absorbed gas content is 0.6), that is why the shale reservoir in the Pengshui area has a lower total gas content than that in the Jiaoshiba shale gas field.

        A novel compound heterozygous mutation of SLC12A3 gene in a pedigree with Gitelman syndrome and literature review

        Background Gitelman syndrome (GS) is a tubulopathy characterized by hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypocalciuria and metabolic alkalosis, which is caused by mutations in SLC12A3 gene. Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the mutation of SLC12A3 gene in a pedigree with GS and analyzed the clinical manifestations. Methods Next-generation sequencing and Sanger sequencing were performed to explore the mutations of SLC12A3 gene in a GS pedigree that included a 59-year-old male GS patient and a total of 11 family members within three generations. Results A novel compound heterozygous mutation of SLC12A3 gene (c.1712T>C in exon14 and c.2986_2987ins GCT in exon26) was identifed by genetic testing in the proband. Moreover, we demonstrated that two brothers shared the same heterozygous mutation with the proband, but only one brother had the GS related symptoms. His nephew was the carrier of one mutation (c.1712T>C), and one of his brother, his sister and niece were carriers of the other (c.2986_2987ins GCT). Conclusions This is the frst study to report the novel pathogenic compound heterozygous mutation of SLC12A3 gene in GS. Our result further supports the lack of phenotype–genotype correlations in GS. Further functional studies are required to investigate pathophysiologic mechanisms of GS.
