Carbonic anhydrases catalyze the hydration of carbon dioxide and are essential for regulation of cellular pH and carbon dioxide transport. A carbonic anhydrase isozyme is present in sea bass, Lateolabrax japonicas and rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss. Carbonic anhydrase isozyme protein isolated showed specific protein band with molecular weight of 30 kDa and pI of 7.0. The isolated protein band was identified as a carbonic anhydrase isozyme.

The objective of this study is to review how universities in the Czech Republic operate the Korean language courses and Korean studies education program for degree students concretely. There are two detailed points in the study. One is the process of establishment and current status of the Korean Studies degree program at the Asian or East Asian Studies department in universities in the Czech Republic. Another is the curriculum of the Korean language courses and Korean studies degree program. The Metropolitan University in Prague and the University of Ostrava in Ostrava are the early stages of Korean studies and only offer Korean language courses for beginners. Palacky University in Olomouc is a developing university of Korean studies that operate practical Korean language of bachelor’s degree and master’s degree programs in individual academic divisions. And Charles University in Prague, the oldest history in Korean studies in the Czech Republic, is in the process of reorganizing Korean studies into regional studies. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the current issues of Korean studies education in the Czech Republic, presents new data, and suggests ways to develop the Czech Republic of Korean studies education. And the current status of Korean studies education in the Czech Republic discussed in this study can be common to many universities in Eastern Europe as well as in Central Europe. It is therefore that this paper will be a useful resource for establishing the Korean studies degree program in Europe.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Cu composite reinforced by three-dimensional (3D) graphene network was synthesized in a simple two-step process. First, a Cu disc was prepared by an axial compaction of Cu particles in a mold with a double-action oil hydraulic press. Second, CVD was conducted on that Cu disc at an appropriate temperature, flow rate, and pressure, leading to a Cu composite reinforced with 3D graphene network. Cu composites with different contents of either graphite or graphene were obtained by controlling the process parameters. 3D graphene network reinforced Cu composite is presented with a possible explanation for and characterization of the formation of graphene.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>Schematic diagram illustrating the processes involved in the synthesis of 3DGR–Cu composite.</P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Colon cancer is the third most common malignancy in both sexes of Korea. Here, we investigated anti-colorectal cancer effects of 1,2,3,4,6-penta-<I>O</I>-galloyl-β-<SMALL>D</SMALL>-glucose (PGG), a gallotannin from <I>Galla rhois,</I> and its possible mechanisms. PGG induced cytotoxicity and decreased proliferation of colon cancer cells without affecting normal colon fibroblasts. PGG inhibited clonogenic ability and induced apoptosis in cancer cells. One of the underlying mechanisms of the anti-cancer effect exerted by PGG, was owing to the induction p53 expression, a well-known tumor suppressor, and increased in P21, the representative target gene of p53. PGG affected cell-cycle- or apoptosis-related proteins such as cyclin E, CDK2, and Bcl-2, cleaved caspase-3. Also, PGG induced caspase-3/7 activity. A Remarks on the Kobayashi Pseudo-differential Metric

이 논문에서는 Kobayashi(-Royden) metric K_M에서 사용된 unit disk B 대신 unit ball B^m을 이용하여 그 정의를 일반화 한다. 이렇게 정의한 Kobayashi pseudo-differential metric의 일반화 K^(m)_M은 (z, v) ∈ T(M)에 대하여 K^(m)_M (z, v) = inf{||α||_m : ∃f ∈ H(B^m, M) with f(0)=z, df(0)a=v}이 된다. m=1일 때 K^(1)_M은 Kobayashi(- Royden) pseudo-differential metric K_M이 된다. 이 논문에서는 이같이 확장된 Kobayashi metric의 몇가지 성질을 논하고자 한다.

본 연구는 평가 매체가 유아의 이야기 이해력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 만 5세 유아를 대상으로 연구하였다. 평가 매체는 컴퓨터동화와 그림동화로 두 평가 매체간의 이야기 이해력의 차이를 알아본 결과 컴퓨터동화가 그림동화매체보다 더 많은 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 총 10회로 평가한 유아의 이야기 이해력은 어떠한 변화경향을 나타내는가를 알아보고자 하였고, 연구 결과 두 평가 매체 모두 점진적 향상을 나타내는 1차 경향으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of assessment media on young children's story comprehension and how story comprehension as the assessment media is changed. First, the assessment media affected on young children's story comprehension. The group listening the electronic book was more effective for increasing young children's story comprehension than the picture book. There was statistically a significant difference in the retelling between the group listening the electronic book and the picture book. But there was not a significant difference in the listening comprehension. Second, the changing trend of the story comprehension as assessment media appeared gradually increasing linear trend. Two groups appeared each increasing linear trend.
슬로베니아 한국어 학습자를 위한 한국어-슬로베니아어 기초 대역사전 편찬을 위한 연구

The purpose of this study is explain basic compilation principle of the Korean-Slovene Bilingual Basic Dictionary for Korean Language Learners in Slovenia. Thus, this study expects to be inflected in the publish of Korean-Slovene Bilingual Basic Dictionary for Korean Language Learners in Slovenia. The Dictionary is a quick and intuitive way to learning Korean words by 1650 head-words for Korean Language Learners in Slovenia. And therefore, the introduces a range of useful current vocabulary in the thematic 10 different topics, using artworks to display and label all the elements of everyday life with key nouns, verbs, and useful phrases. The illustrations in the Dictionary provide a quick route to learning Korean language. Finally, the final result of this dictionary will be a useful tool for students and teachers who are learning and teaching Korean Language in Slovenia.
