RTK GPS 측량에 의한 토공량 산정과 DTM생성에 관한 연구

This paper deals with the calculation of earth volume in combination with RTK GPS and TS in the development district of residential land. It is the interpolation methods, the height , and the formula of volume calculation that the earth volume is calculated to compare with RTK and TS. As a result of comparing RTK with TS in the horizontal and vertical positions, the differences is 0.02m, 0.032m, and 0.100m at X, Y, and h. Through this results, the accuracy of RTK was confirmed, and took the average cut minus fill. The result was that TS has a lot of cut volume, and RTK has a lot of fill volume. and The cut and fill volume with RTK is much similar to that with TS, so it is applicable to the calculation of earth-volume. It is expected that RTK is applicable to a job site in no time and is the basis on the construction of DTM(Digital Terrain Model), the geometric correction of satellite imagery, and the construction of GIS database.

Cell-mediated immunity frequently becomes severely impaired after burn. However, the cause of postburn immune dysfunction is unclear and controversy exists over both pathophysiology and clinical relevance of these abnormalities. This study was undertaken to invstigate the immune responses in vivo of patients with burn. Levels of soluble IL-2R, a sensitive marker of T-cell activation, were measured in 26 patients with burn. Serum soluble IL-2R levels in patients with burn were significantly higher than those of normal controls. Serum soluble IL-2R levels were correlated closely with the severity of the burn. The burn patients were classified according to the outcome. Patients with fatal outcom always showd a higher soluble IL-2R levels than survivors. Postburn sera significantly suppressed mitogen-indeced lymphocyte proliferation. These data indicate that soluble IL-2R might be useful parameters for monitoring of the clinical course in burn patients.

<P>Aquaporin 8 (Aqp8) is a transmembrane protein that is selectively permeated by water and some small solutes, and physiologically contributes to acid-base equilibrium in the gastrointestinal tract. Here, we described the characterization and spatiotemporal expression pattern of zebrafish aqp8 (zaqp8) gene family, including zaqp8a.1, zaqp8a.2, and zaqp8b, during the early developmental stages. The expression of zaqp8a.1 started first in the lateral plate mesoderm at the 12-somite stage (ss) and then expanded sequentially to the dorsal aorta, intersegmental blood vessels and then to the dorsal longitudinal anastomotic vessel at 24 h post fertilization (hpf). At 28 hpf, expression of zaqp8a.1 was also detected in the embryonic heart tube. Four days post fertilization (dpf), strong zaqp8a.1 expression was detected in the gastrointestinal tract and liver. By 72 hpf, the expression of zaqp8a.2 was first detected in the primitive gut region but not detected in the liver. The expression of zaqp8b was first detected in the intermediate mesoderm at 10 ss. From 24 hpf to 6 dpf, the proximal convoluted segment of the embryonic kidney was marked by zaqp8b expression Overall, these differential expression patterns of aqp8a.1, zaqp8a.2, and aqp8b suggest that they possibly play distinct roles throughout the embryonic development by controlling or maintaining organ-specific cellular water homeostasis. Study Design: Retrospective study. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of sagittal alignment of the strut graft on graft subsidence and clinical outcomes after anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion (ACCF). Overview of Literature: ACCF is a common technique for the treatment of various cervical pathologies. Although graft subsidence sometimes occurs after ACCF, it is one cause for poor clinical results. Malalignment of the strut graft is probably one of the factors associated with graft subsidence. However, to the best of our knowledge, no prior reports have demonstrated correlations between the alignment of the strut graft and clinical outcomes. Methods: We evaluated 56 patients (33 men and 23 women; mean age, 59 years; range, 33–84 years; 45 with cervical spondylotic myelopathy and 11 with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament) who underwent one- or two-level ACCF with an autogenous fibular strut graft and anterior plating. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score recovery ratio for cervical spondylotic myelopathy was used to evaluate clinical outcomes. The JOA score and lateral radiograms were evaluated 1 week and 1 year postoperatively. Patients were divided into two groups (a straight group [group I] and an oblique group [group Z]) based on radiographic assessment of the sagittal alignment of the strut graft. Results: Group I showed a significantly greater JOA score recovery ratio (p <0.05) and a significantly lower graft subsidence than group Z (p <0.01). Conclusions: Our findings suggest that a straight alignment of the strut graft provides better clinical outcomes and lower incidence of graft subsidence after ACCF. In contrast, an oblique strut graft can lead to significantly increased strut graft subsidence and poor clinical results.
