      • 富歸芍藥散이 白鼠의 排卵에 미치는 影響

        Dangguijagyagsan(DGJYS) is used in infertile. An attempt was to evaluate the influences of DGJYS on the serum concentrations of FSH, LH and estrogen, the histolgical and optical changes of ovary. The results of the study were as follows : 1. Blood FSH level increased in experimental group as compared with control group on 5th day and 10th day, which showed no efficacy. 2. Blood LH level decreased in experimental group as compared with control group on 5th day and 10th day, which showed no efficacy. 3. Blood E2 level increased in experimental group as compared with control group on 5th day and 10th day, which showed no efficacy. 4. In histolgical observations of ovary, ovulation increased in experimental group as compared control group on 5th day and 10th day, which showed no efficacy. 5. In optically observations of ovary, size of ovary showed no change in exerimental group as compared with control group on 5th day and 10th day. 6. In histological observations of ovary, endometrium showed multiplication. According to these results, the effects of DGJYS are assumed to be usefully utilized for progress of ovulation on uterus and ovary.

      • Feasibility of a polybisphenol A epichlorohydrin (PBAE)/antimony-doped tin oxide polymer composite as an NIR absorption coating for outdoor applications

        <P>A polybisphenol A epichlorohydrin/antimony-doped tin oxide (PBAE/ATO) polymer composite solution was prepared by utilizing various weight percentages of ATO nanoparticles (similar to 19 nm). The optical properties of the PBAE/ATO composites were analyzed by fabricating thin films on glass substrates. The polymeric film with 3 wt% ATO showed good transparency in the visible and UV regions and strong absorption in the NIR region. Moreover, under light illumination, the PBAE/ATO thin film displayed an similar to 24.4A degrees C rise in temperature relative to the reference thin film. In addition, the outdoor NIR absorption efficiency was studied by spray coating a PBAE/ATO thin film over a vinyl greenhouse, and it was observed that the PBAE/ATO-coated greenhouse prevented snow deposition during the winter by melting the snowflakes through NIR absorption.</P>

        사물인터넷 구축을 위한 스마트폰을 이용한 이동로봇의 제어

        사물인터넷이 발전함에 따라 다양한 분야에서 적용될 수 있는 제품들이 개발되고 있고, 여러 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 사물인터넷의 여러 분야 중 스마트 홈은 실생활과 밀접하기 때문에 다른 분야보다 주목받고 있다. 자율이동로봇 또한 산업과 군사, 가정 등에서 적용되어 여러 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자율이동로봇과 사물인터넷을 결합하여 Smart housekeeping 로봇을 구현하였다. Smart housekeeping 로봇을 구현하기 위해 라즈베리 파이와 무선 USB 카메라, Huins 사의 uBrain 로봇을 사용하였다. 로봇을 제어하기 위해 핸드폰을 라즈베리 파이의 IP에 접속하였고 라즈베리 파이에서는 uBrain 로봇과 블루투스 연결을 하였다. 핸드폰에서 해당 명령에 맞춰 로봇을 제어하도록 구현하였다. 또한 사용자가 원할 경우로봇이 자율 주행을 선택할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 무선 USB 카메라로 실시간 촬영하는 영상을 핸드폰 혹은 개인용 컴퓨터로 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 이 Smart housekeeping 로봇은 집 내부를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 울도 것이다. Owing to developments in the internet of things, many products have developed and various researches have processed. Smart home systems in Internet of things area are receiving attention from many people than the other areas. Autonomous mobile robots perform various parts in many industries. In this paper, a smart housekeeping robot was implemented using internet of things and an autonomous mobile robot. In order to make a smart housekeeping robot, Raspberry Pi, wireless USB camera, and uBrain robot of Huins Corp. is used. To control the robot, cell-phone connected with IP of Raspberry Pi, and then Raspberry Pi connected with uBrain robot using Bluetooth. a smart housekeeping robot was controlled using commands of a cell-phone application. If some user wants to move a robot automatically, we implemented that a robot can be chosen an autonomous driving mode from the user. In addition, we checked a realtime video using a cell-phone and computer. This smart housekeeping robot can help user check their own homes in real time.

        The aluminum soundproofing panel used to the traffic noise reduction will judge with the material to improve because the CO2 emission is greater than other soundproofing panel such as plastic soundproofing panel. Also, if the air-passing soundproofing panel which can endure the fast wind velocity will be developed, it judged that it can reached to the target of low CO2 traffic technology development using the reduction of material cost and the lower consumption of steel. The objective of this study is to improve the soundproofing panel and to develop the air-passing soundproofing panel for the replacement of aluminum sound proofing panel which is more emit CO2 than other soundproofing panel. And, we tried to develop the reduction technology of CO2 emission through the development of air-passing soundproofing panel. At first, the flow and noise simulation were conducted for the purpose of the calculation of wind pressure on soundproofing wall and noise exposure level on receiver points according to the open ratio of air-passing soundproofing panel. And the 1<SUP>st</SUP> and 2<SUP>nd</SUP> mockup of air-passing soundproofing panel were made, and the design load test were conducted for these mockup.

        가토에서 Proranolol 과 Esmolol 의 정주가 총경동맥 혈류와 활력 징후에 미치는 영향

        Background : This study was planned to evaluate the influence of propranolol and esmolol on cerebral circulation and to estimate clinical implications and usefulness. Methods : This study was designed to measure vital signs, cerebrospinal fluid pressure, cerebral perfu- sion pressure and blood tlow velocity of common carotid artery. This was measured by Doppler Flow meter after intravenous administration of propranolol 12.5, 25, 50 μg/kg (P-12.5, P-25, P-50, respec- tively), and esmolol 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 mg/kg (E-0.5, E-1.0, E-2.0 group, respectively) at 1 or 2 minute intervals for 14 minutes. Results : In the propranolol group (P-12.5, P-25 and P-50), the systolic blood pressure (SBP) significantly decreased since postinjection 1 minute and this decreased pressure continued throughout the entire experiment. But in esmolol group (E-0.5, E-1.0 and E-2.0), the SBP decreased significantly and rapidly recovered within 4 minutes. Heart rate significantly decreased in the propranolol group and continued throughout he experiment, but in the esmolol group the heart rate decreased and rapidly recovered within 10 minutes. The duration of the decreased heart rate in the esmolol group was shortened by decreasing the dosage. The blood flow velocity of the common carotid artery significantly decreased at 1 to 14 minutes after the injection of propranolol, but in group E-1.0, it was significantly decreased at 1 to 2 minutes, and in group E-2.0 at 1 to 3 minutes. Conclusions: The esmolol group showed less changes of SBP, heart rate and comman carotid artery flow, and shorter duration of effect than the propranolol group. Mean blood pressute, cerebrospinal fluid pressure and cerebral perfusion pressure had no significant differences between propranolol and esmolol groups. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2000; 38: 518~527)

        스마트 도어록 시스템을 위한 IoT 기반의 실시간 스트리밍 및 원격 제어

        본 논문은 사물인터넷을 사용하여 원격으로 도어록과 주변 디바이스를 제어하는 스마트 도어록 시스템을 개발하였다. 사물인터넷은 인터넷망을 사용하여 사람과 사물, 사물과 사물 간에 상호 소통을 돕는 지능형 시스템으로 최근 하드웨어 기술의 발전과 빅데이터 등으로 인하여 주목받고 있는 기술이다. 이러한 사물인터넷 기반인 스마트홈 시스템을 응용하여 구현한 스마트 도어록 시스템은 서버인 라즈베리 파이와 도어록, 센서를 사용하여 구현하였다. 이 스마트 도어록 시스템은 스마트폰으로 라즈베리 파이 서버에 접속하여 도어록을 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 스마트폰으로 센서를 통해 사람의 접근을 확인하고, 도어록 주변을 카메라로 촬영하여 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. In this paper, we implemented the smart door lock system that control remotely devices using the concept of internet of things. Internet of things is intelligent system that can help devices to communicate with people and devices. And recently internet of things is getting attention because of advance of hardware technology and big data. The smart doorlock system based on internet of things used raspberry pi, sensor and doorlock. Using the smart phone, doorlock can be controlled from the raspberry pi server. And the user can identify some people that is in front of doorlock. also user can check around of doorlock in realtime using the raspberry pi camera.

        폐쇄성 수두종을 동반한 뇌폐흡충증 2예 보고

        Two case of cerebral infestation with Paragonimus westermani complicating obstructive hydrocephalus are presented. The diagnosis was aided by brain CT scan and Conray ventriculogam. Both cases showed a strong positive intradermal test with relevant histories of eating crayfishes in roast form. In simple skull X-ray, one stowed characteristic shell-like calcifications over the temporo-occipital region and the otter showed multiple round calcifications over the suboccipital region. Brain CT scan demonstrated much more characteristic calcifications with marked ventricular dilatation. Conray ventriculogram disclosed obstructive hydrocephalus in both cases, one at the level of the cerebral aqueduct and the other at the level of the fourth ventricle outlet. Both patients were subjected to ventriculoatrial shunts and concommitant Bithionol therapy with marked improvement. The case involving the cerebellum and the fourth ventricle outlet was submitted to the posterior fossa exploration to be verified as a rare cerebellar paragonimiasis.

        원발성 악성 뇌임파종

        The authors have studied six patients with histologically proven primary malignant lymphoma of the brain which is still a rare primary brain tumor. The clinical, radiological and pathological findings with results of the treatment are presented. All cases showed a good response to radiation therapy. Therefore, the early diagnosis by computerized tomography scan followed by biopsy or excision is considered to be very important for the BEST results in the treatment. Related reports are discussed briefly.
