        해방 직후 남·북한의 친일파숙청 논의 연구

        Directly after the liberation, liquidation Discussion of pro-Japanese in the South and the North of Korea was geared to the Soviet Union and the U.S. military government's policy towards the pro-Japanese group. The U.S. military government ruled the South of Korea carried out a policy made the best use of pro-Japanese group to establish a anticommunist state. On the other hand, the Soviet military government ruled the North of Korea positively supported a vestiges of Japanese imperialism's liquidation to establish a pro-Soviet state. In result, when the South of Korea spread over liquidation Discussion of pro-Japanese group, the North of Korea practically was promoting liquidation of pro-Japanese group. A liquidation Discussion of pro-Japanese group in the South of Korea divided into two with approval or opposition over the U.N. trusteeship as its starting point. Firstly, liquidation Discussion of pro-Japanese group, when unification of parties movement developed, was discussed under the direction of deprivation pro-Japanese group of the right of casting a ballot and eligibility for election from a political point of view and socially and economically speaking, nationalization of pro-Japanese group's a land and key industries to build up a new society. Through approval or opposition over the U.N. trusteeship was discussed in 1946, it became to reach a social agreement for pro-Japanese group punishment. The Nationalist party(國民黨) and Korea Independence party(韓國獨立黨) organized the New Korea Definition Corporation(新韓定義社), and Kim, seung-hak(金承學), who affiliated with a State minister of the Korea provisional government(臨時政府) wrote out a list of pro-Japanese group. Democracy National Front(民主主義民族戰線) organized The Judging Committee of pro-Japanese group and national traitor. Directly after the liberation, A process for pro-Japanese group punishment was discussed and then a special court and organization was established. In succession, the South of Korea Transition Legislation Parliament(南朝鮮過渡立法議院) materialized to make a 'the law of committee of investigation for a national traitor, collaborator assistant Japan and racketeers' and 'composition of special court and the law of legal procedure'. And than the Constitutional Assembly formed a special committee of investigation and court. A liquidation discussion of pro-Japanese group in the North of Korea had fewer controversy than the South of Korea, because the North of Korea promoted the Soviet Union military government's exclusion policy of pro-Japanese group and socialism reform. After going through an election of the People Committee(人民委員會) and the North of Korea Labor Party(北朝鮮勞動黨)‘s reply for the U.S.-Soviet Joint Commission in 1947, A rule against pro-Japanese group in the North of Korea concretized. Than It became to adjust under the influence of a liquidation discussion of pro-Japanese group that the South of Korea's political force, the South of Korea Labor Party(南朝鮮勞動黨) and the South of Korea Transition Legislation Parliament progressed. But the North of Korea didn't keep within the limits, stage a purge the pro-Japanese group in practice. In 1945 October, after call the Five Province Party Convention(五道黨大會), the North of Korea settled the liquidation problem of pro-Japanese group by a law and institution. And in 1946 February, after the Temporary People Committee of the North of Korea)北朝鮮臨時人民委員會) was established, it progress steadily to form a part of democratic and socialism reform.

      • Toluene-Cyclohexane 混合物의 液膜에 依한 分離

        In the separation of toluene-ctclohexane mixture by using emulsion-type liquid membrane, the effects of the following factors on separation factor were studied: the ratio of volume of surfactant solution to volume of hydrocarbon mixture, surfactant concentration, stirring speed in emulsification, and stirring speed in mixing emulsion with solvent. Up to the point when the ratio of volume of surfactant solution to volume of hydrocarbon mixture reached 1, the separation factor increased but it decreased when the ratio exceeded 1. When the surfactant concentration was 0.5 weight percent and the contact time 10 minutes, the separation factor reached its maximum value. As the stirring speed in emulsification increased, the separation factor increased giving the greatest value at the contact time of 10 minutes. When the stirring speed in mixing emulsion with solvent was 200 rpm and the contact time 10 minutes, the separation factor reached its maxmum.

        체내 납부담의 지표로서 누적 혈중 납량과 누적 혈중 ZPP가 납 관련 신기능에 미치는 영향

        목적: 체내 납부담의 지표로서 누적 혈중 납량과 누적 혈중 ZPP가 납관련 신기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 678명의 납 작업자들을 대상으로 본 연구를 시도하였다. 방법: 누적 혈중 납량과 누적 혈중 ZPP는 입사시부터 매 1년간의 혈중 납량과 혈중 ZPP를 누적하여 구하였다. 입사시기가 1983년 이전인 납 작업자의 경우는 최초 혈중 납량과 최초 혈중 ZPP를 그 이전의 값으로 추정하여 구하였다. 체내 납부담의 지표로서 골중 납량과 DMSA착화납량을 측정하였으며, 최근의 납 노출 지표로서는 혈중 납량과 혈중 ZPP를 측정하였다. 신기능을 평가하는 지표로서는 임상 신기능 지표로서 BUN과 혈청 creatinine을 측정하였고, 신기능 조기지표로는 NAG (N-acetyl-D- glucosamide)와 RBP (Retinol binding protein)를 측정하였다. 결과: 혈중 납량과 혈중 ZPP의 누적지수와 골중 납량과는 결정계수(r²)는 각각 0.72와 0.567로서 유의한 상관이 있었으며 이들 누적지수와 골중 납량은 곡선형적 모델이 더 적합하였다. 신기능 지표들을 종속변수로 하고 성, 연령, 직력 및 음주와 흡연을 통제한 후 혈중 납량과 혈중 ZPP를 독립변수로 한 중회귀분석에서 혈중 납량은 4개의 신기능 지표들 중 지수 변환한 NAG와만 유의한 관련이 있는 반면, 혈중 ZPP는 지수변환한 NAG를 제외한 신기능 지표들과 유의한 관련이 있었다. 한편 신기능 지표들을 종속변수로 하고 연령 및 직력과 음주와 흡연을 통제한 후 체내 납 부담노출지표들을 독립변수로 한 중회귀분석에서 골중 납량과 혈중 ZPP 누적지수는 4개의 신기능 지표들과 유의한 관련이 있는 반면, DMSA 착화납량과 혈중 납량 누적지수는 BUN을 제외한 신기능 지표들과 유의한 관련이 있었다. 결론: 상기한 결과로 보아 혈중 납량과 혈중 ZPP의 누적지수는 체내 납부담의 지표로서 효용성이 입증되었으며, 특히 혈중 ZPP의 누적지수가 혈중 납량의 누적지수보다 체내 납부담의 대리지표로서 더 좋은 것으로 나타났다. Objective: To evaluate the possibility of cumulative blood lead and blood ZPP as surrogates of lead body burden and to investigate their association with renal function as an index of lead body burden. Methods: The study subjects comprised 678 lead workers with past blood lead and blood ZPP data from their employment. Cumulative blood and ZPP were calculated by accumulating the every year mean value of both indices from the new employment since 1983. To assess the cumulative data of lead workers who started their lead work before 1983, the years before 1983 were simulated with the first available data from 1983. Study variables for lead body burden were tibia bone lead and DMSA chelatable lead, whereas those for current lead biomarkers were blood lead and blood ZPP. BUN and serum creatinine were selected as clinical renal biomarkers, while NAG (N-acetyl-D-glucosamine) and RBP (Retinol binding protein) were selected as early renal biomarkers. Results: The association between cumulative blood lead and blood ZPP with tibia bone lead was statistically significant with determinant coefficients (r²) of 0.72 and 0.567, respectively, and their relationships were better explained by the curvilinear regression model. In multiple regression analysis of current lead biomarkers on the renal biomarkers after controlling for possible confounders (age, sex, job duration, smoking and drinking status), blood lead was associated only with log-transformed NAG, whereas blood ZPP was associated with 3 other renal biomarkers. On the other hand, in multiple regression analysis of biomarkers of lead body burden on renal biomarkers after controlling for possible confounders (age, sex, job duration, smoking and drinking status), cumulative blood ZPP and tibia bone lead were associated with all 4 renal function biomarkers, whereas cumulative blood lead and DMSA chelatable lead were associated with 3 renal biomarkers except BUN. Conclusion: Cumulative blood and ZPP were demonstrated to be good surrogates of lead burden. Furthermore, the cumulative blood ZPP was confirmed to have a better association than the cumulative blood lead.

        Pulmonary blastoma is a very rare primary neoplasm of the lung. We experienced a case of pulmonary blastoma in a 40 years old man. The mediobasal segmentectomy of the right lower lobe was performed. The patient was discharge on the postoperative days 6. There is no evidence of recurrence or metastasis on followup study during 7 months period after operation.

        The Integrated Cyber SRM(Security Risk Monitoring) System Based on the Patterns of Cyber Security Charts

        사이버 보안을 위한 활동인 ‘위험관리(Risk management)’와 ‘보안관제(security monitoring)’ 업무는 미래에 발생할 보안 위협에 대비하고 보안 사고를 최소화 하는 활동이라는 점에서 깊은 상관관계를 가지고 있다. 또한 위험관리와 보안관제 분야 모두 관리자에게 시각적으로 그 정보자산에 대한 위협을 보여주는 패턴 모델을 적용하는 것이 효과적이다. 검증받은 패턴모델로는 전통적인 품질관리 분야에서 오랫동안 사용되어온 ‘관리도’(control chart)모델이 존재하지만 정보시스템의 사이버 위험관리와 보안관제에서의 활용은 부족하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 위험관리와 보안관제 시스템을 통합한 사이버 SRM(Security Risk Monitoring)시스템을 설계하였다. SRM은 ‘관리도’의 패턴을 이용한 ‘보안대책’ (security control)의 적용 전략을 제시한다. 보안대책은 기존의 표준화된 보안대책 집합인 ISMS, NIST SP 800-53, CC를 통합적으로 적용하였다. 이를 활용하여 2014~2018년 까지 4년간 우리나라사이버위기 경보동향을 분석하였고 이는 향후 보다 유연한 보안대책 수립을 가능하게 한다. The "Risk management" and "Security monitoring" activities for cyber security are deeply correlated in that they prepare for future security threats and minimize security incidents. In addition, it is effective to apply a pattern model that visually demonstrates to an administrator the threat to that information asset in both the risk management and the security system areas. Validated pattern models have long-standing "control chart" models in the traditional quality control sector, but lack the use of information systems in cyber risk management and security systems. In this paper, a cyber Security Risk Monitoring (SRM) system that integrates risk management and a security system was designed. The SRM presents a strategy for applying "security control" using the pattern of "control charts". The security measures were integrated with the existing set of standardized security measures, ISMS, NIST SP 800-53 and CC. Using this information, we analyzed the warning trends of the cyber crisis in Korea for four years from 2014 to 2018 and this enables us to establish more flexible security measures in the future.

        It is necessary to carry out a risk assessment to determine the consequences of releasing a particular plant species containing specific transgenes before transgenic plants can be grown under filed conditions. Gene flow from transgenic plants to wild closely related species has raised concern recently. Since transgenic crops were released in 1996, the global area of transgenic crops has been increasing rapidly. The transgene introgression from transgenic crops to their wild relatives is unavoidable in some species. Transgene introgression is of concern because the crop–wild plant hybrids might be conferred with a selection advantage to increase their performance, which could result in negative ecological consequences to natural ecosystems. The genus Brassica has 159 species, including a number of wild species that are of great importance to the economy. Most transgenic Brassica gene flow research has focused on the most successful cross between transgenic oilseed rape Brassica napus and its wild relatives Brassica rapa, a widely distributed weed in the farming system in Europe and America, since the hybridization can spontaneously happen and the generations can backcross to B. rapa easily in the wild conditions. In this study, we aimed to characterize transgene introgression, segregation, and expression in backcrossed generations between tramsgenic B. napus and B. rapa. These results will contribute to the environmental risk assessment and assist in biosafety management.

        Prevalence and antimicrobial susceptibility of Salmonella isolated from Korean slaughter pigs

        During the period of December 2000 to November 2001, a total of 419(10.9%) Salmonella was isolated from 3,850 slaughtered pig samples(2,732 lymph nodes and 1,118 caecal contents) in Korea. Three hundred and seventy(13.5%) and 49(4.4%) Salmonella were isolated from lymph nodes and caecal contents, respectively. In the isolation ratio of Salmonella spp originated from each class of season, summer(15.7%), autumn(11.5%), spring(10.0%) and winter(8.3%), in order. As the result of serotyping, B group(67.5%) were the most common, in order of C$_1$(14.6%), D$_1$(6.0%), C$_2$(4.1%) and E$_1$(3.3%). 32 serovars were found, the major serotypes were as follows; S typhimurium(21.7%), S schwarzengrund(16.0%), S derby(15.8%), S typhimurium variant copenhagen(9.8%), S enteritidis (6.0%) and S mbandaka(6.0%). All of the isolates were susceptible to norfloxacin and ofloxacin. The isolates were resistant in order of doxycycline(69.2%), tetracycline(68.7%), penicliin(54.9%) and streptomycin(52.5%).

      • Growth of AlN layer on patterned sapphire substrate by hydride vapor phase epitaxy

        <P>Even though a patterned sapphire substrate (PSS) has been used for the growth of a high-quality epilayer because of its many advantages, it has not been successfully used to grow an AlN epilayer for ultraviolet (UV) light-emitting diodes (LEDs) on a PSS up to now. We report the growth of a high-quality AlN epilayer on a PSS, as a substrate for the manufacture of UV LEDs, by hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE). The X-ray diffraction (XRD) peaks for the AlN epilayer grown on the PSS indicate that crystalline AlN with a wurtzite structure was grown successfully on the PSS. Furthermore, HVPE combining both in situ HVPE technology and liquid-phase epitaxy (LPE) using a mixed source is proposed as a novel method for the growth of a flat AlN epilayer on a PSS.
