        MCL: 메타데이터 레지스트리 접근제어를 위한 질의어

        다양한 분야에서 ISO/IEC 11179 기반의 MDR(Metadata Registry) 시스템들이 개발되었다. 그러나 현재 구축된 MDR시스템들은 표준을 엄격하게 준수하고 있지 않기 때문에 메타데이터 간 불일치 문제가 발생한다. 무엇보다 ISO/IEC 11179는 표준적인 접근 방법을 제공하지 않아 여러 가지 문제점을 초래한다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 SQL/MDR이 제안되었다. 그러나 현재의 SQL/MDR은 검색 기능만 지원할 뿐, MDR의 유효한 생성 및 안전한 접근을 위한 연산을 제공하지 않는다. 이 논문에서는 앞서 언급한 SQL/MDR 문제점 중에서, 안전하고 쉬운 접근제어를 보장할 수 있는 방법으로 MCL(Metadata Control Language)을 제안한다. MCL은 ISO/IEC 11179 Part 6에 정의되어 있는 사용자 그룹의 역할과 권한을 미리 정의하여 사용자를 사용자 그룹에 할당한다. 이러한 방법으로 MDL은 편이성과 보안성을 증대시킨다. In various fields, ISO/IEC 11179-based MDR (Metadata Registry) systems have been developed. However, the current systems do not observe the standard, so inconsistency issue between metadata arises. Most of all, there exist several problems because ISO/IEC 11179 provides no standardized access method. SQL/MDR has been suggested to resolve those problems. SQL/MDR supports search operations, but it does not provide operations for vaild building and safe access for MDR. This paper, in the aforementioned issues, suggests MCL(Metadata Control Language) to guarantee safe and easy access control. MCL offers predefined roles and authority of user groups defined in ISO/IEC 11179 Part 6, and users are assigned to a proper user group. With such a way, MCL increases usability and security.

        골유착성 임플랜트 지지 고정성 보철물과 자연치의 최대교합력 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the maximum occlusal force implant prostheses to natural teeth. Material and Method: Fifty nine patients treated either with $Br{\aa}anemark$ implants and ITI implants during the recent ten years were involved in this study. The maximum occlusal force were measured with unilateral bite force recorder and dental prescale system. Results: 1. The maximum occlusal forces of the implant prostheses and natural teeth were not significantly different where measured with unilateral bite force recorder and dental prescale system. 2. The maximum occlusal forces were not significantly different between $Br{\aa}nemark$ implant and ITI implant prostheses. 3. The maximum occlusal forces of the implant prostheses had lower when compared with natural teeth during 1-6 months functional periods when measured with the unilareral bite force recorder(P<0.05) and 1-12 months functional periods when measured with the dental prescale system(P<0.05). After these periods there was not statistical significant difference between the implant prostheses and natural teeth. 4. The maximum occlusal forces of the wide diameter implant prostheses were higher than the maximum occlusal forces of the regular diameter implant prostheses when measured with dental prescale system(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the wide diameter and the regular diameter implant prostheses when measured with unilateral bite force recorder. 5. The maximum occlusal forces of the single implant prostheses were not significantly different with the splinting implants prostheses. 6. The maximum occlusal forces of the implant prostheses were not significantly different by age and sex. 7. There was significantly different between maximum occlusal forces measured with unilateral bite force recorder and dental prescale system(P<0.0001) but there was positive correlation(r=0.52. P<0.05). Conclusion: The maximum occlusal forces of the implant prostheses were not significantly different to natural teeth during clenching and unilateral maximum biting.

        코발트-크롬 합금의 표면처리에 따른 열중합형 의치상용 레진과의 전단결합강도

        Statement of problem: For the long-term success of removable partial dentures, the bonding between metal framework and denture base resin is one of the important factors. To improve bonding between those, macro-mechanical retentive form that is included metal framework design has been generally used. However it has been known that sealing at the interface between metal framework and denture base resin is very weak, because this method uses mechanical bonding. Purpose: Many studies has been made to find a simple method which induces chemical bond, now various bonding system is applied to clinic. In this experiment, shear bond strengths of heat-cured denture base resin to the surface-treated Co-Cr alloy were measured before and after thermocycling. Chemically treated groups with Alloy $Primer^{TM}$, Super-Bond $C&B^{TM}$, and tribochemically treated group with $Rocatec^{TM}$ system were compared to the beadtreated control group. The data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA. Result: 1. Shear bond strength of bead-treated group is highest, and Alloy $Primer^{TM}$ treated group, Super-Bond $C&B^{TM}$ treated group, RocatecTM system treated group were followed. Statistically significant differences were found in each treated group(p<0.05). 2. Surface treatment and thermocycling affected shear bond strength(p<0.05), however there was no interaction between two factors(p>0.05). 3. Shear bond strengths of bead-treated group and Alloy $Primer^{TM}$ treated group showed no statistically significant difference before and after thermocycling(p>0.05), and those of Super-Bond $C&B^{TM}$ treated group and $Rocatec^{TM}$ system treated group showed statistically significant difference after thermocycling(p<0.05).

        마비 환자의 정상적 보행을 위한 능동형 단하지 보조기 개발

        In this study, we developed an active ankle-foot orthosis(AAFO) which can control dorsi/ plantar flexion of the ankle joint to prevent foot drop and toe drag during walking. 3D gait analyses were performed on five healthy subjects under three different gait conditions: the normal gait without AFO, the SAFO gait with the conventional plastic AFO, and the AAFO gait with the developed AFO. As a result, the developed AAFO preeminently induced the normal gait compared to the SAFO. Additionally, AAFO prevented foot drop by proper plantarflexion during loading response and provided enough plantarflexion moment as a driving force to walk forward by sufficient push-off during pre-swing. AAFO also could prevent toe drag by proper dorsiflexion during swing phase. These results indicate that the developed AAFO may have more clinical benefits to treat foot drop and toe drag, compared to conventional AFOs, and also may be useful in patients with other orthotic devices.

        Many studies have emphasized the importance of resistive exercise to maintain a healthy human body, particular in prevention of weakening of physical strength. Recently, some studies advocated that an application of vibration as a supplementary means in a regular training was effective in encouraging physical strength. Aim of the current study was, therefore, to identify if an application of vibration in a resistive exercise was effective in encouraging physical strength as that in a regular training. A 3-dimensional virtual lower extremity model for a healthy male and virtual leg-press model were generated and synchronized. Dynamic leg-press exercises on a slide machine with/without extra load and on a footboard with vibration as well as on a slide machine with extra load were analyzed. The results of the current indicated that the application of the vibration on the dynamic leg-press exercise might be not greatly effective in encouraging physical strength, compared with the dynamic leg press exercise with extra load. It was, however, thought that the application of the vibration might be helpful to elderly individuals because the reduced maximum muscle strength appeared by the effect of the vibration may avoid a muscular spasm, which can be driven from a high muscle strength sometimes produced during the leg-press exercise with extra load.

        슬관절 골관절염 환자와 정상인의 보행 시 슬관절 가속도

        목적: 보행 시 슬관절에는 내측으로 지면반발력이 작용하게 되어 외측으로 회전력이 발생하게 된다. 퇴행성 슬관절염은 이 회전력에 의해 슬관절 내측으로 가해지는 힘이 커져서 발생할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이에 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자와 정상인의 슬관절 가속도를 측정하여 보행 시 슬관절에서 나타나는 가속도의 양상을 비교해보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 정상 여성 22명과 퇴행성 슬관절염으로 진단 받은 성인 여성 22명을 대상으로 하였다. 같은 종류의 양말과 신발을 착용하여 편안한 걸음을 걷는 상태에서 무선가속도 측정시스템을 이용하여 슬관절의 가속도 변화를 측정하였다. 측정범위가±2 g (중력가속도)인 삼축 가속도 센서 CXL03LF3 (Crossbow, USA)를 비골두에 부착하여 가속도를 측정하였고 Mann-Whitney 검정법과 Spearman의 상관분석법을 이용하였다. 결과: 1) 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자에서는 정상인에 비해 부하 반응기 직후에 나타나는 슬관절 가속도의 첫 번째 최고치가 외측 방향과 앞쪽방향으로 크게 나타났다(p<0.01). 2) 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자에서는 정상인에 비해 편안한 걸음을 걷는 상태의 분속수가 유의하게 적었으나(p<0.01) 분속수와 슬관절 가속도의 상관관계는 없었다. 3) 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자와 정상인 모두에서 부하 반응기 직후에 나타나는 슬관절 가속도의 첫 번째 최고치가 외측 방향과 앞쪽 방향간에 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며(p<0.01) 전후측, 내외측, 상하측간에도 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.01). 결론: 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자에서는 보행시 정상인보다 부하 반응기 직후에 나타나는 슬관절 가속도의 최고치가 크게 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 보아 슬관절의 동적 가속도 형태를 관찰하는 것이 슬관절 질환 진단의 한 방법으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. Background: To investigate and describe the acceleration of the knee during walking in patients with osteoarthritis of knee and healthy adults. Methods: 22 patients with osteoarthritis of knee and 22 heathy adults participated in this study. The accelerometer fixed at left fibular head was used to record anterior-posterior, medio-lateral and superior-inferior accelerations of the knee during walking. Results: There was significant increase in lateral and anterior 1st peak of acceleration at loading response in the patients with osteoarthrits of knee compared to healthy adults (P<0.01). There was significant decrease in cadence in the patients with osteoarthritis of knee compared to heathy adults (P<0.01), but there was no significant correlation between cadence and 1st peak of acceleration at loading response. There was correlated with anterior and lateral acceleration in all subjects (P<0.01). Also there was relationship between anterior-posterior, medio-lateral and superior-inferior acceleration in all subjects (P<0.01). Conclusion: The accelerometer can be an easy and useful way to evaluate patients with osteoarthritis of knee.
