        There are various methods that have been recommended for seismic performance of a building structure such as Displacement Coefficient Method, Capacity Spectrum Method, Direct Capacity Spectrum Method, Modal Pushover Analysis etc. Evaluation of seismic performance based on the these methods generally used for estimation of seismic deformation capacity and demand of a building structure in the performance based earthquake engineering. In this study, we can find out that the change of pushover curve considering PH connection and P-Delta effects makes a performance point different, too. Also prediction of system ductility demand for steel moment frame Compare to each system, and Capacity Spectrum Method is used to seismic performance of a building structure.

      • 오존산화된 이축연신폴리프로필렌의 열자격 전류 특성

        In this paper, Thermally stimulated current(TSC) spectrum was mearsured as a function of formation temperature, formation time, formation voltage and heating rate in a biaxially oriented polypropylene film of thickness 40[μm], which is better than polyethylene in the enduring characteristic against heat and dielectric characteristic, the variation of the TSC was observed by ozone oxidation. This measurment has been carried out in the temperature range from-40[℃] to 140[℃]. As results of the measurment, A,B,C,D peaks was made at 0[℃], 40[℃], 80[℃], 120[℃], respectively. B peak was made at the near second glass transition temperature is estimated the dipole polarization by microbrown motion, C peak is estimated to the polarization of ionic space charge. And, In according to the increase of oxidation time by ozone, B peak increased slowly and C peak increased rapidly after it increased slowly during first oxidation time of 15[Hr]. By initial rising method, activation energies of B,C peaks were calculated to about 0.57, 0.84eV, respectively. The hopping distance and mobility of C peak for pure specimen and ozone oxidated specimen 54A, 71A and 1.099×10??cm²/υ·s, 8. 55×10??cm²/υ·s, respectively.

      • 格子桁의 彈塑性擧動에 관한 實驗的 硏究

        格4子桁(Grid, Grillage)은 일반적으로 橋梁이나 建築物의 바닥에 널리 사용되는 뼈대구조물로서 本硏究에서는 몇가지 Type의 格子桁의 彈塑性擧動에 대한 實驗을 통하여 그 실험에 의한 결과를 本人 等이 작성한 프로그램인 EPAG(Elasto Plastic Analysis of Grillages)의 결과와 비교하여 프로그램 EPAG가 格子桁의 實際 彈塑性擧動을 알아내는데 實用的으로 쓰여질 수 있는 지를 검토하였다. 아울러 格子桁의 實際 彈塑性擧動을 보다 정확히 해석하기 위한 방향을 제시해 보았다. Elasto-plastic behavior of Steel grillages was Investigated through model Tests. Test results were compared to the results obtained by the E.P.A.G(Elasto-plastic Analysis of Grillages) And a method to predict aelasto-plastic behavior of Steel Grillages is presented.

      • 고층건물의 구조해석을 위한 컴퓨터 프로그램

        지금까지 개발된 구조해석용 프로그램이 고층건물의 구조해석에 적합하지 못함을 개선하여 고층건물의 특성을 살린 구조해석을 할 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발함으로써 앞으로 세워질 고층건물을 더욱 안전하고 경제적이 되게 설계 할 수 있도록 한다. 일반적인 방법에 의한 결과와 여기서 보여 준 방법에 의한 결과를 비교해 보면 15층 이의 건물을 설계할때는 일반적인 방법은 상당히 큰 오차를 가진 계산치를 얻게 하지만 여기서 제시한 새로운 방법은 실제 문제와 대단히 가까운 좋은 결과를 가져다 준다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이 새로운 방법은 증축을 예상하는 구조물의 설계이도 적용이 될 수 있으므로 그 활용범위는 대단히 넓을 것이다. Most of the strctural analysis programs are developed on such hypothesis that the hole building is built up in one step and the loading conditions are applied after the completion of the frame. But a high-rise building is built up not in one step but in as many steps as it's stories. Accordingly the dead loads must be applide through all the construction steps, while the live loads may be applied after the completion fo the frame. Here, we propese a new computer program for structural analysis of high-rise buildings. Some of the important points in this new program are as following. 1.Frame is not built in one step but in so many steps as it is. 2.Dead loads are applied through all the steps and makes the frame to deform. 3.After deformation, next step of construction and loadings are succeeded. Comparing results from this new program with that of others, we can make such conclusion that in structural design for high-rise buildings of about 15 stories of more, we design more economic and safe buildings by using this new program.

      • 다양한 해석법을 이용한 고층건물의 비선형 거동예측

        There are various methods that have been recommended for seismic performance of a building structure such as Displacement coefficient Method, Capacity Spectrum Method, Direct Capacity Spectrum Method, Modal Pushover Analysis etc. Evaluation of seismic performance based on the these methods generally used for estimation of seismic deformation capacity and demand of a building structure in the performance based earthquake engineering. In this study, a new improved method of seismic performance evaluation for a high-rise steel moment frame building, which take into account the higher mode effects and accurate inelastic seismic responses, is presented. And the various approaches including the proposed method are carried out for estimating deformation capacity for a high-rise building subjected to various earthquake ground motions and compared with responses such as plastic hinge formations, interstory drifts and energy dissipation etc. of inelastic time history analysis.

      • 비지의 영양학적 품질특성

        This study was carried out to examine the qualities of soybean curd residue for utilizing as foodstuff. The content of moisture, crude protein, crude fat and ash were 80.98, 3.32, 0.94 and 0.82%, respectively. The major fatty acids were linoleic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid and stearic acid. The hydrolysate of protein of sobean curd residue was composed chiefly of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, arginine and threonine, but the major free amino acids of soybean curd residue were arginine(234.1), ethanolamine (91.6), γ -amino-n-butyric acid(60.2), glutamic acid(55.8), valine(49.8), asparagine(47.3) and Iycine(48.3μ mol/100g).         It is very important that predict the inelastic seismic behavior exactly for seismic performance evaluation of a building in the performance based seismic design. But, it is difficulty that predict the building behavior of actual and exact in simplified load-deformation relation of structural material and members. In this study, story ductility capacity and demand of 3D building structure used to the Backbone hinge Model are estimated and compared considering the characteristics of load-deformation relation of structural material and members.

        Efficient seismic analysis of multi-story buildings

        The equivalent static force procedure and the response spectrum analysis method are widely used for seismic analyses of multi-story buildings. The equivalent static force procedure is one of the most simple but less accurate method in predicting possible seismic response of a structure. The response spectrum analysis method provides more accurate results while it takes much longer computational time. In the response spectrum method, dynamic response of a multi-story building is obtained by combining modal responses through a proper procedure such as SRSS or CQC method. Since all of the analysis results are expressed in absolute values, structural engineers have difficulties to combine them with the results obtained from the static analysis. Design automation is interrupted at this stage because of the difficulty in the decision of the most critical design load. Pseudo-dynamic analysis method proposed in this study provides more accurate seismic analysis results than those of the equivalent static force procedure since the dynamic characteristics of a structure is considered. And the proposed method has an advantage in combination of the analysis results due to gravity loads and seismic loads since the direction of the forces can be considered.
