          교육실습과정 중 예비유아교사가 형성한 실천적 지식과 그 형성과정에 관한 탐구

          본 연구는 교육실습과정 중 예비유아교사가 ‘교사-유아 상호작용에서의 교사의 역할'에 대해 어떠한 실천적 지식을 형성하는지, 또한 그 과정은 어떠한지를 탐구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육실습에 참여하고 있는 네 명의 예비교사를 연구 참여자로 선정하고 자극회상면담, 수업관찰, 반구조화면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 예비유아교사들은 교사-유아 상호작용에서의 교사의 역할과 관련하여 유아의 사고력을 발달시킬 수 있는 질문하기, 열린 마음으로 듣기, 유아들의 발달수준에 적합한 질문하기, 소극적인 유아가 상호작용에 참여할 수 있도록 격려하기의 네 가지 실천적 지식을 형성한 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구자는 실천적 지식형성의 과정을 탐색하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 교사-유아 상호작용에서의 교사의 역할에 대한 예비유아교사의 실천적 지식과 그 형성과정을 밝힘으로써, 예비유아교사들의 실천적 지식 함양을 위한 교육프로그램 구성에 기초자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the practical knowledge of pre-service early childhood teachers in relation to teachers' roles in teacher-children interactions. Data was gathered via stimulated recall interviews, observations, and semi-structured interviews. This paper addresses two research questions: 1) What practical knowledge develops regarding teachers' roles in teacher-children interactions during their field experience 2) How do they develop their practical knowledge regarding teachers' roles in teacher-children interactions during field experience? The findings revealed that pre-service early childhood teachers developed four kinds of practical knowledge regarding teachers' roles in teacher- children interactions. In addition, a basic process emerged — experiencing a challenge, identifying the problem, brainstorming solutions through reflective thinking followed by constructing and reconstructing the set of practical knowledge through teaching practices. classroom teachers were recognized as the primary contextual factor that influenced the practical knowledge of pre-service early childhood teachers, through modeling and post-lesson conferences. From these findings, implications are discussed for teacher education programs in the field of early childhood education.

          도가철학에 근거한 인성교육프로그램의 실제

          본 논문의 목적은 논자가 개발한 도가철학에 근거한 인성교육프로그램의 실제를 제시하는 데 있다. <인성교육진흥법> 제2조에 의거하여 타인·공동체·자연과 더불어 살아가는 공존(共存, co-existence)의 세상을 인성교육의 도달처로 보고 도가철학에 근거한 인성교육프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 그 실제의 사례로 제시된 두 프로그램 가운데, <참 자기 실현을 위한 한 걸음>은 핵심 가치·덕목으로 상호연결성, 배려, 존중, 공동체 의식을 설정하였고, <공존감 레벨업>은 선행 연구를 통해 찾아낸 공존감, 환경공동체 의식을 핵심 가치·덕목으로 설정하였다. 두 프로그램 모두 중, 고등학생 2-30명을 대상으로 50분간 진행하도록 설계하였으며 교육의 지루함을 줄이고자 작은 활동 4-5개로 구성하여 내용에 변화를 주었다. 첫 번째 활동은 프로그램 전체의 인트로 역할을 담당하도록 하였다. 교육 대상자들이 지닐 수 있는 경직된 분위기를 완화시킬 수 있도록 5분 이내에 마칠 수 있으면서 전체 프로그램과의 유기적 연관성이 확보될 수 있는 작은 활동으로 구성하였다. 나머지 활동들 또한 이론적 근거를 확보한 후, 각 프로그램이 설정하고 있는 목표를 성취할 수 있도록 활동에 그대로 적용하거나 현대적으로 변용하여 구성하였다. The purpose of this paper is to depict the reality of character education programs based on Taoist philosophy. Considering Article 2 of the <CHARACTER EDUCATION PROMOTION ACT>, I wanted to develop a character education program based on Taoist philosophy, which is orientated the world of co-existence, living together with other people, in communities, and with nature. Among the two real programs presented, <A Step to Realize True Self> was developed by establishing interconnectedness, care, respect, and community consciousness as the core values and virtues, and <Level-up of Co-esteem> was developed by establishing a sense of co-esteem and environmental community consciousness as the core values and virtues. Both programs were designed to run for 50 minutes for 20-30 middle and high school students. and the contents of the program included 4-5 small activities to reduce the boredom of education. The first activity is an introduction to the whole program; it was constructed of small activities that can be completed in less than 5 minutes to ease the rigid atmosphere to secure organic associations with the entire program. The rest of the activities were also constructed by obtaining a theoretical basis, and they were applied as they were. However, for some activities, the basis has been modified according to the modern needs and then applied to the program to achieve the goals set by each program.

          컴퓨터 활용 과학실험수업에서 나타나는 초등과학영재학생들의 학습특성

          본 연구의 목적은 컴퓨터 활용 실험수업(Computer Based Experiment, CBE)에서 초등과학영재학생의 학습특성을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대학부설 과학영재교육원에 재학 중인 초등학생 8명을 대상으로 4차시에 걸친 컴퓨터 활용 과학실험수업을 실시하였다. 수업 전략은 선행 연구를 바탕으로 학습 효과를 높이는 방향으로 설정하였으며 매시간 수업 결과를 바탕으로 수정하여 다음 차시의 수업에 반영하였다. 학습 효과를 파악하기 위하여 학생의 성취 수준을 CBE 동기화, CBE 학습화, CBE 내면화, CBE 의미화의 4단계로 설정하였으며, 수업에서의 학생 활동을 관찰, 원인추론, 피드백, 그래프, 의사소통 항목으로 세분하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 수업이 진행됨에 따라 모든 학생들의 성취 수준이 높아졌으며 관찰, 원인추론, 피드백, 그래프 만들기와 해석, 실험 토의 등 분석한 모든 항목에서 의미 있는 학생 활동이 일어나는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 관찰과 관련해서 실험기구, 실험상황, 모니터에 나타나는 실험 결과에 대한 관찰이 모두 활발하게 있어나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 수업 과정에서 교사의 설명이 차지하는 비중이 높거나 교재의 지시를 따르는 활동의 비율이 높은 수업에서는 학생 사이의 의미있는 담화가 줄어드는 반면, 원인 추론 및 그래프 만들기 활동과 관련해서는 교사의 적절한 안내가 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 능동적인 피드백을 위해서는 충분한 시간이 필요하다는 점도 알게 되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the learning characteristics of elementary science gifted students in Computer Based Experiment (CBE). In the research, CBE lesson with 4 classes were given to the eight elementary school students attending the Science Gifted Institute affiliated with the university. The teaching strategy was set to increase the learning effect based on the prior research, and was modified based on the results of the each class to reflect it in the next class. In order to analyze the learning effect, we set the student s achievement level in four stages: CBE motivation, CBE acceptance, CBE personalization, and CBE proficiency, and examined students' behaviour in the classes in aspects of observation, cause inference, feedback, graph, and communication. As a result of the study, the achievement level of all students increased as the class progressed, and it was confirmed that meaningful student activities occurred in all analyzed items such as observation, cause reasoning, feedback, graph making and interpretation, and experimental discussion. In particular, it was found that students' observation was performed during whole process of experiment on such as apparatus, phenomena, and the result on the monitor. In addition, it was found that meaningful interaction among students is reduced in the case where the teacher s explanation plays a large part and where dominant are the activities merely following the instruction in the worksheet. Finally, we also noticed that it needs enough time for students' active feedback.

          중국 상해 패션 시장의 특성과 한국 패션 브랜드의 경쟁력 분석

          This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the contemporary Chinese fashion market and the competitiveness of Korean fashion brands in China. Fashion professionals experienced in both the Korean and Chinese fashion markets participated to investigate the Shanghai market and consumers. The results of in-depth interviews show that Shanghai is the most favorable city among Tier 1 cities for Korean fashion brands planning on entering into the Chinese market. Shanghai consumers are open to international brands and highly prefer newness in fashion. Contemporary menswear was selected as a potentially big market due to the increase of unique, young, upper-middle-class male consumers. The Korean fashion brands` strength is that they are capable of satisfying Shanghai consumers with excellent product planning and sensory design capabilities. Their disadvantage is that their brand recognition is weaker than that of global and international brands, and their ability to localize to the Chinese market is weak. The opportunity comes is from the Korean Wave, which is a positive for Korea`s products and has good geographical access. The threat is that the Shanghai market is fiercely competitive; having access to many worldwide brands, and the competitiveness of Chinese brands is on the rise. To enter the Shanghai market, creative design ability, trendy product development, skill, and appropriate PR methods such as using Korean culture contents would be required to satisfy the young, powerful consumers in Shanghai.

          도시성장모델을 적용한 수도권 미래 기후변화 예측

          Future climate changes over the Seoul metropolitan area (SMA) were predicted by the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model using future land-use data from the urban growth model (SLEUTH) and forecast fields from ECHAM5/MPI-OM1 GCM (IPCC scenario A1B). Simulations from the SLEUTH model with GIS information (slope, urban, hill-shade, etc.) derived from the water management information system (WAMIS) and the intelligent transportation systems-standard nodes link (ITS-SNL) showed that considerable increase by 17.1% in the fraction of urban areas (FUA) was found within the SMA in 2020. To identify the effects of the urban growth on the temperature and wind variations in the future, WRF simulations by considering urban growth were performed for two seasons (summer and winter) in 2020s (2018~2022) and they were compared with those in the present (2003~2007). Comparisons of model results showed that significant changes in surface temperature (2-meter) were found in an area with high urban growth. On average in model domain, positive increases of 0.31℃ and 0.10℃ were predicted during summer and winter, respectively. These were higher than contributions forced by climate changes. The changes in surface temperature, however, were very small expect for some areas. This results suggested that surface temperature in metropolitan areas like the SMA can be significantly increased only by the urban growth during several decades.

          This paper This paper examines the sources of competitive advantage that Chinese hot pot restaurant company Haidilao has emerged as the number one in the industry despite its less than 30 years of history in terms of differentiation, cost advantage, and resource compliance. We looked at the implications of the sustainability of the existing competitive advantage of Haidilao, whose business environment remains uncertain due to the prolonged crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of the study, Haidilao has a price advantage through quantitative top-line growth through expansion of the number of stores and systematic supply chain management. In addition, under an organizational culture that places great importance on employee satisfaction, a system of active delegation of authority to employees, training and management of human resources, and a fair and fair work environment such as ‘I can change my destiny with my two hands' are established to continuously gain competitive advantage. Is leading. This was remarkable in terms of customer satisfaction and creating customer value through Hadilao unique excellent service. As an implication, this study aims to provide important information for strategic decision-making to related managers by suggesting ways to secure a competitive advantage for foreign franchise restaurant companies that have entered China in the post-COVID-19 era.
