Speaker change detection is to detect automatically a point of time at which speaker was replaced. Since feature parameters used for speaker change detection depend not only on speaker characteristics but also on phonetic characteristics, spoken contents included in the feature parameters inevitably causes performance degradation of speaker change detection. In this paper, to alleviate this problem, a method to normalize phonetic variations in speech feature parameters is proposed for emphasizing changes due to speaker characteristics. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the performance of speaker change detection.
불소계 플라즈마에 노출된 YAG 세라믹스의 식각거동 및 XPS 분석

Chemical composition and status of chemical bonding of the YAG($Y_3Al_5O_{12}$) ceramics after the exposure to fluorine plasma have been investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, with the analysis on its erosion behavior. On the surface, F showed the maximum content, decreasing with depth, meanwhile the cation composition remained almost constant, irrespective of the position. The peaks due to Y in the reaction layer consisted of two kinds, showing the Y-O and Y-F bonds. These surface modifications under fluorine plasma seem to promote the erosion of the YAG ceramics. Excess addition of $Al_2O_3$ or $Y_2O_3$ into stoichiometric YAG produced 2nd phases of $Al_2O_3$ and $YAlO_3$, respectively, resulting in the slight difference in the local erosion rates. But, the overall average erosion rate was not sensitive to such excess additions of $Al_2O_3$ or $Y_2O_3$.

Prior studies concerning unsold housing usually depend on cross-section analysis data using macro-economy factors. Our study analyze the scope of analysis to city boundary and focus on basic variables and city's unique characteristics on unsold housing change. Recently, real estate life cycles studies found out regional variables more important ones in its explaning real real estate life cycles than macro-economic factors. The results of this study also confirm the prior studies partially. Every city has its unique location, history and industry formation, so this invariable ingredients have a more meaning that why some cities have a quite a lot unsold houses than others. Multi-level Growth model was used to find out the trend of unsold housing for the period of 2002-2008. Empirical results like that. Demand factors like population gorwth and income level didn't have a substanation effects on changing unsold hosuing at least in short term periods. What is the more important factors in changing of unsold housing is the unique characteristics of cities characteristics like its locaiotn and industry formation. We suggest national government oriented government policy need to cope with regional urban housing policies.
나노 인덴터를 이용한 플라즈마 디스플레이 소자(PDP)내 격벽의 기계적 물성 평가

For the rib materials in PDP(plasma display panel), an effective method to improve the mechanical properties is to form a composite material by reinforcing a glass matrix with rigid fillers, such as alumina and titania powders. In this study, two types of ribs with different volume percent of fillers and with different glass matrix were tested for hardness, Young's modulus with the Berkovich indentation. As a result, cracks appeared around at the load of 1345 mN for the dense type of rib, while porous one endured until 2427 mN without any crack formation. Young's modulus and hardness decreased at the range: 90∼65 GPa, 9∼4 GPa, respectively as a function of indent load. Thus, a new method with nanoindenter represents a possible evaluation method for mechanical properties of barrier ribs.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of sasang constitutional herbal extracts such as Yangkyuksanhwatang(YST) on EKG. For this purpose, 3 hospitalized Soyangin patients having heart disease history was selected. and changes of the symptoms and EKGs was investigated. We measured and observed EKG changes of before YST medication and after medication. The results of these experiments were as follows. 1. The activity of HR, PR, QRS was decreased on EKG2 comparison to EKG1 after Yangkyuksanhwatang(YST) medication 2. QT, QTC interval was prolonged after YST medication 3. RR time was prolonged after YST medication 4. The voltage of Q wave was decreased after YST medication From the above results, it is suggested that Yangkyuksanhwatang(YST) have influenced on EKG.
다량 Cl성분이 함유된 플라이 애쉬로부터 유리화 및 결정화 현상

To recycle waste materials, this work was focused on development of glass-ceramic from incinerator fly ash with a large content of Cl and its physical property was evaluated. In the process, water washing as a pre-treatment before melting the fly ash was used to remove large amount of Cl component in the ash and to reduce melting temperature. As a result, glass was obtained at below $100^{\circ}C$ compared to the melting temperature before washing the ash. Also, internal crystallization occurred under single stage heat treatment (at $850-950^{\circ}C$ for 20-340min) without adding other materials into the ash. It was shown that the glass-ceramic was composed of four crystals, diopside, anorthite, akermanite, and unknown phase. Hardness of 8.3GPa was found in the glass-ceramic, which is a high value compared to reported others. Thus, the present process suggests that a good glass-ceramic produced from an incinerator ash could be applicable for structural materials in terms of economic and environmental points.
