중공유리구에 고정화된 광촉매를 이용한 남조류의 증식억제

Photocatalytic inactivation of Microcystisaeruginosa was carried out with the TiO₂-coated pyrex hollow glass beads under the illumination of UV light(370㎚ wavelength). After being irradiated with UV light in the presence of the TiO₂-coated pyrex glass beads, Microcystis aeruginosa, known as typical cyanobacteria, lost their photosynthetic activity, and the colonies of Microcystis cells were completely separated into individual spherical one. Complete photocatalytic inactivation of Microcystis aeruginosa was obtained in about 30min. Photosynthesis activity of the cyanobacteria could be inhibited effectively after being reacted photocatalytically with TiO₂ immobilized hollow glass ball.
일 대학 부속병원의 마케팅 전략을 위한 이미지 조사연구

The main purpose of this study is to investigate an university hospital image of patients. The subjects of this study were 96 patients(in medical and surgical dept. subjects), admitted in an university hospital in Inchon. The main tool used for this study was developed by Kim, Ji Soo. It was composed of 32 items related to an image about an university hospital. The reliability of the tool was established.(Cronbach's α= .9074) The data was collected from August 1 to September 8,2000. The SPSS/PC+ statistical program was used for data analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The average scores for the hospital image of patients were as follows hospital scale(3.81), medical equipment(3.72), cleanness(3.72), reputation(3.61), community service(3.59), kindness(3.55), confidence with medicine and nursing(3.51), medical staffs(3.26), convenience for use(3.22), medical fee(2.70). 2. Four components of general characteristics were statistically significant in their relationships with hospital image. They were age(F=7.0815, P=.0002), marriage status(F=7.0271, P=.0094), educations(F=3.2991, P=.0145), occupation(F=2.0729, P=.0548). In conclusion, average hospital image score of the patients was moderate.(M=3.48) Therefore further studies and efforts are needed to improve hospital image for the hospital marketing strategies.

The high speed machining center(HMC) has been widely applied to manufacture a die and machine elements product in industrial field. Because the evaluation for HMC is not sufficiently performed, ineffective machining is occasionally conducted in machining industry. In this study, the dynamic characteristics of newly developed machining center is evaluated under running condition and the machinability is investigated experimentally. Also, the in-process measuring instrument which can measure the tool wear on the machine were developed by using the CCD and exclusive jig and calibration instrument for tool wear measurement.
Sol-Gel 코팅법에 의한 TiN/Al_2O_3/Tialon 복합체의 제조 및 분석에 관한 연구

TiN/Al_2O_3/Tialon comlposite was prepared by sol-gel processing of alumina sol, TiN, AIN, and Y_2O_3. The resultant composite was calcined at 900℃ and a number of test bars were cut from the composite to press uniaxially and isostatically at 20,000 psi and to sinter at 1650℃ and 1,700℃ for one hour in nitrogen atmosphere. Examination of the bar showed the structure of the composite to be a mixure of closest packed microcrytalline materials, and its mechanical property to be available for metal cutting, abrasive, protective, and decorative object ;

Titanium oxide was prepared by the hydrolysis of TiCl_4 and was coated on mica. The optical characteristics such as reflection and transmission of the latter was studied. The effects of concentrations of TiCl_4 on the rate of hydrolysis, particle size of hydrolysis product (Ti0_2), and crystal induction time, were found to be quite reverse to the general principle. Graphical analysises show that the crystal induction time was shorter as the concentra-tion of TiCl_4 decreased. By proper regulation of the condition of hydrolysis of TiCl_4 solution, mica pigments of colours ranging from silver-white to red was produced. Their maximum intensity of light reflection and maximum transmittance were from 300 to 800nm and from 400 to 700nm respectively.

The high speed machining center(HMC) has been widely applied to manufacture a die and trial product in many machine industry. Because the evaluation for HMC is not sufficiently performed and the efficient cutting conditions can't be selected, a great loss has been caused in the cost aspect. In this study, the need of preliminary running time and unstable spindle speed is presented by the analysis of acceleration in idling. The Machinability for the TiAIN coated flat end mill and STD11(H_(R)C60) is evaluated from the trends of tool wear and cutting force according to cutting conditions. The resonance spindle speed is identified through the tool wear and natural frequency test.

In this paper, the dynamics of actuators for generating the input of plants is considered in a design of the variable structure systems. While the input for plants is usually implemented by means of a certain actuator, the actuator dynamics is not incorporated in most of the VSS researches until now. The control algorithm of a VSS incorporating actuator dynamics is presented. and the simulation is given the usefulness of the algorithms.
효율적인 임상 간호교육과정 개선을 위한 신규간호사의 직무분석에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine a frequency of job performance, level of urgency, index of importance experienced by new nurses of medical and surgical unit and ICU in Seoul and Inchoen. The samples were composed of 63 new nurses who worked at 6 hospitals. The data were analyzed using a SPSS program for descriptive statistics(numbers of job performance, level of urgency, Index of importance(job performance + 1/4 level of urgency)). Some of the most frequent job performance were specimen collection, v/s check, diagnostic examination, identification of hypoglycemic or hyperglycemic symptoms, aseptic technique in medical unit, application of infection control, and IM, IV, PO medication supply of and electrolyte in surgical units. In ICU the orders were the maintenance of skin integration change, identification of abnormal v/s assessment of neurologic changes, patient, observation of hydration status, and aseptic technique. That the highest degree of urgency were CPR and defibrillation for dysrrhythmia in three units. The highest index of importance were the maintenance and improvement of physiologic integration, Some of safety and effective nursing environment, psychologic and social care, and health maintenance and promotion in three units.
