        파종시기별 유효적산온도(GDD)가 옥수수의 생육 및 수량변화에 미치는 영향

        A total of 15 different corn hybrids, Kwangpyeongok, Gangdaok, Yanganok, Singwangok, Jangdaok, Cheonganok, Cheongdaok, Andaok, Dapyeongok, Pyeongkangok, Pyeonganok, Daanok, Sunwon 184, Gangilok, and P3394 was used to investigate the growth and yield depending on the sowing date. The sowing dates were April 5, June 25, and July 5 and each experiments was performed in triplicste. The growth of Gangdaok was the highest. However, although the growth of Kwangpyeongok, was lower thanthar of Gangdaok, its stem height to ear height ratio was lower than that of Gangdaok, thus, Kwangpyeongok may be more suitable for stable cultivation. Both growth and yield of Daanok were low, regardless of planting date, but yield and ear shape of Pyeongkangok and Dapyeongok were for fresh corn. Growth and yield of the 15 different corn hybrids varied depending on the planting date, However, the growth degree days (GDD) was the most important factor governing the maturity of corn. More than $1500^{\circ}C$ of GDD was sufficient to harvest mature corn hybrids in the central region of Korea. Besides yield and growth, other characteristics, such as sweetness and taste of the hybrids, should be investigated further the selection of the best corn hybrid.

        재현의 곤경, 설득의 서사 넘기 ― 5월 광주 서사의 현재와 과제 ―

        오늘날 재현을 질문하는 과정 자체가 아이러니하게도, 백래쉬와 경합하는 장이 되기도 한다. 재현에 대한 문제의식이 궁극적으로 어떤 언설과 연결될지 가늠하는 것도 중요해졌다. 본 논문은, 오늘날 재현의 윤리에 대한 질문이, 대중적 백래쉬의 정동과 교착하는 장면들에 대한 문제의식에서 출발했다. 최근 빈번히 발견되는 설득의 서사구조에서도 이런 우려를 생각해볼 수 있다. 이러한 서사구조는 백래쉬와 부정의 언설 앞에서 스스로를 증명해야 하는 강박과 관련될 것이다. 그런데 그 설득의 과정 자체가 재현에 대한 오인을 발생시키곤 한다.. 오늘날 서사 속 5월 광주 재현이 처한 곤경도 이러한 재현 일반의 문제와 연동한다. 1990년대 이후 제도화, 공식화한 언어와 상상력을 공회전하면서 5월 광주 재현은 부정, 백래쉬 앞에서 무력해지곤 한다. 이것은 같은 언어를 공유, 활용하고 있는 조건과 장의 문제이기도 하다. 이 글은, 영화 <김군>(2018), 최윤 소설 「저기 소리 없이 한 점 꽃잎이 지고」(1988)를 재독해하면서 이러한 5월 광주 서사의 현재와 과제를 가늠하고자 했다. This study started with the problem of the scenes where the question about the ethics of representation today intersects with the affect of popular backlash. Ironically, the process of questioning representation itself becomes a field to compete with opposing forces. Therefore, it is also necessary to carefully assess what kind of discourse will ultimately lead to the problem about representation today. This concern can also be considered in the narrative structure of persuasion, which is frequently discovered recently. This narrative structure will be related to the intention to prove oneself in front of backlash and denial. However, the process of persuasion itself causes misconceptions about representation. In today's narrative, the predicament of the May Gwangju uprising representation is also linked to this problem. Since the 1990s, the institutionalized and formalized language and imagination have been lethargy. This is also a matter of foundation and field sharing the same language. This article attempted to assess the present and tasks of the May Gwangju uprising narrative by reading the movie < Kim-Gun > (2018) and Choi Yoon's novel(1988).

      • 유방 부분 절제술 후 방사선 치료 시 TOMO Direct를 이용한 접선 조사의 선량적 유용성에 관한 고찰

        Purpose: Investigation of the clinical use of tangential fields technique using TOMO direct in comparison to conventional LINAC based radiation therapy after breast partial mastectomy. Materials and Methods: Treatment plans were created for 3 left-sided breast cancer patients who had radiation therapy after breast partial mastectomy by using wedged tangential fields technique, field in field technique (FIF), TOMO Direct, TOMO Direct intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) under the normalized prescription condition ($D_{90%}$: 50.4 Gy/28 fx within CTV). Dose volume histogram (DVH) and isodose curve were used to evaluate the dose to the clinical target volume (CTV), organ at risk (OAR). We compared and analyzed dosimetric parameters of CTV and OAR. Dosimetric parameters of CTV are $D_{99}$, $D_{95}$, Dose homogeneity index (DHI: $D_{10}/D_{90}$) and $V_{105}$, $V_{110}$. And dosimetric parameters of OAR are $V_{10}$, $V_{20}$, $V_{30}$, $V_{40}$ of the heart and $V_{10}$, $V_{20}$, $V_{30}$ of left lung. Results: Dosimetric results of CTV, the average value of $D_{99}$, $D_{95}$ were $47.7{\pm}1.1Gy$, $49.4{\pm}0.1Gy$ from wedged tangential fields technique (W) and FIF (F) were $47.1{\pm}0.6Gy$, $49.2{\pm}0.4Gy$. And it was $49.2{\pm}0.4$ vs. $48.6{\pm}0.8Gy$, $49.9{\pm}0.4$ vs. $49.5{\pm}0.3Gy$ Gy for the TOMO Direct (D) and TOMO Direct IMRT (I). The average value of dose homogeneity index was W: $1.1{\pm}0.02$, F: $1.07{\pm}0.02$, D: $1.03{\pm}0.001$, I: $1.05{\pm}0.02$. When we compared the average value of $V_{105}$, $V_{110}$ using each technique, it was the highest as $34.6{\pm}9.3%$, $7.5{\pm}7.9%$ for wedged tangential fields technique and the value dropped for FIF as $16.5{\pm}14.8%$, $2.1{\pm}3.5%$, TOMO direct IMRT as $7.5{\pm}8.3%$, $0.1{\pm}0.1%$ and the TOMO direct showed the lowest values for both as 0%. Dosimetric results of OAR was no significant difference among each technique. Conclusion: TOMO direct provides improved target dose homogeneity over wedged tangential field technique. It is no increase the amount of normal tissue volumes receiving low doses, as oppose to IMRT or Helical TOMO IMRT. Also, it simply performs treatment plan procedure than FIF. TOMO Direct is a clinical useful technique for breast cancer patients after partial mastectomy.

        Pb(Mn<sub>1/3</sub>Nb<sub>2/3</sub>)O<sub>3</sub>-PbZrO<sub>3</sub>-PbTiO<sub>3</sub> 세라믹스의 압전특성에 미치는 Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>의 영향

        Piezoelectric properties of $Pb(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3-PbZrO_3-PbTiO_3$ ceramics were investigated with $Al_2O_3$ content $(0.0-1.0 wt\%)$. The constituent phases, microstructure, electromechanical coupling factor, dielectric constant, piezoelectric charge and voltage constants were analyzed. Diffraction peaks for (002) and (200) planes were identified by X-ray diffractometer for all the specimens doped with $Al_2O_3$, indicating the MPB (morphotropic phase boundary) composition of tetragonal structures. The highest sintered density of $7.8 g/cm^3$ was obtained for $0.2wt\%\;Al_2O_3-doped$ specimen. Grain size increased by doping $Al_2O_3$ up to $0.3 wt\%$, and it decreased by more doping. Electromechanical coupling factor, dielectric constant, piezoelectric charge and voltage constants increased by doping $Al_2O_3$ up to $0.2wt\%$, and it decreased by more doping. This might result from the formation of oxygen vacancies due to defects in $O^{2-}$ ion sites and the substitution of $Al^{3+}$ ions.

        Ni-doped $CoSb_3$ was prepared by the hot pressing, and its doping effects on the thermoelectric properties were investigated. Single phase ${\delta}-CoSb_3$ was successfully obtained by encapsulated induction melting and the subsequent heat treatment at 773 K for 24 hrs, followed by the hot pressing under 60 MPa at 773 K for 2 hrs. Nickel atoms acted as electron donors by substituting cobalt atoms. Thermoelectric properties were remarkably improved by the Ni doping.

        Te-doped $CoSb_3$ was prepared by the encapsulated induction melting, and its doping effects on the thermoelectric properties were investigated. Single phase ${\delta}-CoSb_3$ was successfully obtained by the subsequent annealing at 773 K for 24 hrs. Tellurium atoms acted as electron donors by substituting antimony atoms. Thermoelectric properties were remarkably improved by the appropriate doping. Dimensionless figure of merit was obtained to be 0.83 at 700K for the $CoSb_{2.8}Te_{0.2}$ specimen.

        Skutterudite $CoSb_3$ doped with nickel was prepared by encapsulated induction melting, and its doping effects on thermoelectric properties were investigated. Single phase ${\delta}-CoSb_3$ was successfully obtained by encapsulated induction melting and subsequent heat treatment at 773 K for 24 h. Nickel atoms acted as electron donors by substituting cobalt atoms. Thermoelectric properties were remarkably improved by appropriate heat treatment and doping, and they were closely related to phase transitions and dopant activation. The maximum ZT(dimensionless figure of merit) was achieved as 0.2 at 600 K for the $Co_{0.93}Ni_{0.07}Sb_3$ specimen.

        중환자실 간호사의 생애말 간호수행에 미치는 영향요인

        본 연구는 중환자실 간호사의 도덕적 고뇌, 윤리적 환경, 생애말 간호 어려움 및 긍정심리자본이 생애말 간호수행에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 대상자는 G도의 J시와 C시에 위치한 G대학병원 중환자실에서 근무하는 간호사 144명으로, 2020년 10월부터 11월까지 설문조사를 통해 자료수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 대상자의 생애말 간호수행은 결혼상태, 생애말 간호 교육경험에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 중환자실 간호사의 생애말 간호수행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인은 긍정심리자본, 생애말 간호 어려움으로 설명력은 24.8%였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중환자실 간호사의 생애말 간호수행을 향상시키기 위해서는 생애말 간호 어려움을 감소시키고, 긍정심리자본을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육과 중재 프로그램 개발이 요구된다. This study is a descriptive research study to identify the relationship between the performance of end-of-Life care of ICU nurses, moral distress, ethical climate, difficulties in end-of-life care, and positive psychological capital. Data were collected with structured questionnaires from 144 ICU nurses at a university hospital in J city, Gyeongnam, from October to November in 2020, and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0. The subjects' performance of end-of-life care of ICU nurses is significantly different depending on marital status, experiences of end-of-life care education. The variables that had a significant effect on the performance of end-of-life care among ICU nurses were positive psychological capital and difficulties in end-of-life care. The explanatory power was 24.8%. Based on these results, it is necessary to intervention program and education to reduce difficulties in end-of-life care and increase positive psychological capital for ICU nurses.

        다범주 자료의 다항로짓 모형과 로지스틱 회귀모형 비교;장애연금 특성분석 중심으로

        This article studies on disability pensioners' characteristic with multinomial logit and logistic regression model. Seven factors are examined on whether each factor is reflected in degree of disability in the disability pension. By incorporating multinomial logit and logistic regression model, effectiveness and characteristic of the seven factors are investigated on the degree of disability. Result shows all the seven factors are significant on the degree of disability, while among the seven, five factors, age, sex, type of coverage, type of category, insured duration show a trend in degree of disability and the other two, cause of disability and class of standard monthly income are not effective on trend in degree of disability. Results from analyses might be useful for disability pension management. 순위형 다범주 자료에 있어서 범주값의 증감에 대한 설명변수의 특성분석을 위하여 다항로짓모형을 적합하여 분석하고 로지스틱 회귀모형을 적합하여 분석한 결과와 비교하였다. 이를 통하여 장애연금 수급자자료의 재정추계를 위해 필요한 일곱 가지 요인인 성별, 수급나이, 가입기간, 가입종별, 소득활동여부, 소득수준, 장애원인이 장애등급에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 일곱 요인 모두 장애응급에 대한 연관성이 있음을 확인하였고 이 가운데 다섯 요인은 장애등급의 증감에 있어서도 일정한 추세를 보였으나, 장애원인과 소득수준은 장애등급의 증감에는 일정한 추세를 보이지 않음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 장애연금 관리방안을 모색하는데 있어서 장애등급에 따른 설명 요인의 특성을 반영하는데 필요한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 장애등급 분류에 있어서 다중분류의 정분류율은 각각 42.56%와 42.43%로 로지스틱 회귀모형의 경우 다중로짓 모형의 경우보다 다소 높았지만 거의 비슷한 정확도를 보였다.

      • Properties of Alkaline Protease Isolated from Nocardiopsis dassonvillei

        ATCC 21944인 노카디옵시스 다손빌레이 균주로부터 새로운 알칼리언 단백질분해효소를 분리하였다. 크로마토그래피 방법과 이온교환 HPLC를 사용하여 분리한 효소는 SDS-전기영동 젤상에서 순수한 것으로 나타났으며, 겉보기 분자량은 33,500 달톤인 것으로 나타났다. 이 효소의 pI는 6.3는 부근으로 나타났으며 효소의 활성은 PMSF 및 chymostatin과 같은 Serine 단백질 분해효소의 억제제들에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 온도에 따른 효소활성 실험결과 $55^{\circ}C$에서 활성이 가장 크며 $65^{\circ}C$까지는 최대 활성의 70%를 유지하며 또한 pH 11에서도 활성을 계속 유지하는 것으로 보여졌다. 분리된 단백질분해효소는 높은 온도에서 그리고 강한 알칼리성에서도 활성을 유지하므로 산업적으로 이용할 가치를 포함하고 있는 것으로 사료된다. We have purified a novel alkaline protease from actinomycete Nocardiopsis dassonvillei, ATCC 21944, using conventional chromatographic methods and an ion-exchange HPLC at the final stage. SDS-PAGE of purified enzyme showed that the enzyme is homogeneous, and the apparent molecular weight is 33,500 daltons. Isoelectricfocusing indicates its pI is around 6.3. The enzyme is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors such as phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride and chymostatin. Temperature-dependent activity profile of the protease indicates that it is thermally stable and retains 70% of the activity at $65^{\circ}C$ compared to the maximum activity shown at $55^{\circ}C$. It also appears to be highly alkalophilic, maintaining almost full activity at pH 11.
