      • Drosophila busckii의 韓國集團에서 있어서 同位酵素 多形現象

        Genetic structure and variability were investigated in four Korean populations of Drosophila busckii. Eight allozyme loci were analysed by means of starch gel electrophoresis. The proportions of polymorphic loci and loci heterozygous per individual were estimated to be 0.25 and 0.051, respectively. The average genetic similarity between four populations was found to be S―=0.977. This value is similar to the other Drosophila populations reported. However, the gene variation of D. busckii in this study appeared to be the least variable among 28 Drosophila species reported. It is suggested that the low gene variation in D. busckii might be due to adaptation of this species to a narrow niche, but the possibility of occurrence of the random drift cannot be excluded.

      • Capillaria hepatica 感染白鼠에 있어서 蟲卵抗原을 이용한 免疫診斷에 관한 比較硏究

        Comparative studies were performed for Capillaric hepatica antibodies with following immunodiagnostic assays : circumoval precipitation reaction(COP) with lyophilized eggs as antigen, indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT) with sectioned egg antigen, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) with soluble egg antigen and counterimmunoelectrophoresis (CIEP) with soluble egg antigen. In the first part of this study it was found that every type of egg antigens used were effective and showed almost equal sensitivities with proper immunodiagnostic methods. Additionally, antibodies to C. hepatica were detectable only during short period after experimental infection of embryonated eggs. Sera from 40 white rats infected with 2,000 eggs orally were collected randomly between three and nine weeks after infection and the infection with C. hepatica was identified by necropsy. COP, ELISA & CIEP had diagnostic sensitivities of 85.0% and IFAT, 82.5 %. Sera from 5 white rats infected with 2,000 eggs were collected periodically to observe the changing patterns of antibody titers by IFAT and ELISA, which showed that high titers were detected at weeks 3 and 5, then gradually declined through weeks 9 until to negatively converted at weeks 13. The immunodiagnostic method of choice was recommended as ELISA since the antibodies were detectable with lowest protein contents(1.25 ㎍/ml) of antigen and highest dilution of sera (1 : 3,000), even though the equal sensitivity with other methods by different antigen and antibody conditions.

      • 기업의 자금 조달과 투자 결정, 배당의 상호작용에 관한 실증연구

        본 연구는 기업의 자금 흐름 측면에서 주요 재무의사결정 변수간의 상호 관련성을 고려하여 각 변수간의 실증적인 관계를 파악하였다. 구체적으로 기업의 주요 재무 의사결정 변수인 주식 자금조달 금액, 부채 자금조달 금액, 투자금액, 배당금액을 내생변수로 선정하고 이들에 영향을 주는 외생변수들을 선정한 후에 이들간의 실증적인 관계성이 어떠한지 연립방정식 모형을 설정하였다. 검정가설은 각 내생변수간의 독립적인 관계를 귀무가설로 설정하고 이단계 최소 자승법과 삼단계 최소 자승법을 사용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 검증 결과 주요 재무변수간에는 독립적인 관계를 부정할 만한 증거를 얻을 수 없었다. 본 연구는 재무의사결정간의 실증적인 관계성을 파악함에 있어서 기업의 자금흐름 측면에서 상호 관련성을 인정하여 연립방정식을 사용한 점에 그 공헌점이 있다. This study focuses on the empirical relation among the variables considering interrelation of critical financing decision variables in the side of fund flow of firms. This study selects main financing decision variables i,e, financing amount by issuing stock, debt amount, dividend amount as endogenous variables and examines the empirical relation among exogenous variables influencing endogenous variables using the simultaneous equation model. We set the null hypothesis as independent relation among endogenous variables and tests by two stage least square and three stage least square method. The result of this study shows independent relation among critical financing decision variables. The contribution of this study is to use simultaneous equation model to examine empirical relation among critical financing decision variables considering interrelation in the side of fund flow of firms.

      • MIN-MAX SOFM과 객체 분석을 이용한 얼굴 검출 알고리즘 개발

        This paper proposes a face region detecting algorithm in stream images. The main limitation of current face detection researches is the front face detection. But, the face detection in stream images needs to extract features in various angles. Current algorithms also are not enough to be applied to the real world from the several limited arguments as uniform luminous intensity, simple background, etc. This reserch suggests a detection algorithm of stream face images which is regardless of these limit arguments. The firs stage supports a proposition of MIN-MAX SOFM(self organizing feature maps) by applied MIN-MAX theory in SOFM which is independent on luminous intensity. After the first stage, the small regioin removing algorithin is processed for loss regions in SOFM output mode. We propose a histogram object analysis method which selects speedy recognized regions and a frame based moving detection method by moving real images.

        9-12%Cr steel are getting increasing attention for expanded application as high temperature materials applicable for gas turbine compressors, steam turbine rotors, blade and casing. For efficient and extensive application of 9-12%Cr steel, the data in addition to the improvement of mechanical properties on the correlation of microstructural evolution and mechanical properties are inevitable and thus the investigation in this study is performed for the determination for the specimens heat-treated at 600, 650 and 700℃ for 1000, 3000 and 5000hrs. The microstructure of as-received specimen was tempered martensite, with a high dislocation density and secondary phases. Upon high temperature heat-treatment, the martensite lath got larger and dislocation density decreased resulting the reduction of the strength. In addition, sharp growth of secondary phases was observed in the specimen heat-treated at 700℃ for 5000hrs. A specimen aged at 600℃ and 650℃ Laves phase was observed. The hardness showed close relationship with the secondary phase particle and dislocation density.

      • 발광다이오드를 이용한 광질과 일장조절이 '딕시 화이트' 미니 시클라멘의 개화와 생장에 미치는 영향

        The study was conducted to investigate the effect of different light qualities and day lengths controlled by using Light-Emitting Diode (LED) of blue, red, or blue plus red provided by LED System on flowering and growth of F1 Cyclamen miniature. Cyclamen persicum 'Dixie White' seedlings which have raised for 170 days after sowing were grown under conditions of 20° C air temperature and 60% relative humidity. Day length was controlled by blue, re, or blue plus red light (1:1 in energy ratio) with 10 or 12 hr for 63 days. Photosynthetic photon flux in the treatments with 10 or 12 hr was about 100 or 83 μmol m-2 s-1, respectively. Fluorescent lamp treatment of 12 hr day length was considered as a control. Flowering and growth in all the treatments were significantly affected by light quality or day length tested in the experiment. Number of flowers, which opened above the leaf canopy, was higher in red light treatment with 10 hr day length than that in control. Days to flowering were the shortest in day length treatment of 10 hr per day with blue plus red light among the treatments. Blooming period was also the longest in red treatment regardless of day length and mixture light treatment, and thus above 20 days prolonged than that in control. Otherwise, number of unfolded leaves or net photosynthetic rate was not significantly affected by the different light qualities and day lengths.

      • Drosophila quinaria Species Group의 遺傳的 近緣關係

        The genetic relatedness among the Korean Drosophila quinaria species group, including D. nigromaculata, D. unispina, D. brachynephrose, and D. angularis, has been examined by using horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. The results showed that none of the ten isozyme patterns examined for these four species was identical. The average genetic similarity among the four species was found to be 0.440. The similarity among three species. D. unispina, D. brachynephrose, and D. angularis was 0.466. The relatedness was found to be closest between D. nigromaculata and D. unispina, showing 0.640. D. nigromaculata and D. angularis showed relatedness of 0.258. The results suggested that these four species appear to be genetically related at the level of sibling species. The percent polymorphism in D. brachynephrose was found to be 76.9%, showing significant genetic variations.
