In process for production of Rubber Scheme Product that have the most inferior Working Environment is Medicine mixture and Scheme processing. Applying automation and Environment Treatment technology to the hazardous chemical and mixture processing, Through developed ’Mixture Automatic Machine for hazardous chemical Interruption type that is occurred at mixing rubber medicines’, we try to decline worker’s intensity of labour. Also, overcomes solution of work evasion phenomenon and manpower supply and demand’s difficulty by forming agreeable working environment and through the automatic scheme and mixture processing by preventing that hazardous chemical had known as disease causes of various importance disease is exposed to worker during the work. and we plan to do so that production of high added value product may be available.

Many experiments and various simulation techniques are used for the analysises of models used for extrusion modeling in these days. Especially the 3-dimensional technique is used widely among them We usually use the 3-dimensional technique because the simple 2-dimensional analytical technique can't perform the analysis of the model which has complicated shape structure. As a result, the 3-dimensional technique is used for the extrusion molding of complicated structure, measurement of friction and density, and appiled mechanism of polymer resin. The Braker Plate, key subject of this article, is added to the extruder for extrusion molding of polymer resin. This Braker plate plays the important role to convert the rotation motion of polymer resin passing the screw into the linear motion before passing the dice. Also, Braker Plate's round hole size and number affects the extrusion molding of polymer resin directly. But these Structural improvements and analysises of Braker Plate are hardly studied. This study will achieve the structural improvements through 3-D modeling and ensure the produceable stability by carrying dynamic Characteristic through CFdesign, heat/flow analysis program.

Key part of main equipment in a gas turbine may be likely to be damaged due to operation under high temperature, high pressure, high-speed rotation, etc. Accordingly, the cost for maintenance increases and the damaged parts may cause generation to stop. Blades are made of precipitation hardening Ni superalloy IN738 and the like for keeping hot strength. The surface of a blade is thermal-sprayed, using powder with main compositions such as Ni, Cr, Al, etc. in order to inhibit hot oxidation. Conventional regular maintenance of the coating layer of a blade is made by FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) and MTP (Magnetic Particle Testing). Such methods, however, are complicated and take long time and also require much cost. In this study, defect diagnostics were tested for the coating layer of an industrial gas turbine blade, using an infrared thermography camera. It can advantageously save expenses and time as compared to conventional test methods. For the infrared thermography method, however, thermo-load must be applied onto a tested specimen and it is difficult to quantify the measured data. To solve the problems, this essay includes description about producing a specimen of a gas turbine blade (bucket), applying thermo-load onto the produced specimen, photographing thermography images by an infrared thermography camera, analyzing the thermography images, and pre-testing for analyzing defects on the coating layer of the gas turbine blade.

In present, vibration or thermalgenesis etc such as fundamental problem is reared up according to a machine tool is developing and the structures are vibrating of outside ocillator is several kinds. When lathe is processing, the tool dosen't want the vibration was ocurring for according to deep of cutting or transfer speed and also, if the vibration was ocurring, in lathe of the principal axis of the parts are caused of the thermal is occuring. However, by the generation of heat the thermal transformation of principal axis of the parts are whole machine tool of thermal transformation gives most important effect, the transformation of a machine tool was the maximum caused of the degree of processing thermal transformation. In the research, We make solve the caution to the high speed lathe processing of material according to vibration and thermal transformation are measuring and analyzing that we are using Infrared Camera and Data Acquisition system.

In this paper, stability of ultra precisio unit is analyzed, this unit is the kernel unit precision processing machine. According alteration of shape and material about stability investigation is performed. Through this stability investigation, trial is reduced in design and manufacture, at the time, we are accumulated foundation data for control.
미소결함의 형상인식을 위한 디지털 신호처리 적용에 관한 연구

In this study, the classified researches the artificial and natural flaws in welding pails are performed using the pattern recognition technology. For this purpose the signal pattern recognition package including the user defined function was developed and the total procedure including the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifi-er selection is treated by bulk. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the statistical classifier such as the linear discriminant function the empirical Bayesian classifier. Also, the pattern recognition technology is applied to classifica-tion problem of natural flaw(i.e multiple classification problem - crack, lack of penetration, lack of fusion, porosity, and slag inclusion, the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem). According to this results, it is possible to acquire the recognition rate of 83% above even through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier.
