The acute toxicity of a recombinant granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (code name: LBD-005) was evaluated in both sexes of ICR mice, 5∼6 weeks old, by the oral, subcutaneous and intravenous routes of administration. Based on the results of the acute toxicity study, LBD-005 was not considered to induce any toxic effect on the mice in mortalities, clinical findings, body weights and gross findings. It is suggested that LD_(50) values in mice would be >48 mg/kg in the oral route and >24 mg/kg in the subcutaneous or intravenous route.

인공위성 로봇팔 탑재체의 열 제어 설계 및 해석 개발 동향

뉴스페이스(New Space) 시대에 이르러 궤도상 서비싱(OOS, on orbit servicing) 임무를 수행하기 위한 인공위성들이 개발되고 있다. 궤도상 서비싱을 위한 다양한 임무는 고장수리, 재급유, 견인, 구성품 교체, 우주 상 건설 등의 여러 임무가 있으며, 이를 수행하기 위해 로봇팔 탑재체가 탑재되어야 한다. 로봇팔 탑재체는 기존 인공위성의 탑재체와 달리 고정된 상태로 움직이지 않는 것이 아니라 임무 수행을 위해 지속적으로 움직여야 하는 탑재체라는 특징이 있으며, 또한 인공위성의 구조체 내부에 존재하는 것이 아닌 우주공간에 직접적으로 노출된 상태로 임무 수행을 해야 한다는 특징이 있다. 이러한 탑재체의 특징으로 인해극한의 우주 열환경에서 이상 없이 운용될 수 있는 열 설계 및 해석은 필수적이나, 로봇팔 열 설계 및 해석에 대한 논문은 그리 많지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재까지 개발된 로봇팔 탑재체에 대한 열 설계, 해석에 대한 사례들을 소개 및 정리하였으며, 마지막에는 앞으로 개발할 로봇팔 탑재체의 열 설계 및 해석에 대한 방향을 제시해 보고자 한다. In the New space era, satellites are being developed to perform on-orbit service (OOS) missions. Various missions for orbital service include failure repair, refueling, towing, component replacement, and space construction, and in order to do so, a robot arm payload must be mounted. Unlike conventional satellite payloads, the robot arm payload is not move in a fixed state, but is a payload that must move continuously to perform the mission. It is also characterized by the need to perform the mission while being directly exposed to outer space, rather than existing inside the structure of the satellite. Due to the characteristics of these payloads, thermal design and interpretation that can be operated smoothly in an extreme space thermal environment is essential, but there are not many papers on thermal design and interpretation of the robot arm. This paper introduces and summarizes cases of thermal design and interpretation of robot arm payloads developed so far, and finally, it intends to suggest directions for thermal design and interpretation of robot arm payloads to be developed in the future.

추적레이다는 안테나로부터 폭이 매우 좁은 펄스를 표적에 위치시켜 표적에서 돌아오는 신호를 수신하여 표적의 위치 (거리, 각도, 속도 등)를 추적하는 장비이다. 추적레이다가 특정한 표적을 탐지하고 추적하기에 앞서 표적과 주변 환경의 특성을 예측하기 위해 잡음 신호와 표적 신호의 수학적 모델이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 일반적으로 적용되는 잡음 신호와 표적 신호의 모텔에 대한 이론적인 내용을 소개하였고, 이와 더불어 표적의 탐지와 추적을 위한 거리 추적, 각도 추적 및 도플러 주파수 추적에 대한 일반적인 기법들을 기술하였다. In this paper, we described the model of noise, target for tracking radar and range tracking, angle tracking, and Doppler frequency tracking for target acquisition and tracking. Target signal as well as the noise signal is modeled as random process varying with elapsed time. This paper addresses three areas of radar target tracking: range tracking, angle tracking, and Doppler frequency tracking. In general, range tracking is prerequisite to and inherent in both angle and Doppler frequency tracking systems. First, we introduced the several range tracking and described techniques for achieving range tracking. Second, we described the radar angle tracking techniques including conical scan, sequential lobing, and monopulse. Finally, we presented concepts and techniques for Doppler frequency tracking for several radar types.

This paper presents a consolidated patent index to measure national technology innovation and science technology activation, as well as index for the main constituent such as corporation, research organization by comprehensive analysis of existing patent index. It is classified by macroscopic index and analytical index in the consolidated patent index, in which macroscopic index is to present a degree of innovation in national scientific innovation and is divided into the Consolidated Patent Index and Index for comparison between countries. The analytical index basically designed to measure R&D activity by the main constituent is divided to present by quantitative index utilizing bibliographical data in patent and other technical publication related therein, and qualitative index for analysis of bibliographical data. In this paper, the Consolidated Patent Index is presented by adding Creation Index representing for patent by developing excellent technology, Evaluation Index representing valuable technology thereof, and Utility Index representing applicability diffused.
