경제체제변환 전ㆍ후의 사회주의 기업운영에 대한 경제체제적 분석
조규진 한국질서경제학회 1997 질서경제저널 Vol.1 No.1
Companies in most ex-socialist countries changed their business administration styles according to the transformation of economic systems of their countries, i.e. to capitalistic market economy in case of Russia and former East Germany, to socialistic market economy in case of China, both from the socialistically planned economy. The exception is North Korea whose economy is still socialistically planned. This paper analyzes the changes of business administration of the ex-socialistic companies before and after the transformation of economic systems of their countries, i.e. Russia, former East Germany and China. In case of North Korean companies, their peculiarities are discussed in terms of the business style before the transformation.

The purpose of this paper is to compare the foreign exchange system of (ex-)socialistic nations, such as China, Russia and North Korea. China, transformed to socialistic market system, adopted to a managed but decentralized exchange system in order to promote its socialistic economy gradually. On the other hand, Russia, transformed to capitalistic market system, has many problems such as moratorium because of the radical change to the free exchange system. And North Korea, still under the socialistic planned economy, remains alone in the world market with the strongly controlled foreign exchange system.
Review of Manufacturing Processes for Soft Biomimetic Robots
조규진,고제성,김상우,추원식,홍용택,안성훈 한국정밀공학회 2009 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.10 No.3
This paper reviews various processes for manufacturing new type of robots termed “soft biomimetic robots.” Most robots are made of rigid metallic materials. But in recent years, various biomimetic robots based on soft materials and compliant parts have been developed. New manufacturing processes are required to fabricate these types of robots, and the processes include Shape Deposition Manufacturing (SDM) and Smart Composite Microstructures (SCM). Since the design of robots are limited by the available material and manufacturing processes, it is important to develop new manufacturing processes that will enable development of novel soft biomimetic robots. In this paper, various manufacturing processes which can be applied to soft robot fabrication are summarized, and features of those processes are described. Processes are divided into three categories; soft robot body fabrication, actuators for soft robots and stretchable electronics. This review provides a guideline for selecting manufacturing processes for soft robots and developing new processes that will enable new type of robots to be designed.

In order to regulate cutting torque in milling, monitoring system should be set to a certain threshold. Radial immersion ratio is an important factor to determine the threshold and should be estimated in process for automatic regulation. In this paper, on-line estimation of the radial immersion ratio using spindle motor current in face milling is presented. When a tooth finishes sweeping, a sudden drop of cutting torque occurs. This torque drop is equal to the cutting torque acting on a single tooth at the swept angle of cut and can be acquired from cutting torque signals. Average cutting torque per revolution can also be calculated from cutting torque signals. The ratio of cutting torque acting on a single tooth at the swept angle of cut to the average cutting torque per revolution is a function of the swept angle of cut and the number of teeth. Using the magnitude of this ratio, the radial immersion ratio is estimated. Identical algorithm is adopted to estimate the immersion ratio based on the spindle motor current measurement. The experiments performed under different cutting conditions show that the radial immersion ratio can be estimated within 10% error range by the proposed method using spindle motor current. Varying immersion ratio is also estimated well using the presented algorithm.
