In this study, Ti powder was fabricated from Ti scrap by the Hydrogenation-Dehydrogenation (HDH) method. Hydrogenation reactions of Ti scrap occurred at near 450 $^{\circ}C$ with a sudden increase in the reaction temperature and the decreasing pressure of hydrogen gas during the hydrogenation process in the furnace. The dehydrogenation process was also carried out at 750 $^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs in a vacuum of $10^{-4}$ torr. After the HDH process, a deoxidation treatment was carried out with the Ca(purity: 99.5) at 700 $^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs in the vacuum system. It was found that the oxidation content of Ti powder that was deoxidized with Ca showed noticeably lower values, compared to the content obtained by HDH process. In order to fabricate Ti compacts, Ti powder was sintered at $1100\sim1400^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs under a vacuum of $10^{-4}$ torr. The relative density of compact was 94.9% at 1300 $^{\circ}C$. After sintering, all of the Ti compacts showed brittle fracture behavior, which occurred in an elastic range with short plastic yielding up to a peak stress.

Microstructure and mechanical properties of WC-3 wt% Co cemented carbides, fabricated by a spark plasma sintering (SPS) process, were investigated in this study. The WC-3 wt%Co powders were sintered at $900{\sim}1100^{\circ}C$ for 5min under 40MPa in high vacuum. The density and hardness were increased as the sintering temperature increased. WC-3 wt%Co compacts with a relative density of 97.1% were successfully fabricated at $1100^{\circ}C$. The fracture toughness and hardness of a compact sintered at $1100^{\circ}C$ were $21.6 MPa{\cdot}m^{1/2}$ and 4279 Hv, respectively.

The Ti powders were compacted by Spark plasma sintering (SPS) and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the powders were investigated. A hydrogenation reaction of Ti scrap occurred at temperatures near $450^{\circ}C$ with a sudden increase in the reaction temperature and a decrease in the pressure of the hydrogen gas as measured in a furnace during the hydrogenation process. In addition, a dehydrogenation process was carried out at $750^{\circ}C$ for 2hrs in a vacuum of $10^{-4}torr$. The Ti powder sizes obtained by hydrogenation-dehydrogenation and mechanical milling processes were in the range of $1{\sim}90{\mu}m$ and $1{\sim}100{\mu}m$, respectively. To fabricate Ti compacts, Ti powders were sintered under an applied uniaxial punch pressure of 40 MPa at in a range of $900{\sim}1200^{\circ}C$ for 5 min. The relative density of a SPSed compact was 99.6% at $1100^{\circ}C$, and the tensile strength decreased with an increase in the sintering temperature. However, the hardness increased as the sintering temperature increased.

In a recent trend where an industry is highly advanced and an environment preservation is emphasized, They also perform various researches on improving production process and developing new systems. In the pressing forging process among the semi-solid casting process, heated aluminum alloy turns into a semisolid state mixed with solid and fluid around at the fusion point. The solid is achieve in dendrite which remains in a fine solid state of globular shape stuck together. If it is placed in the mold, it maintains its shape independently like the solid. If it is pressed, it comes to have the state similar to the fluid and consequently is easily cast in the metal mold. It also aims to estimate the exact casting state of product through Super forge 2005, a program to interpret finite factors in order to perform forge die casting of plate in the middle of valve body in the car automatic transmission. Furthermore, it assesses the change of the distribution and transformation ratio.

전기자동차용 구동모터의 경량화 고효율화 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 현재 구동 BLDC 모터의 영구자석으로 희토류 자석을 많이 사용하는데 이는 자석의 성능을 평가하는 최대에너지곱(BH)max이 높기 때문이다. 네오듐(Nd-Fe-B)소결자석은 1982년 일본에서 발명된 가장 강력한 영구자석으로 대량생산에 적합한 분말야금기법에 의해서 생산되므로 전기자동차 구동 모터에 사용되지만 그 매장량이 중국을 중심으로 한계가 있고 앞으로 전기자동차 상용화가 되면서 공급 대비 물량부족으로 큰 문제점을 초래 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 네오듐(Nd-Fe-B) 10%절감을 목적으로 기존에 개발된 전기자동차용 10 kw급 고효율 BLDC 모터 Core를 CATIA 이용한 3차원 모델링과 ANSYS 이용한 해석를 통해 네오듐(Nd-Fe-B) 10%절감된 Core를 설계하고 설계한 Core 분말성형 한 후 Core의 밀도를 측정하여 비교 하였다.

The vision system is easy to use the exclusive vision use as a independent computer system but it is not much popular-ization by reason of expensive and difficult to adapt to the various fields, because it is easy to the existed computer system, the price is cheap and also it can use to the various measurement purpose which user wanted and programed. The measurement method of the vehicle axle casing nut welding pail is that measure the value of the welding part to adapt the actual operation program from using the ratio between the actual length of the standard specimen and the length of image, to measure the ratio between the actual product and the camera image. A defect is found by the assembled visual inspection system. The inspection algorithm which estimates the quality of welded product is developed and also, the soft-ware program which processes the automatic test function of the inspection system. we make the foundation of the inspection automatic system and we will help to apply other welding machine.
