        신증후군 환아에서 발생한 광범위한 뇌정맥 혈전증 1례

        Nephrotic syndrome in childhood is known to be associated with a hypercoagulable state and thromboembolic complications, among which cerebral venous thrombosis is a very rare and serious one, with only a few isolated reports in the literature. A 9-year-old boy with known nephrotic syndrome was admitted due to a relapse with massive proteinuria and generalized edema. He complained of a prolonged frontal headache. The enhanced brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) showed a high signal in the region of the superior sagittal sinus and right transverse sinus consistent with a thrombus. He was managed with steroids, cyclosporine and warfarin. His headache subsided 2 weeks later and proteinuria resolved 1 month later. An MRI 2 months later was normal. We describe this case and review the literature to emphasize the importance of recognizing this potentially life threatening complication and initiating anticoagulation therapy.

        GMAW 루트패스 이면비드 용접에서 아크력제어에 의한 갭변동 극복 방법

        In most industry, manual GTAW welding is preferred for formation of stable back bead in root weld of butt joint. However, manual GTAW welding has low productivity as compared with GMAW, also it has unstable bead quality which depend on skilled workers. So it is necessary to develop process of root pass welding by using automation GMAW that have stable back bead formation and high productivity. In this paper, the design of U-groove with 3mm root face was applied to extend the tolerance of misalignment in condition of standard root gap 1.5mm. Consequently, for the formation of stable back bead in root pass of butt welding, in case of the narrow root gap(0.5mm) the large arc force was applied by increasing the current and voltage. In case of the large root gap(2.5mm), the small arc force was applied by decreasing the current and voltage. Considering the various root gap, the required deposited metal was controlled by welding speed only.

        The performance of a microwave missile seeker and radar operating in an air-to-air look-down mode is strongly influenced by the presence of ground clutter In order to correctly account for the effects of ground clutter, it is required to develop a model capable of representing clutter characteristics as a function of range and/or frequency. In this paper, a program to estimate the clutter reflectivity for various ground conditions is developed, using the actually measured data and the data available from open literatures. In addition, clutter characteristics measured for various ground conditions such as sea, agricultural area, urban city and industrial area through the captive flight tests are presented.

        도시·주거환경의 문제인식과 생활권관리 방향에 관한 연구 : 도시규모·수도권 여부에 따른 공무원 의견 비교를 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 도시특성에 따른 생활권계획 수립방향을 도출하고자 도시 입지와 규모에 따라 22개 지자체에서 도시관리 업무를 경험한 공무원을 대상으로 도시ㆍ주거환경의 문제와 생활권 관리방향을 조사하여 도시특성별 도시ㆍ주거지 관리의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 생활권계획의 수립은 도시기본계획의 하나의 쳅터로서 상세히 작성하는 방법, 도시기본계획의 별권으로 작성하는 방법, 정비기본계획의 일환으로 작성하는 방법 등 다양하며 도시기본계획 용역발주시 지자체에서 정할 수 있는 부분으로 본 연구는 구체적인 실현방법보다는 도시특성에 따른 계획차별화 방향에 초점을 두고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 도시특성별 생활권관리 방향의 구체화를 통해 궁극적으로 도시여건에 맞는 도시ㆍ주거환경의 관리가 이뤄지는데 기반이 되는 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시특성에 따라 어떤 도시ㆍ주거환경 문제가 심각한지 파악한다. 둘째, 생활권관리를 통해 비수도권 지역과 중소도시는 어떤 도시ㆍ주거환경 문제 개선이 가능한지 파악한다. 셋째, 도시특성에 따라 생활권관리가 필요한 주요 분야와 세부방안을 파악한다. 조사대상 지자체는 입지에 따라 수도권과 지방, 인구규모에 따라 광역시, 대도시, 중소도시로 구분하여 22개 지자체 446명의 공무원에게 조사를 수행하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the recognition of problems about urban and residential environment and the management alternatives of neighborhood units in Korean government officials. A cross-sectional survey was used and the data were collected in 2015. Participants were total 446 government officials who represented 22 local governments including metropolitan cities and small and medium-sized cities in Korea. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, in the aspects of problems in urban and residential environments, the larger the size of the city, the more serious the problem of poor living conditions, and the smaller the city, the more serious the problem of poor management of buildings and land, and the lack of public and convenience facilities. According to the location, all housing environment problems were worse in the metropolitan area, and in the non-metropolitan area, the only problem with the lack of new housing supply was found to be more serious than in the metropolitan area. Second, the historical and cultural assets and ecological and landscape resources were city problems that could be improved by the neighborhood unit management. In particular, the management of historical and cultural resources was highly demanded in large cities and in the metropolitan areas. Third, the management of neighborhood unit was the most needed in the ‘city center and residential area’ areas. Specifically, by the city size, ‘city center and residential area’ and ‘infrastructure and transportation’ were highly needed in neighborhood unit planning at the metropolitan and the small and medium-sized cities. Otherwise, ‘regional resources’ and ‘farming and rural areas’ were highly needed in neighborhood unit planning at the large cities. By location, ‘industry’ and ‘infrastructure and transportation’ were highly needed in the metropolitan areas, and ‘farming and rural areas’ in non- metropolitan areas.

        경사주거지의 경관 개선을 위한 형태기반의 설계지침 구상

        The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of environmental attributes on residential satisfaction in hillside neighborhoods and to suggest the structure and items of design guidelines for hillside landscape improvement. This study classified evaluation items into objective and subjective aspects, and analyzed the relationship between residential satisfaction and major factors. The findings were as follows. First, among environmental attributes, fence materials and parking area had significant influence on hillside residents’ satisfaction. Second, in subjective aspects, view of outside in the house, urban landscape harmony with the surroundings gave large impact on their residential satisfaction. Third, based on research results, the alternative design guidelines of hillside neighborhood were proposed. These results may be useful to plan hillside neighborhoods and houses. Further research is required to improve the design guidelines by drawings and illustrations and to reform regulations for practical designing.

        지방도시의 노후주거지 정비와 관리 정책에 관한 연구 - 주거환경개선사업의 도시규모별 대안을 중심으로 -

        This study aimed to investigate the limitations and alternatives of the residential environment improvement projects by city size in deteriorated residential areas in South Korea. A cross-sectional survey with face-to-face interviews and constructed questionnaires was used. The literature reviews was performed for selecting items for the interview and questionnaire survey. The expert interview was done in February 2013. The participants for interview were 18 public service personnel working for 18 provincial cities at Chungchong and Jeolla provinces in South Korea. Questionnaire survey was done in March 2013 and February 2014. Participants were 123 public service personnel working in 12 provincial cities. Collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, simple linear regression, multiple regression, multivariate linear regression. Medium cities had a lower evaluation level in the management and improvement of residential areas than large and small cities. It was related to the declining old downtowns due to new town developments. In provincial cities, problem factors affecting the evaluation level on redevelopment and regeneration were an inefficiency of maintenance and planning system, and a lack of methods to redevelop & reorganize. By cities sizes, the alternative factor was a diversifying methods to improve & redevelop in large cities. In medium cities, problem factor was a lack of effects in improving & managing residential areas and alternative factor was establishment of new policies & regulations. In small cities, problem factor was a shortage of public funds and connectivity of projects and alternative factor was activation of private development projects. The results will provide the directions for management policy about the regeneration and redevelopment projects of provincial cities in South Korea.

        지방 중소도시의 구도심과 경사지 재생을 위한 주거환경 평가 - 전주·군산을 대상으로 -

        This study aimed to evaluate the residential environment in local small-and-medium cities in Korea. A cross-sectional survey with face-to-face interviews was used and the data were collected in Feb 2013. Participants were total 1,040 residents who represented 1,040 households in two cities, Jeonju, and Gunsan cities, in Jelollabuk-do. Collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, factor analysis, independent t-test, Chi-square test, factor analysis, and multiple regression according to the regional division, and topographic characteristics. The social environment was the more important determinant of residential satisfaction than the physical environment. The economic value of housing was the most important factor in social-economic environments. The housing convenience and facilities was the most important factor in physical environments. The high level of dis-satisfaction calling for improvement were bicycle safety and parking in the physical environment, and regional economic revitalization and road management in social-economic environments. According to the analysis of regional division, the environmental gap was larger in the old city center than in the surrounding area, and the gap of physical environment was more important determinant of residential satisfaction. According to the analysis of topographic characteristic, the environmental gap was larger on the slope than on the flat areas and the gap of physical environment was more important determinant of residential satisfaction. These important or dis-satisfaction factors for residential satisfaction should be considered to improve the residential environments in local small-and-medium cities in Korea. Further research is required to make more specific action plan for planning and managing the residential environments, meeting the characteristics of in local small-and-medium cities.
