실험동물 랫드(SD계)의 수컷게 rnetharnphetamin(METH)을 Smg/kg/day의 용량으로 8일간 복강툰여하고, MK-801 (0.35mg/kg/day, ip ) , N- nitro- L- arginine ( NA,2smg/kg/day, j.p ) 및 sodium nitroprusside(SNP,4.7smg/kg/day, ip)를 MET였투여 30분전에 병용투여하였을 태 나타나는 신·경독성을 관찰하였다. 투여기간 중 임 상증상, 사망률, 조건회피반응을 측정하였으며, 부검일에 채취한 뇌조직을 이용하여 조직염색(nissl stain), 조직화학염색 (NADPH-diaphorase hi:;tocheinisty) 및 면역조직화학염색 (tyrosine hydroxylase(T보), glutamine synthetase(GS))를 실시하였다. 실험결과, M료70의 투여는 VTA에서 TH면역반응을 감소시키고. 선조체에서 NOS면역양성 중간신경세포의 구적감소, 잔존 중간신경세포의 형태학적 손상을 유발 및 해마에서 성상교세포의 재표인 GS의 면역반응을 증가시켰으며, METH 처치군에 MK-801을 전처치한 군에서는 MET보 단독처치군에 비해 그 독성정포가 경감됨을 관찰하였다. NA 전처치군에서는 임상증상 및 사망를은 악화되었으나, 조직학적인 면에서는 독성경감작용이 관찰되었다. 이상의 소견들이 MK-8()1의 전처치예 의하여 차단되는 것으로 미루어 보아 METH의 신경독성이 NMDA수용체의 매개에 의한 것으로 사료되며, NA웨 전처치로 임상증상 및 사망률은 악화되었으나, 조작 학적으로는 실결독성을 경감시켜 신경독성에 NO가 METH에 의한 신경독성에 팎여함을 추측할 수 있었다. The purpose of this siudy is te determine whether methamphetamine (METH )-induced neurotoxicities are related to NMDA - mediated excitatory toxicity. In addition, we also examined the effects of nitric oxide(NO) which is known to modulate NMDA receptor activity. In animal experiment, MK -801 (9.3smg/kg/day, ip, NMIIA antagonist), N-nitro-L-arginine(NA, 25mg/kg/day, ip, nitric of oxide synthetase inhibitor) and sodillm nitroprusside(SNP, 4.75mg/kg/day, ip, NO donor) were daily treated 30min before METH injection(Smg/1tg/day) for 8 days in SD rats. Waobsefred clinical signs, changes of body weight and carried out active avoidance test during the treatmeat period. After the final treatment, neurotoxicities were characterized by Missl stain, NADPH-diaphorase histochemistry, immunohistochemistry {tyroxine hydroxylase(TH), glutamine synthetase(GS)}. The results of this study were as follows; METH-induced neurotoxicities such as decrement of TH immunoactivity in Ventral Tegmental Area and increment of GS immunoactivity in hippocampus were observed in doparninergic neuron, interneuron and astrocyte. These neurotoxicities of METH were attenuated by pretreatment of MK-801. In NA pretreatmnent group, increment of the mortality and severity of clinical signs were shown, but the changes of histological alterations were similar to MK-801 pretreatment group. Based on these findings, we suggest that NMDA receptor and NO play an important role in the neurotoxic process of METH.
RTK Latency Estimation and Compensation Method for Vehicle Navigation System

Latency occurs in RTK, where the measured position actually outputs past position when compared to the measured time. This latency has an adverse effect on the navigation accuracy. In the present study, a system that estimates the latency of RTK and compensates the position error induced by the latency was implemented. To estimate the latency, the speed obtained from an odometer and the speed calculated from the position change of RTK were used. The latency was estimated with a modified correlator where the speed from odometer is shifted by a sample until to find best fit with speed from RTK. To compensate the position error induced by the latency, the current position was calculated from the speed and heading of RTK. To evaluate the performance of the implemented method, the data obtained from an actual vehicle was applied to the implemented system. The results of the experiment showed that the latency could be estimated with an error of less than 12 ms. The minimum data acquisition time for the stable estimation of the latency was up to 55 seconds. In addition, when the position was compensated based on the estimated latency, the position error decreased by at least 53.6% compared with that before the compensation.

고분자전해질형 연료전지에서 에칭한 Nafion막으로 고분자막/전극 어셈블리를 제조하고 그 성능을 측정하였다. 에칭을 함으로서 고분자막과 전극의 접합이 잘 이루어져 hot pressing 압력과 온도를 낮출 수 있었고, 낮은 온도에서 hot pressing이 이루어짐으로서 전지의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 어셈블리 제조방법중의 하나인 페인팅 방법에서 에칭 된 Nafion막을 이용하면 전지의 성능이 향상됨을 보였으며, 에칭정도에 따라 적당한 양의 전극촉매를 사용해야 함을 보였다. Etched Nafion membrane and electrode assemblies were fabricated and those performances were observed in PEMFC. Adhesion of membrane to electrode increased with abrasion of membrane surface. Membrane surface ething results in reduction of hot pressing temperature, as a consequence, in improving of cell performance. It was found that Nafion etching was effective in painting method. The optimum content of electrode catalyst should be selected according to etching intensity.
