        모니터 조립 라인의 현장 관리 시스템 개발

        The shop floor management system is the key application that monitors and controls production flows for the purpose of productivity improvement in manufacturing plant. In this study, we designed and developed a shop floor management system for a computer monitor assembly plant under client server computing environments. The developed system is designed and developed under object oriented concepts utilizing UML methods to act as an information cockpit which collects and visualizes the flows of production.

      • 용융 알미늄합금의 산화피막 강도측정에 관한 연구

        This study carrys out to determine the strength of oxide skins of Al alloy melts as the practical alloy for automobile piston. This has been observed by Rotational Die Movement Equiment for the temperature range from 600℃ to 750℃ and oxidation time range from 10min to 60min. This method was able to quantify the strength of oxide skins of the molten alloys and had ±3% experimence error range. This strength of oxide skins of the molten alloys were much more affected by oxidation temperature than oxidation time.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of the experimental and practical education in high school earth. The present status and reasonable management of the experimental and practical education in high school earth science have been grasped from the questionaires. To do this, eighty eight earth science teachers in Korea are administered questionaires. The frequency of the experimental and practical items in the seven kind of earth science text books were investigated. The problems and the reasonable management for experimental and practical education were proposed in this paper.

      • 직접강도법에 의한 축대칭 원추형 쉘의 단순화 해석

        The stress analysis concerned with axisymmetrically loaded axisymmetrical structures, such as pressure vessels, rockets, cooling towers, roof domes and storage tanks, has been researched with a lot of difficulties. The elements of revolution using the finite element method enable these problems to be analyzed with a high degree of confidence. This research focuses on the efficient conduct of the thin axisymmetric shells subject to axisymmetrical load which was idealized by a series of conical frustum-shaped elements that was suggested by Grafton and Strome and later extended by Percy. In this study, this research mentioned above is extended to the conical shell whose end is fixed to simplify the methodology of the analysis of any kinds of axisymmetrically loaded axisymmetrical shell structures. To demonstrate the validity and simplicity, the results of the proposed method were compared with the numerical solution SAP90 and got agreeable results.

        1. Optimum training intensity standardizing % VO₂max. In case of exercising with the object of improving physical fitness, 50% VO₂max level intensity is very effective and exercising with a few minute of training duration 70∼80% VO₂max level intensity is suitable. To get training effect, above 60% VO₂max level intensity must be done, aerobic capacity improve at 75% VO₂max level. Generally, 75∼85% VO₂max level is used in athletic events, and 85∼95% VO₂max level is used for long distance running. 2. Optimum training intensity standardizing % HRmax. Age differences must be taken into consideration in order to set up training intensity with % H. Rmax as it was and relative heart rate must be used. Teh range of training intenstity is 60 to 90% HRmax level. In general, the standard intensity is 70 to 90% HRmax level. 3. Optimum training intensity standardizing metabolic alternation. There are significant changes of VO₂max and AT???at AT level and above AT level, but no change in LT, AT at below AT level.

        임상가검물과 파라핀 포매 조직에서 PCR법을 이용한 결핵균의 검출

        PCR을 이용한 임상가검물 중에서 보편화된 객담 이외에 미량의 각종 체액과 임상에서 많이 실시하지 않는 파라핀 포매 조직에서의 결핵균 검출을 실험하여 그 활용 가능성을 규명하고자 하였다. 임상가검물인 체액 65예는 항산성 염색과 배양검사, PCR을 실시하였고, 파라핀 포매 조직 50예는 항산성 염색과 병리조직학적 진단, PCR을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 본 실험 검체 중 임상가검물인 체액에서 항산성 염색 음성인 검체 중 12.1%,배양검사에서 음성인 검체 중 3.7%에서 PCR양성의 결과를 보였고, 파라핀 포매 조직에서는 항산성 염색 음성인 검체 중 20.0%에서 PCR양성의 결과를 얻어 PCR이 민감도와 특이도가 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. This study has been carried out to investigate the sensitivity of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method over conventional acid-fast bacilli (AFB) staining and/culture methods for the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis from trace body fluid and paraffin-embedded tissues (PET) specimens. A total of 65 cases were employed for the AFB staining and culture test, and a total of 50 cases were subjected to PCR and histopathological analysis. Among the specimen showing negative reaction to AFB staining, 12.1% were positive to PCR and 3.7% of the specimen representing negative result to culture test showed positive reaction to PCR. In addition, 20.0% of the specimen with AFB negative showed positive reaction to PCR. From these results, it could be concluded that PCR method overwhelms AFB staining and culture tests in sensitivity and specificity to .M. specificity to tuberculosis detection.

      • 都市住居空間에서의 中心性 解釋에 관한 硏究

        This study first investigates the concept and the meaning of centrality from the viewpoint of CHe-Yong-Sang theory as applied to architectural space and secondly investigates the way in which the centrality of modern urban dwelling space is perceived. The findings indicate that the centrality of modern urban dwelling space is perceived in more complex manners than is the case with the traditional dwelling space. While the centrality of dwelling space is observed at different locations, its significance persists in the urban dwelling space.

      • 메기, Parasilurus asotus 사료의 최적 단백질 함량

        새로운 양식 대상종으로 메기의 생산량 증가를 위하여 사료 중 최적 단백질 함량을 설정 하고자 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 평균 체중 약 7g되는 메기 치어의 체중은 사료중 단백질 함량 25%~55% 사이에서 단백질 함량이 높은 사료를 공급할수록 증가하였으나,근육 단백질의 증가는 45% 부근에서 최고치에 달하였으며,그 이상으로 사료 단백질 함량을 증가시켜도 변화가 없었다. 단백질 효율 및 정미 단백 이용율은 25% 부근에서 최고치에 달했지만 45% 부근에서 일시적으로 증가하여 단백질 함량 45% 실험구가 가장 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 멸치분을 단백질 원으로 하였을 때 메기 치어 사료의 최적 단백질 함량은 45%로 사료된다. Feeding trials were conducted for a test of the optimum dietary protein levels for the fingerling Korean catfish, Parasilurus asotus. The growth response was examined in terms of weight gain, feed coefficient, protein efficiency ratio and net protein utilization for 8 weeks at 23~27℃. Within a range of 25 to 55% crude protein levels in the diet, the body weight increased while the dietary protein level increased. Accumulation of protein in the body reached the maximum when the crude protein level in the diet was at 45%. These results indicate that the optimum dietary protein level of fingerling Korean catfish was about 45% when anchovy meal was used as the protein source.
