Recently, VoIP services are emerged as a serious alternative to the traditional telephony based on PSTN. This paper focus on implement of the call transfer using REFER method based on SIP for the VoIP supplementary service. First, when compared with the existed Also method and REFER method, REFER method has a short transfer delay. Also, we implement and verify the call transfer service using REFER method based on SIP.
State Indicator of Water Quality for Surface Water and Groundwater in Agriculture

Indicators of environmental conditions qualitatively and quantitatively describe the state of the environment and natural resources, and the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) has initiated and suggested AEIs (Agri-Environmental Indicators) to assess trends over time of the effects of agriculture on the environment and the effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural and environmental policy measures since 1990's. This study aims to develop the state indicators of water quality for agricultural water, surface and groundwater, to evaluate the environmental impacts of agricultural activities and policies by qualifying the environmental levels of a nation. Status indicators were calculated according to the agricultural water quality standards of OECD and Korea, and their trends were analyzed over time. Particularly, nitrate ($NO_3{^-}$) status indicators of ground water in 2013 were significantly lower than the ones in 2000. Overall, the water quality indicators of surface water in 2013 were higher than the ones in 2012, except for pH and DO. The groundwater quality indicators in 2013 were lower than those of previous years. The optimal management indicators were calculated to assess agricultural surface water and groundwater quality. The findings of this study indicated that the state indicators could play a significant role to establish policies and procedures for managing and conserving water resources. This study also discussed water pollution caused by agricultural and industrial effluents.

The environmental regulations in the world has been reinforced and many nations has devoted themselves to the development of cost-effective technology. Selective catalyst reduction(SCR) and selective non-catalyst reduction (SNCR) processes are mainly used to treat nitrogen oxidants generated from fossil-fuel combustion. One of these typical technologies for reduction of do-NOx is SNCR process has increased continuously because of the low cost for building and maintenance. Nevertheless the researches on the application to real scale plant by the reductant like Urea are rarely studied. In this paper, an experimental investigations were performed on the SNCR process in the industrial waste incineration plant. With no reducing agent, the concentration of NOx stayed in around 180 ppm $(O_2\;12\%)$ with the exhausting temperature of $950^{\circ}C$ and changed within the range of 20 ppm to remain relatively consistent. When $10\;wt\%)$ of a solution was added, the efficiency of denitrification reached above $61.4\%$ with the NSR of 2.0 and the exhausting temperature of $950^{\circ}C.$ When the concentration of the urea solution was set to $10\;wt\%$ and the sprinkling to four nozzles, the reaction temperature was reduced to about $50~100^{\circ}C$ with a mixture of $10\;wt\%\;CH_3OH\;and\;5wt\%\;Na_2CO_3$ in $40\;wt\%$ of the solution. The NOx removal efficiency increased to $78.4\%,$ achieving a broader and expansive range of reaction temperatures than the addition of an unmixed pure solution.
A case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma

The most common site of metastatic carcinoma is the upper body, followed by abdomen, and head & neck. Renal cell carcinoma is the third most common cancer that causes metastasis to the head and neck. A 66-year-old man presented with easily bleeding erythematous nodules on scalp. He recognized the lesion 1 month ago. The patient had an ankylosing spondylitis for 40 years and no medication history. We performed histopathologic examination and immunohistochemically stain. On the histopathological examination, the specimen of the lesion showed clear cells with clear cytoplasm and trabecular growth pattern. However accurate identification was not possible. For further evaluation, chest & abdomen CT scan was performed. On the abdomen CT, there was mass on Rt. Kidney. We could diagnosis as skin metastasis of renal cell carcinoma. The patient was treated with excision of metastatic skin lesion and nephrectomy of Rt. kidney. It is important to bear in mind the possibility that the skin tumors migrated from visceral malignancy. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the primary lesion of the tumor using appropriate instrumental analysis, as well as histological examination. Herein, we report a case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma that did not identify the origin of the tumor by histopathologic examination.
[P445] Fibroepithelial polyp on the upper lip

A fibroepithelial polyp is a small, soft, common, benign, pedunculated, connective tissue tumor that varies in size from 2 to 5 mm in diameter. It is generally found in wrinkled skin around the neck, axilla, and groin. A 20-year-old female patient presented with an asymptomatic, pinkish, 3 mm papule on the center portion of the upper lip. This lesion had been present for 1 year. Her history of trauma or irritation of the lip was unknown. An punch biopsy was performed, and the histopathologic examination showed that hyperkeratosis, regular acanthosis with conective tissue stalk. The stalk consisted of loose collagen fibers and dilated capillary. Histopathological examination suggested a fibroepithelial polyp. Fibroepithelial polyp can occur in the mucosal area of the mouth, and the common sites are the cheeks, tongue, teeth and inside the lower lip. However, The incidence is rare. The causes are chronic irritation by biting, rubbing of rough teeth, and stimulation of denture or dental prostheses. We experienced a case of a fibroepithelial polyp that developed in an unusual site, which is noteworthy.
A case of peripunctal melanocytic nevus

Nevus can occur anywhere in the body, including conjunctiva, nail bed, mucosa, and the like. It can also occur in eyelids, and there are congenital types and acquired types. A 50-year-old woman presented with brown color pigmented papule on Lt. medial upper lid. She said the lesion persisted for 8 years. The patient had no medication history. The lesion is located near the lacrimal punctum we consult with ophthalmologist. The lesion did not involving punctum and shave excision was performed. On the histopathological examination, the lesion was diagnosed as intradermal nevus. The function of the punctum was normal at postoperative follow-up. Peripunctal tumors should be cautious because of their positional characteristics. They may cause lacrimal punctum obstruction or changes in punctum location, leading to tearing. Surgical resection and biopsy should be considered in all cases of peripunctal tumors since they have a potential for spreading to the lacrimal system.
