Present studies were carried out to produce tetraploid plants by colchicine treatment using seeds, seedlings and shoot tips of Codonopsis lanceolata. Three tetraploid plants of C. lanceolata were produced from seeds which absorbed 0.1 % colchicine solution for 12 hours, and 0.5% colchicine solution for 1 and 6 hours from seedlings, respectively. But tetraploid was not produced from shoot tips treated by colchicine solution. Compared to diploid, tetraploid plants had larger stomata, but less number of stomata. Fresh weight of tetraploid plants was 1.4∼3.6 times heavier than diploid plants.

Present studies were carried out to produce tetraploid plants by colchicine treatment using seeds, seedlings and shoot tips of Platycodon grandiflorum in Campanulaceae. The most successful colchicine treatment for tetraploid production in P. grandiflorum was soaking treatment using 0.01 and 0.5% colchicine solution for 1 hour and 12 hours, respectively. Morphological characteristics of both diploid and tetraploid were similar, but tetraploid plants had more leaves. Compared to diploid, tetraploid had the larger stomata, but less number of stomata. Fresh weight of tetraploids was 20∼40% heavier than that of diploid.

요약, 경영환경 변화의 가속화와 고객요구의 다양화로 인해 기업은 경쟁력 향상을 위한 방안으로 기업자원관리, 고객관계관리, 지식경영 등에 대한 연구와 활용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 경영기법들의 통합이나 상호작용성에 대한 고려가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업프로세스적 사고를 중심으로 각각의 경영기법과 애플리케이션들이 서로 연동될 수 있는 통합적 워크를 로우시스템 구축의 필요성과 방법에 대해 논의하고 있다. 워크플로우시스템 중심으로 각 모듈들이 구축된다면 기업프로세스 개선에 있어서 비용과 효과측면에서 보다 나은 성과로 이어질 것으로 기대된다. 또한 TQM의 관점에서 경영환경 및 고객요구의 변화에 따라 지속적 개선이 가능하도록 구축되어야 한다.

To determine the recovery time from noise-induced temporary threshold shift(TTS), a prospective field study was conducted at three worksites where workers are known to be exposed high level of noise. Subjects were selected according to answers on a questionnaire which inquired about otological history and previous noise exposure, including avocational, military and occupational exposures. After excluding employee with past otologic problems, recent exposure to high level noise, and under medications, total 92 employees participated in the study. Among 92 participants, complete consecutive audiometric examinations were carried out at 0∼2 hours, 5∼7 hours, 14∼16 hours after worktime noise exposure on 26 participants wearing hearing protectors and 22 participants wearing no protective devices. The difference between the hearing level 0∼2 hours after noise exposure and 5∼7 hours is statistically significant by paired t-test(p<0.01). The median recovery times calculated from the data of 22 participants wearing no protective hearing devices are 15.6 hours at 4000Hz, and 7.7 hours, 10.3 hours, 8.4 hours at 1000Hz, 2000Hz and 8000Hz respectively. These data suggest that when measuring the pure tone audiometry for noise exposed workers, at least 16 hours noise-free interval is required.
삼첨판 폐쇄 부전증에서 연속파형 Doppler 심초음파 검사에 의한 우심실 및 폐동맥 수축기압 추정에 관한 연구

저자들은 16예의 삼첨판 폐쇄 부전증 환자에서 연속파형 Doppler 심초음파로 수축기 역류의 최대속도(PV), 가속시간(AT), 감속시간(DT) 및 감속율(DR)을 계측하여 심도자술에 의한 우심실 및 폐동맥 수축기압과 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) Doppler 법으로 구한 삼첨판 수축기 역류의 PV는 254.0±71.0 ㎝/sec, PG는 26.9±12.8 mmHg였으며 심도자술로 측정한 우심실과 우심방 사이 수축기 압차는 30±13.9 ㎜Hg였으며 이들 사이에 상관관계는 상관계수 0.84(p<0.001), 0.87(p<0.001) 이었다. 2) Doppler 법으로 구한 삼첨판 수축기 역류의 PV 및 PG와 심도자술로 측정한 우심실압 사이의 상관관계는 0.86(p<0.001), 0.87(p<0.001)의 정상관관계 였으며, 폐동맥압과는 상관계수가 0.82(p<0.001), 0.87(p<0.001) 이었다. 3) 삼첨판 역류의 Doppler signal에서 Deceleration rate는 PV, PG 및 심도자술로 측정한 우심실과 우심방 사이의 압차와는 상관계수 0.90(p<0.001), 0.92(p<0.001), 0.82(p<0.001)의 정상관 관계에 있었다. 이상의 결과 삼첨판 폐쇄 부전증에서 Doppler 법으로 계측한 peak velocity, pressure gradient와 Doppler signal의 deceleration rate로써 우심실 및 폐동맥압을 추정 할 수가 있었다. To determine noninvasive estimation of systolic right ventricular and pulmonary artery pressure by continuous wave Doppler echocardiography. We analyzed continuous wave Doppler echocardiography and cardiac catheterization data in 16 patients with tricuspid regurgitation undergoing right heart catheterization. Peak velocity of systolic tricuspid regurgitation flow by continuous wave Doppler echocardiography was 254.0±71.0 ㎝/sec and calculated pressure gradient between right ventricle and atrium was 26.9±12.8 ㎜Hg. Peak velocity and pressure gradient of systolic tricuspid regurgitation flow in continuous wave Doppler echocardiography significantly correlated with systolic right ventricular pressure (r=0.84 p<0.001, r=0.87 p<0.001) and systolic pulmonary artery pressure (r=0.82 p<0.001, r=0.87 p<0.001) measured by right heart catheterization. Deceleration rate of systolic tricuspid regurgitation flow significantly correlated with peak velocity (r=0.90 p<0.001) and pressure gradient (r=0.92 p<0.001) by continuous wave Doppler echocardiography also significantly correlated with systolic pressure gradient (r=0.82 p<0.001) between right ventricle and right atrium measured by right heart catheterization. In conclusion, we could noninvasively estimate systolic right ventricular and pulmonary artery pressure in the patients with tricuspid regurgitation by analyzing peak velocity, pressure gradient and deceleration rate by continuous wave Doppler echocardiography.

지난 해 우리나라 수출은 5,482억 불, 수입은 5,195억 불로 2년 연속 1조 달러 무역시대를 열며 세계 무역 8위에 진입하였다. 이러한 경제 성장에 힘입어 화물 수송 또한 2000년을 100으로 할 때 2011년 지수는 116으로 784백만 톤을 수송한 것으로 조사되었다. 비록 고유가 시대에서 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있는 녹색교통수단인 철도의 전체 수송량은 점진적은 감소 추세이지만 컨테이너 수송량은 지속적인 증가세를 이어가고 있으며, 철도수송에서의 컨테이너의 중요성은 더욱 더 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보다 효율적인 철도물류시스템 운영을 위하여 철도로 수송되는 컨테이너 물동량에 대한 회귀분석을 이용한 예측 모형을 수립하고 이에 대한 평가를 시행하였다. The export volume of last year was US$ 548 billion and import volume was also reached US$ 520 billion so the total trade volume of Korea surpassed US$ 1 trillion for two consecutive years which marked 8th largest trading country in the world. Thanks to this economic growth, the transportation volume of freight recorded 784 million ton in 2011 and the index of transportation rose up to 116 in Korea. Although railway is an example of green transportation mode for sustainable growth in the era of high oil price, the freight volume of railway has been reduced gradually except container traffic volume which is becoming a leading item of railway freight market. So in this paper, we developed and tested a forecasting model for railway container transportation volume by using regression analysis for better operating efficiency of railway freight system.
