        국립공원 관리를 위한 해양생태계 장기 모니터링 프로그램의 발전 방향

        생태계 변화의 모니터링은 효율적 생태계 관리를 위한 기초 정보 수집을 위해 중요한 과정이다. 많은 생태 현상과 그 과정은 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 진행되므로 국립공원의 지속적인 보전 및 효율적 관리를 위해 생태계 모니터링은 장기적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 장기 모니터링 프로그램 사례 분석을 통해 성공적인 장기 모니터링을 위한 방법으로써, 최적화된 모니터링 설계, 표준화된 운용방안 마련, 인적 자원 및 DATA 관리 체계 수립, 안정적인 재정 마련 및 후속지원 등을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 현재 10년 넘게 수행되고 있는 ‘HS호 유류유출 사고 해역 장기 모니터링 프로그램’의 발전 방향으로 적응형 모니터링 방식이 적용된 표준화된 프로토콜의 정립, QA/QC와 지속적인 자료 관리, 조사 항목의 연계성 강화 등의 구체적 방안을 제안한다. Monitoring ecosystem changes is an important process for collecting basic information for ecosystem management. Since many ecological phenomena and their processes take place over a long period of time, it is necessary to conduct long-term monitoring of ecosystems for the continuous conservation and efficient management of national parks. This study suggested an optimized monitoring design, standardized operation plan, human resource and data management system, stable financial preparation and follow-up support as methods for successful long-term monitoring through case analysis of domestic and foreign long-term monitoring programs. Based on this, it proposes specific measures such as establishing a standardized protocol with adaptive monitoring methods, continuous data management with QA/QC, and strengthening the linkage of investigation items in the development direction of the “HS oil spill accident long-term monitoring program” that has been conducted for more than a decade.

        구강 내 미생물에 대한 서양산 고추냉이(Horseradish, Armoracia rusticana) 뿌리 천연추출물과 합성 Allyl isothiocyanate의 항균활성 비교

        서양산 고추냉이(Horseradish, Armoracia rusticana)의 항균 성분 중 주 성분인 Allyl isothiocyanate(AIT)는 천연물을 이용한 추출이나 유기합성을 통해서 얻을 수 있으며, 이제까지 사용되고 있는 항균제품 및 식품첨가물들은 주로 유기합성법에 의해서 얻어졌다. 이전 연구에서 서양산 고추냉이 천연추출물의 다양한 구강 내 미생물에 대한 항균활성은 보고된 바 있으나, 유기합성한 AIT용액의 구강 내 미생물에 대한 항균활성은 아직까지 연구된 바가 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유기합성을 통해 얻은 AIT 용액과 서양산 고추냉이 뿌리 천연추출물의 구강 내 미생물에 대한 항균활성을 평가하였다. 항균활성을 평가하기 위해 최소억제농도와 최소살균농도를 측정하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 본 연구에 사용된 7종의 구강 내 미생물에 대한 서양산 고추냉이 뿌리 천연추출물의 최소억제농도는 약 117~1,750 ppm(0.0117~0.175%)이었으며, 유기합성한 AIT용액의 최소억제농도는 약 344~3,000 ppm(0.0344~0.3%)으로 모든 균주에 대해 항균활성을 나타내었다. 2. 본 연구에 사용된 7종의 구강 내 미생물에 대한 서양산 고추냉이 뿌리 천연추출물의 최소살균농도는 약 625.2~6,000 ppm(0.06252~0.6%)이었으며, 유기합성한 AIT용액의 최소살균농도는 약 1,750~7,000 ppm(0.175~0.7%)이었다. Allyl isothiocyanate(AIT), the principle ingredient of antimicrobial ingredients from horseradish root, can be prepared from extracts of horseradish root or synthetic method. It is reported that the horseradish root extract has the antimicrobial effect against various oral microorganisms, while there is no further study about the antimicrobial effect against the oral microorganisms of synthetic AIT derived from synthetic method. The aim of the study is to compare the difference of the antimicrobial effect between horseradish root extracts and synthetic AIT. To evaluate the antimicrobial effect, we measured the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC), and the results are like following. 1. The MIC of horseradish root extract against 7 kinds of oral pathogenic microorganisms is about 117~1,750 ppm(0.0117~0.175%), and the MIC of the synthetic AIT is about 344~3,000 ppm(0.0344~0.3%), which have the antimicrobial effects against all kinds of microorganisms. 2. The MBC of the horseradish root extracts against the 7 kinds of oral microorganisms is about 625.2~6,000 ppm(0.06252~0.6%), and the MBC of the synthetic AIT is about 1,750~7,000 ppm(0.175~0.7%), which have the antimicrobial effects against all kinds of microorganisms.

      • 유한요소법에 의한 호안의 강제치환 형상에 관한 변형예측 및 현장계측

        This study used the finite element method analysis to estimate enforced replacement shapes and replacement depth. The data were expected to be used as the fundamental data of the design through the comparison with the results of the elastic wave exploration and investigation. The results of the research are summarized in the following. (1) After dividing the breakwater into 5models, on which elastic wave exploration was performed, the enforced replacement shape has been obtained by the finite element method. The result was satisfactory compared to the results of the elastic wave exploration. (2) The enforced replacement shapes of the breakwater were compared in different ways; in the design, in the elastic wave exploration in field and in this study. While the enforced replacement shape in the design is substantially different from that in elastic wave exploration in field, it turned out to be similar to the results of this research. (3)If an enforced replacement shape is standardized in configuration of breakwater, depth of soft soil and th value of soil property, it can be used as the standardized section in designing breakwaters.

      • 국내에서 생산 판매되는 담배 각초에 존재하는 알칼로이드 함량과 주류연의 연기성분 비교 연구

        국내에서 시판되고 있는 69종의 궐련담배 각초를 재료로 하여 궐련담배 각초에 함유되어 있는 alkaloid 함량을 측정하고 궐련담배 주류연의 tar 및 nicotine 함량을 측정하여 비교분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 국내에서 시판되고 있는 귈련담배는 tar와 nicotine의 함량이 각각 5 mg, 0.5 mg 수준인 담배가 가장 많았다. 2. 국내에서 시판되는 궐련담배 각초 alkaloid 성분의 평균함량은 nicotine 15.7±1.8 mg/g, nornicotine 432±182 μg/g, anabasine 63±28 μg/g, myosmine 52±17 μg/g이었다. 3. Alkaloid 성분 중 nornicotine 함량은 타사 제품에 비해 A사와 군소업체 제품담배에서 유의하게 높았다. 4. 국내에서 시판되는 궐련담배 각초에 존재하는 nicotine의 주류연으로의 이행율은 10 % 이하였다. This study was carried out to compare alkaloids contents existed in tobacco shred, with major components in tobacco smoke from 69 cigarette brands being on sale in Korea. Alkaloids and cigarette smoke components were analysed by gas chromatography. Cigarette brands with the level of tar 5 mg/cig and nicotine 0.5 mg/cig in mainstream smoke were major in Korea. Mean values of nicotine, nornicotine, anabasine, and myosmine contents existed in tobacco shred from 69 cigarette brand were 15.6 ± 1.9 mg/g, 431 ± 187 ug/g, 62 ± 28 ug/g, 53 ± 16 ug/g, respectively. Nornicotine contents existed in tobacco shred of cigarette brands manufactured by A company and some small companies were relatively higher than that other three major companies. Direct transfer rates of nicotine from shred to mainstream smoke in most cigarette being on sale in Korea was lower than 10%. These results indicates that alkaloids contents in tobacco shred from cigarette have something to do with cigarette smoke components and this analysis have to fulfil periodically in order to obtain a basic information for quality evaluation of cigarette smoke in connection with smoking and healths.

      • 초등학교 아동의 태권도 수련기간에 따른 건강관련 체력의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare Health related fitness based on the duration of Taekwondo training. The participants were elementary school students 4th and 5th graders. The group divided by male and female groups. The period of Taekwondo training were divided to three groups. They were under 1 year, 1 year to 2 years, more than 2 years. After the experiments, following results were produced. 1) As the duration of Taekwondo training increased, the fitness factors of sit-ups and side-steps had statistically significant outcome. 2) The abdominal strength, the grip power per 1kg of body weight based on the Taekwondo training duration showed that the group who had the training more than 2 years showed higher tendency compare to the under 1 year and between 1 to 2 years groups. 3) For the cardiovascular endurance did not show any tendency according to the Taekwondo training duration. The between 1 to 2 year group, however, recorded the highest. 4) There were no significant difference on the characteristics of gender. The difference of the training duration also did not show any significant results. Male students, however, recorded higher than female students. 5) The results of the analysis on the characteristics of body, the training duration and the fitness characteristics showed positive relationship on the side-step which measures agility. The height showed positive relationships on the abdominal strength and the grip power. But, on the abdominal strength and the grip power per 1 kg of body weight did not show any relationship. 6) The body weight had positive relationships on the abdominal strength and the grip power, and had negative relationship on the abdominal strength and the grip power per 1 kg of body weight. 7) For the duration of the training, sit-ups which measures muscular endurance, side step which measures agility, and standing long jump which measures quickness. From the above results, continuous Taekwondo training effects positively on the health related fitness of the children. For more meaningful research, further researches are needed.

        The economic impact on the environment and human health caused by conventional chemical intensive agriculture is causing scientist to re-assess the development of agricultural systems. Pesticides and processed chemical fertilizers have been shown to becausing environmental disruption which will nudermine the resource base on which agriculture production depends. The rise of sustainale agriculture, integrated pest management, organic agriculture, and other forms of alternative agriculture are a result of varmers and researchers searching for new solutions to the problem of food production which does not endanger the all important agriculture are a result of farmers and researchers endanger the all important agriculture resource base. Organic agriculture is one approach which has been developing more quickly in recent years with increasing consumer purchasing power. Organic agriculture has shown itself to be sa or more profitable, and in many cases as productive as conventional agricultural methods on some crops. Further development of organic agriculture, and low-input agriculture will require further modification of policies which overwhelmingly support high imput, chemical intensive agriculture.

      • 우리 나라 유기농업의 현황, 문제점 및 개선방안

        Recently government and general public have realized that recent agricultural practices have caused problems on soil properties, natural ecological systems, and environmental pollution also, due to the rapid economic growth, trade policy has to be advanced, import restrictions to protect domestic agricultural products are getting difficult in the international society. Trade liberalization will general marketing competition of our domestic agricultural products, and up with surplus problem. Now, environmental protectionism is getting popular, and organic farming is first initiated with main concern and submitted the national. proposal in the convention meeting of all agricultural societies. The aim of this paper is trying to report and discuss with you about present situation of organic farming research progress, on-going research, production aspects and problems or constrains in Korea.

      • 지방공무원의 행정개혁에 대한 수용성과 그 영향요인

        이 연구는 박근혜 정부가 추진 중에 있는 행정개혁인 정부3.0에 대한 지방공무원들의 수용성을 연구하였다. 행정개혁은 그 집행주체인 일선 공무원들의 반응을 통해 구체화될 수 있기 때문에 일선공무원들의 행정개혁에 대한 수용성은 개혁결과에 상당한 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문이다. 분석결과, 지방공무원들은 정부3.0을 통한 기대효과들 중 국민과 소통하는 정부, 관료적인 행정서비스 개선, 수요자 중심의 행정, 투명한 정부, 정부부문의 혁신 등에 대한 기대감이 클수록 수용성이 높아짐을 알수 있었다. 또한 정부3.0의 방향성에 대해서는 국가정보 인프라 강화, 혁신적인 조직문화의 조성, 정보공개의 확대 등에 초점을 맞추어야한다는 응답이 높을수록 수용성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. This paper tries to find out local government officers’ Acceptance on Administrative Reform that President Park’s central government is pursuing. Their acceptance may have major impact on the results of the administrative reform since the reform could be formalized by the response expressed by local government officers. According to an empirical research results, it was proven that the more such expectations get bigger as government’s communication to citizens, the improvement of bureaucratic services, citizen- focused administration, clean-minded culture and reform on government divisions, the bigger the acceptance were made by local government officers. In addition, they also mentioned the administrative reform should be directed to reinforce national IT infrastructure, to construct an innovative organization culture, to expand the release of information and so on.

      • 진공 승화법에 의한 금속 디티조네이트 화합물의 분리거동과 물질전달

        The heating temperature, vacuum condensing point, velocity of sublimation and distance of diffusion were measured according to the change of vacuum degree of metal dithizonates by vacuum sublimation method. Mass transfer was studied with their diffusion coefficient and mass transfer coefficient. Results obtained on the sublimatographic character of metal dithizonates are as follows; 1) t_(h)-V.C.P. graphs were obtained according to the heating temperature and change of vacuum degree and V.C.P. was increased according as vacuum degree is lower and heating temperature higher. 2) G-V.C.P. graphs obtained according to V.C.P. vs velocity of sublimation and velocity of sublimation was increased according as V.C.P. was higher. 3) The vapor pressure, velocity of sublimation and mass transfer coefficient of metal dithizonates are calculated by experimental data; P_(s)=kGⁿ k=0.63~0.80 n=0.12~0.23 _(r)P_(s)=k'Gⁿ' k'=0.43~0.83 n'=0.18~0.31.
