코로나19 팬데믹 이후 배달 앱 사용량이 증가에 따라 배달 오토바이 수가 급증하면서 이와 관련 사고 또한 급격히 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 특히 청각 장애인들은 도로에서 이러한 종류의 사고 위험에 더욱 노출되어 있으며, 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 구글 앱 인벤터를 사용하여 도로에서 오토바이 소리를 인식하는 인공지능 학습 모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 어플리케이션은 도로에서 오토바이 소리를 감지하고 사용자에게 진동과 사진으로 알림을 보냄으로써 사고를 예방에 기여할 수 있다.
두부둔상 후 내경동맥손상으로 인한 뇌경색의 지연진단: 증례보고

Blunt cerebrovascular injury is defined as a vertebral or carotid arterial structural wall injury resulting from nonpenetrating trauma. Complete traumatic internal carotid artery occlusion is very rare condition accounting for 0.08~0.4 0f all trauma patients and believed to be associated with the greatest risk of ischemic stroke reported in 50~90% in a few small series. A 55-year-male was admitted with drowsy mentality and severe headache after a fall down accident. Brain computed tomography showed a subdural hematoma at the both frontal area with a fracture of the occipital skull bone. Two days after admission, he suddenly complained with a right side hemiparesis of motor grade 2. Brain magnetic resonance diffusion demonstrated multiple high flow signal changes from the left frontal and parietal lesion. Computed tomographic angiogram (CTA) revealed absence of the left ICA flow. Trans femoral cerebral angiography (TFCA) showed complete occlusion of the left internal carotid artery (ICA) at ophthalmic segment in the left ICA angiogram and flows on the left whole hemispheric lesions through the anterior communicating artery in the right ICA angiogram. We decided to conduct close observations as a treatment for the patient because of acute subdural hematoma and sufficient contralateral cerebral flow by perfusion SPECT scan. Two weeks after the accident, he was treated with heparin anticoagulation within INR 2~4 ranges. He recovered as the motor grade 4 without another neurologic deficit after 3 months [ J Trauma Inj 2015; 28: 190-194 ]

농림부와 농촌진흥청의 연구개발 사업은 농업기술을 발전시키는데 중요한 요소로 작용해 왔으나, 최근 들어 산ㆍ학ㆍ관ㆍ연 간의 연계연구의 강화에 따라 연구주체가 확대된 이후로 부청간의 역할분담 등의 문제점이 꾸준히 제기되고 있는 상황이다. 이 논문에서는 부청간 농업 세부기술 분야별 성과를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 부청의 사업들은 연구 분야에 있어서 차별성을 보이지 않았다. 이러한 비교분석을 통하여 도출한 문제점 및 개선방향은 향후 부ㆍ청간의 역할분담, 농업분야 연구개발사업의 활성화, 연구성과 생산성 개선 등에 다양한 정보를 제공할 것이다. Agricultural R&D Programs of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forest and the Rural Development Administration are important for improving agricultural technology in Korea. However, the roles of these two agencies have been overlapped as the research fields and funds are extended through educational-industrial-governmental-institutional cooperation programs. In this study, we analyzed the performances of two agencies. As a result, these programs of these agencies do not show much difference in the research area. A new direction for improving efficiency and solving problems of programs, with a variety of information about the role of two agencies and activation of agricultural R&D programs, will be provided by this performance analyses.

A fundamental technology of UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle) to perform a given mission with success in various environment is a path planning method which generates a safe and optimal path to the goal. In this paper, we suggest a local path-planning method of UGV based on the binary map using world model data which is gathered from terrain perception sensors. In specially, we present three core algorithms such as shortest path computation algorithm, path optimization algorithm and path smoothing algorithm those are used in the each composition module of LPP component. A simulation is conducted with M&S(Modeling & Simulation) system in order to verify the performance of each core algorithm and the performance of LPP component with scenarios.

Fibroxanthoma is a benign neoplasm composed of mixture of fibroblastic and histiocytic cells that are arranged in sheets or short fascicles. Fibroxanthomas or fibrohistiocytic lesions of the subcutaneous and deep soft tissues have previously been studied extensively. However, only a few cases of intracranial fibroxanthoma have been reported. Intracranial fibroxanthoma were classified into ventricular type anddural type, and the latter is reported to be rare. We report this rare case of infantile fibroxanthoma arising from the dura mater, mimicking meningiomas. A 6-month-old female infant was admitted to our hospital for enlarged head circumference(97 percentile). The tumor was a huge, well-circumscribed hyper-echogenic mass in the right parieto-occipital area on ultrasonography, and iso- to hyper intense to gray matter on T1-and T2-weighted magnetic resonance images(MRI). The enhancement pattern was homogenous, and the tumor was mimicking meningiomas. On operative findings, the mass was yellow in color and hard to remove due to severe fibrotic natures. It was tightly adherent to the thickened dura. A gross total resection was performed and the final histopathological diagnosis was fibroxanthoma.

Infectious intracranial aneurysm (IIA), a rare type of cerebral aneurysm, is often observed in patients with infective endocarditis. Hemorrhage or infarction often occurs; however, the presentation of both hemorrhagic and ischemic components is rare. A 41-year-old man with progressive motor weakness, dysarthria, and severe headache was admitted to our hospital. Brain computed tomography scan revealed a scanty subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging confirmed acute cerebral infarction around the external capsule and insular lobe. A digital subtraction cerebral angiogram revealed an obstruction in the middle cerebral artery (MCA). The patient’s neurological symptoms improved remarkably on the fifth day, and a follow-up angiogram revealed recanalized MCA with pseudoaneurysm, which was not observed on the previous angiogram. A blood culture result confirmed bacteremia, and the patient was then diagnosed with infective endocarditis. The pseudoaneurysm was treated with anastomosis of the superficial temporal artery and MCA with trapping of the parent artery. He was discharged with no neurological deficits. Herein, we present a patient with IIA, who sequentially developed SAH and cerebral infarction, and underwent extracranial-intracranial bypass with trapping of the parent artery. Although the treatment strategy for IIA is controversial, the treatment plan should be cautiously discussed with the patient. In addition, the assessment of an underlying infectious disease is required.
