        에탄올의 수분함량에 따라 합성된 Condensed Ethyl Silicate 의 물성에 관한 연구

        사염화실리콘에 에틸알콜의 수분함량을 2.5, 5.0, 7.0wt.%로 달리하여 축중합된 에틸실리케이트(CES : condensed ethylsilicate)용액들을 합성하였다. 용액의 졸-겔 전이 거동 조사를 위하여 시간경과에 따른 용액의 부피, 밀도, SiO₂ 함량, 본성점도 및 수평균분자량변화를 측정하였으며, 용액의 고분자 형상을 본성점도와 수평균분자량 관계로부터 간접적으로 알아보았다. 에틸알콜의 수분함량을 7.0wt.%로 하여 합성한 CES-3는 수분함량이 2.5wt.%, 5.0wt.%인 CES-1, CES-2와 다른 졸-겔 전이 거동을 보였으며, 복합산화물계 요업재료 제조시에 TEOS의 가수분해 속도를 조절하기위하여 부분가수분해 시킨 PHT(Partially Hydrolysed TEOS)와 유사한 거동을 보였다. Mark-Hawink가 제시한 [η]=KMn ̄^α식에 의한 CES 및 PHT의 고분자형상은, 지수 α값이 0.53∼0.84로 용액 모두 선상 혹은 사슬상 고분자로 나타났으며, 이상의 졸-겔 거동과 고분자형상에 대한 비교 실험 결과로부터 CES-3는 PHT와 매우 유사한 물성을 가지고 있어 복합산화물계 요업재료의 원료로 사용될수 있는 가능성이 높은것으로 나타났다. Condensed ethyl silicate(CES) solutions were prepared from SiCl₄ and ethanol which is different in water content(2.5, 5.0 and 7.0wt.%). To investigate the sol-gel transition behaviors of CES and PHT(partially hydrolyzed TEOS) solutions, the measurement of volume change, density, SiO₂ content, intrinsic viscosity and number average molecular weight were conducted with elapsed time. The polymer shapes of CES were discussed from the relation between the intrinsic viscosity[η] and the number average molecular weight(Mn ̄). CES-3 prepared from ethanol containing 7.0wt.% H₂O had different sol-gel transition behaviors from CES-1(2.5wt.% H₂O) and CES-2(5.0wt.% H₂O), but similar behaviors to those of PHT which is used for controlling the hydrolysis rate of TEOS when composite ceramic materials were manufactured from silicon alkoxides. On the basis of Mark-Hawink relation, [η]=KMn ̄^α, the polymer shape of CES solutions were determined linear siloxane polymers because all solutions had a values in the range from 0.53 to 0.84. Especially, CES-3 showed to be a favorable raw materials for composite ceramics due to its similar properties to those of PHT.

        전화선 통신 시스템의 전송특성 및 채널용량에 관한 연구

        The advances in the digital communication and network technology, Internet technology and the proliferation of smart appliances in home, have dramatically increased the need for a high speed/high quality home network. As consumer electronic devices and computing devices are increasing in the home network, it is obvious that the data traffic of home network increases as well. Various home network devices want to access Internet servers to get multimedia contents. Therefore, we introduce TLC(Telephone Line Carrier) system for networked digital consumer electronic appliances within a house using Ethernet or wire/wireless technology. In the future home network environment, the primary purposes of the smart home network based TLC are to create low-cost, easily deployable, high performance, and wide coverage throughout the home. In this paper, the channel capacity of telephone line communication system is evaluated and compared as a function of transmission power, number of OFDM carrier, channel loss, and noise loss for smart home network. 디지털 통신 네트워크 기술의 발전에서 인터넷 기술과 스마트 홈 가전기기의 확산은 고속/고품질 홈 네트워크에 대한 필요성을 증가시키고 있다. 홈 네트워크에서 가전기기와 컴퓨팅 기기가 증가함에 따라 홈 네트워크의 데이터 트래픽은 증가할 것이 명백하다. 다양한 홈 네트워크 기기는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 얻기 위하여 인터넷 서버에 접속하길 원한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 가정내에서 이더넷이나 유무선 기술을 사용하기 위해 네트워크에 연결된 디지털 가전기기를 위한 TLC(Telephone Line Carrier) 시스템을 소개한다. 미래의 홈 네트워크 환경에서 TLC 기반의 스마트 홈 네트워크의 주된 목적은 저가격, 쉬운 설치, 고성능, 넓은 영역을 만드는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 네트워크를 위한 전화선로 통신시스템의 채널용량을 송신전력, OFDM 반송파의 수, 채널손실, 잡음손실에 따라서 정량적으로 비교, 분석하였다.

      • 시멘트의 수화응결에 대한 Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde 축합물의 영향에 관한 연구

        This paper has been studied on the effect of Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde condensate(SNSF) to Cement, C₃A, C₃S and C₄AF by Zeta potential. The major results are as follows; (1) The Zeta potential of cement and C₃S are increased according to SNSF concentration, at this time, the initial hydration rate of these are retarded. On the other hand, the zeta potential of C₃A and C₄AF are decreased and initial hydration rate are accelerated. (2) Adsorption quantity of SNSF on the surface of cement and C₃S particles are increased with hydration time. But in the case of C₃A, adsorption quantity is decreased. (3) The initial hydration rate of cement is accelerated according to increasing of Na₂SO₄quantity in SNSF. But the side of this the initial hydration rate of cement is retarded.

      • 밀폐공간에서의 화재에 의한 연기의 유동 이론

        In foreign country such as U.S.A and Japan, considerable research has been done regarding the spread of smoke in room of fire involvement by using computer. But, in our country it has not been. So, this paper presents a detailed qualitative description of phenomena which occures during typical fire scenarios through numerical analysis. This research, in the view of field model, is focused on finding out the smoke movement and temperature distribution. And it is planned to analyze governing equation including smoke diffusion equation by numerical analysis with finite volume method and non-staggered grid system. The SIMPLE method for pressure-velocity couple and power-law scheme for convection terms are used. It shows that a plume is formed, hot plume is formed, hot plume gases impinge on the ceiling and they spread across it. then, it eventually reaches the bounding walls of the enclosure. It takes 60s for smoke to fill the enclosure.

      • 米糠蠟油에서 溶劑를 使用한 油와 蠟의 分離에 關한 硏究

        For the optimum condition of oil Extraction in Rice Bran wax oil, Extraction temperature, Solvent ratio, and solubility of solvent were investigated. The extract can be separated from mixed solution of raw materials and n-Hexano and others. And over again oil in Extract was isolated from extract and Aceton & Methanol(1 : 1). The results were given in tabular and graphical forms. Among the six kinds of solvent, n-Hexane was the most ideal solvent, optimum temperature was 0℃ to 5℃ and solvent ratio was 1 : 3 to 1 : 5. In addition, the results of extraction effect of raffinate were optimum when the solvent ratio was 1 : 6 to 1 : 7 and 5℃ to 10℃.

        불산 무수석고와 플라이 애쉬를 첨가한 시멘트 페이스트의 유동성 및 응결특성

        Four kids of powder admixtures(A, B, C, D) based on anhydrite were manufactured by mixing at a fixed rate of II-anhydrite, fly ash and active silica as an industrial by-product. Fluidity properties of cement paste such as mini-slump, apparent viscosity with elapsed time, as well as setting time of cement pastes of these admixtures substituted up to 11wt% of cement were compared to those of cement paste(SS) substisuted by marketed high-strength powder admixture(S). Among these powder admixtures, the fluidity of cement pastes(PA, PC) substituted by A and C powder admixtures manufactured from II-anhydrite and fly ash had an excellent property than that of cement paste substituted by marketed powder admixture and also a good fluidity-retention effect with elapsed time by adding of superplasticizer. The setting time of cement paste substituted by powder admixtures based on anhydrite slightly retarded than that of cement paste substituted by marketed powder admixture.
