체어사이드 CAD/CAM에서 사용하는 세라믹 소재

CAD/CAM에서 사용할 수 있는 소재는 composite, ceramic, hybrid 그리고 metal이 있다. 그중에 진료실 CAD/CAM에서는 주로 monolithic ceramic 테크닉을 사용하는 데, monolithic ceramic 테크닉이란 한 가지 소재로만 제작하는 방법을 말한다. 블럭상태의 소재를 최종치아형태로 깎아 폴리싱해서 사용하거나, 열을 가해서 사용하는 방법으로, 기존의 도재 축조 작업이 필요 없다. 심미성에서는 다소 부족하지만, 1시간 안에 제작이 가능하므로 1회, 1일 방문으로 치료를 완료할 수 있고, 소재의 안정성이 높으며(녹이거나 상변화를 시키지 않음에 따라 왜곡이 생기거나 강도가 약해질 가능성이 적음), 컴퓨터 조작(CAD 작업)으로 치아를 디자인하여 제작하므로 진료실에서 쉽게 작업할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이 테크닉에 사용할 수 있는 소재를 임상적 관점에서 세대별로 따라 분류해 보았다. Materials that can be use in CAD/CAM are composite, ceramic, hybrid and metal. Among the available materials, monolithic ceramic technique which is the manufacturing technique using one type of the materials is mainly used in a dental office. It is the technique where final tooth-shaped prostheses are made from the material block and used after polishing or applying heat and that does not require traditional ceramic build-up process. Although shot of esthetic quality, because manufactured within 1 hour the monolithic ceramic technique has advantages such as that treatment can be completed in one day and in one time visit, that stability of the material is high because there are low possibility of distort by not melting and phase transformation, and that it can be easily worked in the office with computer assisted devices. We classified the materials that can be used in this technique based on their generations from clinical stand point.

자기면역성뇌척수염 척수조직에서 galection-3의 발현

The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression of galectin-3, one of beta-galactoside-binding proteins, in the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE) model of Lewis rats or non-obese diabetic (NOD) mice. Western blot analysis showed that galectin-3 was weakly expressed in the spinal cords of complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA) immunized control rats. In EAE, however, galectin-3 expression was significantly increased at the peak stage(days 14 post-immunization), while it was decreased slightly at the recovery stage(day 21 post-immunization). Immunohistochemical analysis showed that galectin-3 was detected in some macrophages in demyelinating lesions of NOD mice, while galectin-3 was immunoreacted in some inflammatory cells in the perivascular cuffing in rat EAE lesions. Collectively, it is postulated that the expression of galectin-3 is significantly increased in response to neuroimmunological stimulation in the central nervous system, whereas it is weak in normal rats and mice.

Text Mining Online-Crowdsourced Suggestions for Urban and Regional Planning

온라인 크라우드소싱 플랫폼을 통해 수집된 빅데이터를 활용한 텍스트마이닝은 최근 다양한 분야에서 빠르게 성장하고 있는 분석방법론이다. 이 연구는 온라인 정책제안 플랫폼인 광화문1번가에 수집된 데이터를 다양한 텍스트마이닝을 통하여 시민들이 제안한 의견 속에서 도시계획 정책 이슈를 도출하고 협력적계획의 상향식 접근법 측면에서 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 것을 주요 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 총 6,994개의 제안에서 명사만을 주요 분석대상으로 삼았으며, 키워드와 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 키워드 분석결과 시민들의 주요 고민은 주택, 토지, 교통 정책과 관련된 키워드로 나타났고, 연어 분석결과는 임대료와 도시개발과 같은 주택정책에 대한 내용을 확인할 수 있었다. 네트워크 분석을 통하여 정책이슈를 공유하는 지역커뮤니티를 도출하였고, 그 결과는 지리적으로 가깝거나 혹은 주요 이슈를 공유하는 특성을 보였다. 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 수집된 정책제안 데이터의 텍스트마이닝을 통해 도시민들의 주요고민을 키워드 중심의 이슈로 도출하고, 유사한 이슈를 공유하는 지역을 밝힘으로써 협력적계획과 의사결정과정에서의 활용가능성을 보였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. Text mining of big data generated through online crowdsourcing platforms has emerged as a rapidly growing field in research. In line with collaborative planning, this study took a bottom-up approach to examining people’s ideas about urban and regional planning: Text mining was used to analyze data crowdsourced from an online forum, Gwangwhamoon 1st Street, to identify Korean citizens’ policy suggestions. Noun words as the target dataset were extracted from 6,994 suggestions, and keyword and network analysis were conducted. The keyword analysis revealed that Koreans’ main concerns and interests related to housing, land, and transportation policies. The network analysis revealed co-occurring keywords, indicating common policy suggestions about housing policies. Networks of specific regions were also examined, resulting in ten communities grouped by physical distance or similar regional problems. The findings of this study can help experts and government officials identify the main concerns of residents in Korea and develop cooperative systems across municipalities, thereby improving policy-decision process in the fields of urban and regional planning.

The purpose of this study is to present the efficient implementation alternatives of environmental management strategy for SMEs in Manufacturing Sectors The results of this study will be helpful to establish the environmental management strategy for SMEs and the policy of environmental management for government.

북한이탈주민의 전자금융 사기범죄 대응방안 고찰

한국사회의 실정에 어둡고, 범죄에 대한 대처능력이 낮은 50대 여성 저학력자 들의 구성이 높은 최근 탈북자들은 전자금융 사기범죄에 연루될 개연성이 커져가고 있다. 북한이탈주민이 가급적 전자금융 사기범죄의 피해자기 되지 않기 위해서는 북한이탈주민을 보호해 줄 수 있는 법적·제도적 장치를 마련해야할 것이다. 첫째, 수사와 검거, 기소과정이 유기적으로 작동될 수 있도록 관련 법규나 제도가 보완되어야 한다. 둘째, 전자금융 사기범죄가 해외의 거점을 통하여 발생하고 있는 점으로 미루어 볼 때 관련 국가들과의 국제적 공조체제가 시급히 구축되어야 한다. 셋째, 북한이탈주민이 경제·금융교육과 정보화교육을 통해 범죄를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 대처능력을 키워야 한다. 전자금융 사기범죄를 포함하여 각종 범죄로부터 북한이탈주민을 보호하기 위한 노력은 한편으로 북한이탈주민을 한국사회에 안착시 키데 기여하는 일이며, 다른 한편으로 중·장기적 관점에서 통일역량을 증대하는 일이기도 하다. The purpose of this research is to provide an institutional strategy for preventing North Korean defectors from financial crimes, since they are out of touch with the South Korean society and lacks the ability to deal with financial issues. Therefore, they are less and less able to take care of themselves. In order to prevent them from the criminals, the South Korean Government needs to provide various institutional strategies. To begin with, related laws and institutions should be complemented so that the process of investigation, arrest, and prosecution works normally and efficiently. Second, the South Korean Government calls for more concerted international efforts because most of the crimes happen abroad especially China. Third, the South Korean Government helps them have various opportunities about economy, financial, and information education in order to develop the ability to deal with the issues. The effort to prevent the North Korean refugees from the financial cirmes not only plays a pivotal role in settling them stable, but also guarantees to cultivate the ability to prepare for unification of our society.

The importance of milk for the growth and health of a newborn offspring is well known. Milkcontains immunoglobulin G (Ig G), Ig A, lactoperoxidase, lactoferin, cytokines, and growth factors.Osteopontin, one of the multifunctional proteins, is secreted by macrophages, T cel, and epithelial cells.bovine milk have not been clarified. The aim of this study was to observe the expression of osteopontin,in bovine milk during the lactation period or bovine mamary glands..Western blot analysis detected thatosteopontin was expressed in bovine milk whey and mamary glands. The expression level of osteopontinin colostrum whey was higher than those in early milk and mature milk whey. Immunohistochemistryshowed that osteopontin was detected in the glandular epithelium and epithelial cels of intralobular ductof mamary glands. These findings suggest that osteopontin transiently shows high expression in colostrumand plays a potential role in the immunological development of breast-fed calves.
