This paper proposes a double resonant high frequency inverter which reduces the distribution of the switching current. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of the basic operation and the characteristics of driving were estimated by the switching frequency and the load parameters. And the data for the design were got by the characteristic values obtained from the characteristic estimation. At the same time the example of the design method was proposed. In addition, Comparing the theoretical waveforms to the experimental waveforms certified the operating characteristics of the proposed Inverter. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.
알루미늄 합금과 고장력 강판 접합을 위한 헬리컬 SPR의 단조공정 설계

A self-piercing rivet(SPR) is a mechanical component for joining dissimilar materials. It is used for joining dissimilar material sheets such as aluminum alloy and steel. The self-piercing rivet directly pierces into sheets without drilling sheets beforehand unlike conventional rivets. However, the self-piercing rivet occurs buckling when piercing high strength steel. Therefore, a helical SPR which can pierce high strength steel sheet was designed. In this study, forging process was designed for manufacturing the helical SPR and simulated by using commercial FEM code DEFORM-3D. In the simulation of forging process for manufacturing rivet, process sequence, formability, forging load were investigated. The suitable forging process could be designed by comparisons of simulated results. Experimental trials have been carried out for same conditions as simulated ones. The simulated results agreed with the experimental ones. So, the analytic approach in this thesis is useful to save cost and time in the forging industry

기존의 특수건강진단과 작업환경측정을 통한 직업병 관리가 진폐증, 소음성난청 등의 소수 특정질환에 국한되고 실제 직업병 발생 규모 파악이나 신종 직업병의 발견에 한계를 보인다는 사실은 산업의학전문가들 사이에서도 공감을 이루고 있다. 미국과 영국 등에서의 직업성질환 감시체계에 대한 경험은 우리 나라의 직업성질환 감시체계 구축에도 새로운 자극제가 되면서, 1998년이후 인천, 대전, 여천, 구미, 부울경 지역에서 지역 직업성질환감시체계를 산업보건관리의 중요한 시스템으로 구축하려는 노력이 확산되고 있다. 새로이 구축되어지는 이들 지역 직업성질환 감시체계는 감시하고자 하는 대상질환, 활용 가능한 인적자원 및 자료원, 지역 의료체계의 특수성 등에 따라서 목적과 방법을 달리하면서 독특한 형태로 발전을 하고 있다. 각 지역단위 감시체계들이 그 상황에 맞게 독특한 목적과 전략들을 발전 시키면서도, 향후 발전할 국가적인 차원의 직업성질환 감시체계 구축을 위하여 직업성질환 감시의 기본 전략 등을 공유하는 등의 노력이 필요하다. 환례 정의 및 기본적인 등록 서식의 공유, 직업성질환 감시 자료원의 발굴, 공동의 정보 네트워크 및 직업성질환 감시 데이터베이스 구축 등 직업성질환 감시활동을 지원하기 위한 여러 기초 인프라 구축에 힘을 모아야 할 것이다. 우리 나라에서 직업성질환 감시체계를 성공적으로 구축하기 위해서는 수집된 자료의 질 관리를 위한 직업성질환 감시의 원칙 제정과 감시 전략의 공유 등이 필요하며, 전국적인 직업성질환 감시체계의 하부구조라고 할 수 있는 지역감시체계의 기초 토대 마련과 강화작업이 절실하게 필요하다.

Background: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the potential protective effects of six ginsenosides (Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Rg1, and Rg3) isolated from Panax ginseng against tacrolimus (FK506)-induced apoptosis in renal proximal tubular LLC-PK1 cells. Methods: LLC-PK1 cells were treated with FK506 and ginsenosides, and cell viability was measured. Protein expressions of mitogen-activated protein kinases, caspase-3, and kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1) were evaluated by Western blotting analyses. The number of apoptotic cells was measured using an image-based cytometric assay. Results: Reduction in cell viability by $60{\mu}M$ FK506 was ameliorated significantly by cotreatment with ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1. The phosphorylation of p38, extracellular signal-regulated kinases, and KIM-1, and cleavage of caspase-3, increased markedly in LLC-PK1 cells treated with FK506 and significantly decreased after cotreatment with ginsenoside Rb1. The number of apoptotic cells decreased by 6.0% after cotreatment with ginsenoside Rb1 ($10{\mu}M$ and $50{\mu}M$). Conclusion: The antiapoptotic effects of ginsenoside Rb1 on FK506-induced apoptosis were mediated by the inhibition of mitogen-activated protein kinases and caspase activation.
부스트 컨버터가 결합된 Push-Pull형 고주파 공진인버터에 관한 연구

This paper describes a Push-Pull type high frequency resonant inverter composed of consolidation of boost converter circuit and resonant inverter circuit. By using a boost converter circuit, the proposed inverter can obtain a twice input voltage of resonant circuit and reduce a secondary turn ratios. Also, by using both switching device of boost-converter and resonant circuit, the number of switching device can be reduced by half. The analysis of the proposed circuit was generally described by using normalized parameter and operating characteristics have been evaluated as to switching frequency and parameters. In the future, this proposed inverter shows that it can be practically used as a power source system for the lighting equipment of discharge lamp, induction heating applications.

A cylindrical capacitance-type spindle displacement sensor was developed and its effectiveness as a system to monitor cutting forces during hard turning was tested in this research. The sensor was installed between the face of spindle cover and the chucking element, and measured pure radial motion of the spindle under the condition with presence of roundness error at measured surface. To prove the effectiveness of the developed system, hard turning tests using ceramic inserts and tool steel as workpiece were hardened up to 65 Rc. The variations of pure radial motion of the spindle were measured during the cutting tests. The signals from the sensor showed the same pattern of cutting force variations from the tool dynamometer due to the progress of tool wear. As the flank wear of the ceramic tool increased, both static component of cutting forces and the amount of center shift of spindle orbit increased. Results from the research showed that the developed sensor could be utilized as an effective and cheap on-line sensing device to monitor cutting conditions and tool performance in the un-manned machining center.
