      • 공조시스템을 적용한 석실 고분내 온ㆍ습도 분포

        Although the importance of good conservation of historic sites including ancient royal tombs is well aware, still not much attention has been paid for the facilities and systems to preserve those historic sites, which includes precious artifacts as wall paints and carved works, etc. Even the general understanding about the environment of the underground space of tombs is not satisfactory. In Korea, researchers have recently begun addressing the above issue and are making efforts to develop suitable HVAC(heating, ventilating and air-conditioning) systems for conservation of tombs. An experimental investigation was carried out to study the behavior of the HVAC system installed for a tomb. This tomb resembles in size and shape the original stone built tomb of Baek-je Dynasty, which dates back to 6th Century in southwest part of Korean peninsula. In this study, an HVAC system for a tomb(D×W×H=1.3m×3.0m×1.2m) was installed to maintain sui표 indoor conditions for conservation of tomb. The temperature and humidity inside the tomb were measured different of the setting. Finally, performance of the HVAC system is presented and discussed.

        낙상으로 인한 좌심실 파열 후 생존한 환자 1례

        Blunt or nonpenetrating chest injuries are common after motor vehicle accidents or falls. Blunt injury to the heart ranges from contusion to rupture. Cardiac rupture, however, is un-common and associated with a very high mortality rate ; left ventricular rupture due to falling is even more rare. We experienced a case of left ventricular rupture of the heart caused by a fall, which the patient survived. A 63-year-old man fell off a ladder and presented with hypotension from left hemothorax and pericardial tamponade. The hemothorax was relieved via an emergency closed thoracostomy but dyspnea and hypotension continued. And so, echocardio-graphy was done and pericardial tamponade was detected. Emergency left thoracotomy was done to repair the rupture site. We believe that patients with cardiac rupture who reach the hospital alive can often be saved by prompt diagnosis and immediate surgical treatment.

      • 동절기 신관리 석실고분 내부의 온·습도 분포특성

        개방된 고분의 장기보존은 조상의 얼이 담긴 문화재를 길이 후손에 물려주어야 하는 우리들의 시대적 사명이라 할 수 있다. 그런데 고분 내부의 공기조화를 필요로 하는 경우 설비측면에서 고분내부의 공기조화 문제를 검토한 사례는 그 동안 많지 않았다. 특히 고분 내부환경에 관한 온·습도 자료는 매우 제한적으로 알려져 있는 상태이다. 본 연구는 고분의 공기조화와 관련하여 부하산정 등의 기초자료로 활용하기 위한 고분내부의 온·습도자료를 원격측정 기술을 적용하여 획득한 결과를 소개하며, 이를 통하여 고분내부의 실내환경 조건에 대한 일반의 이해를 돕고, 더 나아가 공조기 설치에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 측정 연구대상은 충남 공주시 신관동에 소재한 신관리석실고분(충청남도 기념물 제 7호)으로서 백제후기의 횡혈식 석실고분으로서 현실의 크기는 폭 1.25m, 깊이 2.73m 그리고 높이 1.50m이며, 현실입구는 개방된 상태에서 실내 5채널 및 실외공기에 대하여 각각 온도와 습도를 측정하였으며, 본 본문에서는 동절기(12월부터 다음 해 3월까지)의 자료를 소개한다. In recent years the importance of the preservation of cultural artefacts like ancient tombs has been widely accepted domestically and internationally as the quality of life improves. However not much attention has been paid for the facilities and systems to preserve those artefacts. Even the general understanding of the preservatory environment of the underground space as tombs is poor. In the present study, the temperature and relative humidity inside a selected artefact, Shinkwan-ri tomb, are monitored to improve the understanding of the indoor thermal environment, which may possibly be used when one consider air-conditioning for preservation. Total of 12 channel data are collected by using remote data acquisition system based on the cdma(Code Division Multiple Access) technology. Three-month-data representing winter season is reported with discussions.

      • 소각재의 혼합비율이 모형매립조의 침출수 수질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 모형 매립조 실험을 통하여 생활쓰레기와 소각재 혼합비(소각재 100%, 생활쓰레기 50%+소각재 50%, 생활쓰레기 100%)에 따른 매립지 침출수의 수질특성을 분석하여 소각재 매립이 매립지에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다.. 침하속도와 누적침하량의 시간적 변화양상은 A조의 경우에는 변화가 없었으며, B조와 C조의 경우에는 시간의 경과함에 따라 강우와 유기물분해에 의해서 침하량이 두드러지게 나타났다. 소각재만 매립한 매립조에서 침출수의 pH는 강알칼리성을 나타내었다. 소각재 혼합정도에 따른 침출수의 pH는 평균적으로 각각 12.0 (소각재 100%), 8.0 (소각재 50%), 및 6.0 (소각재 0%)이었다. 소각재를 50% 매립한 매립조(Lysimeter-B)의 경우 생활쓰레기만 매립한 매립조(Lysimeter-C)보다 초기 침출수 중의 BOD가 더 높은 농도를 나타내어, 소각재에 의한 유기물분해 방해현상에 대한 가능성을 시사해 주었다. 소각재를 매립한 매립조에서는 소각재속에 다량으로 존재하던 염소성분이 침출수로 용출되어 나오면서 침출수 중의 염소농도가 매우 높게 나타났다. Through an experiment with Lysimeter, we analyzed the water quality of Leachate according to the mixing rate of MSW and Ash and we've studied the effects of reclamation of Ash to the reclamation land. There's no difference in Lysimeter-A, but the amount of Late in Lysimeter-B and Lysimeter-C differs sharply by the decomposition of rain or organism. The pH of Leachate in the case of just Ash's reclamation indicates strong alkali. The average Leachate's pH according to the mixing rate of Ash is 12.0(Ash 100%), 8.0(Ash 50%) and 6.0(Ash 0%) each. In the case of Lysimeter-B filled in 50% of Ash, BOD of early Leachate is higher than those of Lysimeter-C. And that fact suggests the possibility of disturbance of organic decomposition by the Ash. In the case of Lysimeter filled in only Ash, much chlorine in the Ash flow out in the form of Leachate which makes the concentration of chlorine in the Leachate rises very sharply.

      • 고분보존용 항온ㆍ항습 System의 동절기 운전특성

        본 연구는 여러 가지 문화재 보존영역 중 개방된 고분의 장기보존을 위한 최적 공기 조화 시스템의 개발을 목표로 하여 수행되었다. 고분의 장기보존을 위해서는 고분 내 공기조성, 온ㆍ습도 및 기류환경을 모니터하여 고분내 자연 실내환경의 기초자료를 확보한 수 고분의 주 구성요소인 석재 및 전재의 보조측면에서 문제점을 검토하여 최적 유지환경조건을 정의하고, 이상의 요구조건을 실현할 수 있는 공조시스템의 적용이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이 중 모형고분에 적용된 공조시스템의 동계운전성능에 대하여 소개한다.

        겸상적혈구 혈증에 의한 동통성 발작 1례

        The sickle cell disease are a group of hemoglobin disorders characterized by red cells that undergo sickle shape transformation when they are deoxygenated. Sickle cell disease is transmit-ted as an autosomal recessive trait. This unusual property, due to the polymerization of sickle hemoglobin results in anemia and vasoocclusive complication. 1) The most clinically significant of these disease are sickle cell anemia, sickle cell hemoglobin C disease, and sickle cell beta thalassemia. Symptoms of pallor, fever, abdominal and joint pain, enlargement of the liver and spleen, swelling of hands and feet first appear near the latter part of the first year of life. Intravascular sickling affects all organs. For clinical and therapeutic purposes, exacerbations may be classified as vasoocclusive or pain, aplastic, hemolytic or sequestration crisis. we experienced a 22 year old female patient who suffered severe multiple joint pain and back pain thought to be caused by vasoocclussive phenomena.

        The method burning completely the sulfur, by using the vanadium pentoxide in a current of the oxygen free of the sulfur dioxide, is employed to form sulfur trioxide. The sulfur trioxide in this gas mixture is absorbed by hydrogen peroxide solution and then converted to sulfuric acid. The sulfur is determined by titrating the sulfuric acid with standard sodium hydroxide solution after eliminating the carbon dioxide on warming.

        산소 소모법에 의한 액체 연료의 열발생율 평가

        액체연료들의 열발생율이 산소 소모법에 의해 측정되었다. 산소 소모법은 화재 시에 경험되어지는 대부분의 연료에 대해서 소모된 산소단위 질량당 발생된 열량이 근사적으로 같다는 원리에 기초하고 있다. 산소농도의 측정에는 상자성 방식의 가스 분석기가 사용되었고, CO_2 및 CO가스 농도 측정은 적외선 방식의 분석기에 의해 이루어졌다. 가스 분석기들의 시간지연은 고려하지 않았다. 배기가스 측정방법에 따른 결과들을 비교 검토하였다. The heat release rate of liquid fuels is estimated by oxygen consumption technique. This method is based on the generalization that the heat release rate of combustion per unit of oxygen consumed are approximately the same for most fuels commonly encountered in fires. The oxygen concentration is measured by analyzer of paramagnetic type. The concentrations of CO_2 and CO gas are measured by analyzer of Infra-Red type. Time delays of analyzers are ignored. Results acqired from measuring techniques of exhaust gas concentrations are compared with each other.

        우리 나라 재해 의료의 문제점 : 수원시 재해 대응 훈련의 평가를 통하여 본 ANALYSIS OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE EXERCISE IN THE MOCK DISASTER IN SUWON

        Natural or man-made disasters are serious enough to paralyse the functions of the nation or regional distinct and affect the property and lives of numerous citizens. The first two hours after occurrence of the disaster are critical for determining death or permanent disabilities of the casualties. The current Disaster Medical Service(DMS) System in our country adopts mainly civil defense model which focuses the cause of the accident, compensation of the victims, or reconstruction. So in the initial phase of disaster, the appropriate rescue and emergency treatment is not provided effectively. In order to assess and reorganize the current status of DMS System in Korea, the Department of Emergency Medicine, Ajou University School of Medicine, planned and conducted an emergency response exercise in Suwon city on April 28, 1995. The exercise, which took place near the Kyunggido Culture and Art Center, coordinated the efforts of the Suwon Fire Department and other related agencies. As well as providing training on emergency response, the exercise was valuable for identifying areas of weakness which will be address in the future.

        주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 아동의 지적수준에 따른 정신병리와 실행기능의 차이

        To investigate psychopathoIogy and executive functions of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) children according to intelligence level, this study included 197 ADHD children who visited the outpatient department of neuropsychiatry of YeungNam University Medical Center, from July 2000 to June 2002. The children were divided into groups based on their intelligence levels. They were compared by the Personality Inventory for Children (PIC), Conncers' Continuous Performence Test (CPT), and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST). There were significant differences in PIC, on the subscales of verbal development, socialization and autism. In the CPT, there was no significant difference. In the WCST, there were significant differences in the total number of errors, the number of perseverative errors, the number of completed categories and the number of trials needed to complete the first category. Considering these results, the intelligence level of ADHD children is related to their disabilities and behavioral symptoms.Executive functions such as abstract thinking, categorization, working memory and flexibility had significant relationship to the intelligence levels of ADHD children. Therefore, the intelligence level of children with ADHD influences the higher executive functions of regulating attention and information processing rather than attentional functions and capacity alone.
