        개인화가 가속되는 아랍MZ세대에 관한 분석

        Over the past years in Middle Eastern areas, the same way fo thinking had been inherited as a patriarchal and tribal tradition from upper generation flowing wisdom and knowledge down to the lower generation. Nowadays, metadiscourses formed by local political leaders in a top-down system have become the identity that defined Arabs. But now, a strong wind of change began to blow in the Arab region, which had long shown strong solidarity with the same value system. This is led by the new generation, the largest group in the region’s demographics, who have not experienced historical events that have caused existing ideas. Individualism is spreading through various online channels beyond the uniform delivery of information by the elder among the youths. In addition, policies of some Arab countries that is contrary to the existing ideology of Arab due to changing dynamics in the region are encouraging the youths to have a new survival strategy. The paper would examine the accelerated individualism through the results of Arab youth survey. 중동 아랍지역에서는 윗세대가 아랫세대에게 지혜와 지식을 흘려보내주며 가부장적이고 부족주의적인 전통으로 동일한 사고방식이 계승되어져 왔었다. 근대에 와서는 현지 정치지도자들에 의해 탑다운 식으로 형성된 거대 담론이 아랍인들을 규정하는 정체성이 되었다. 오랜 기간 동일한 가치체계로 강력한 연대를 보였던 아랍지역에 강력한 변화의 바람이 불기 시작하였다. 이는 이 지역 인구 통계적으로 가장 큰 그룹인 젊은 세대가 주도하고 있다. 기존 사상들을 만들어낸 역사적 사건들을 경험하지 못한 젊은 세대들은 윗세대의 획일적인 정보 전달을 넘어 온라인의 다양한 채널을 통해 개인주의가 퍼지고 있다. 또한 지역 내 변화하는 역학관계로 기존 사상에서 이탈하는 행보를 보이는 개별 국가들의 정책이 젊은 세대들에게 새로운 생존 전략을 독려하고 있다. 이러한 변화 속에 아랍 젊은이들의 설문조사 결과를 통해 가속화되어지는 개인화를 살펴보고자 한다.

      • Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Degraded CrMoV Cast Steel by On-site Repair Welding

        Recently the increase in the proportion of renewable energy has caused fluctuations on the daily electricity supply. LNG combined cycle power plant plays an important role to match the supply and demand electrical power. Due to the frequent start and stop operations, thermal shock is applied to the aged equipment and makes severe cracks. CrMoV casting is used for turbine casings and valve bodies for high-temperature pressure vessels in power plant sites. As a result, these large casings have been distorted and it could lead to replacement or welding for repair. We well have known that CrMoV steel has softened HAZ region by repair welding and it affect creep properties. The difference of hardness between weldment and HAZ also affect fatigue life. In this study, a typical on-site repair welding method was applied to N2 packing head sample which is used for 90,000 hours in steam turbine site. Appling color etching method for better understanding of tempered welding microstructure and measuring micro vickers hardness of welding cross sections are carried out. Physical properties and life performance of on-site welding materials at 560℃ are obtained by varying heat inputs, PWHT holding times and weld methods. As a result, it was found that which welding method is effective on the large CrMoV castings for performance and derived the important factor of repair welding methods.

        열화된 CrMoV 주조강에 대한 보수 용접 방법 및 후열처리 특성 평가

        Recently the growth of the renewable energy production has caused the flexible operation in LNG combined cycle power plant. Due to the rapid start and stop operations, large CrMoV castings used for turbine casings and valve bodies could be distorted and lead to replacement or welding repair. This study was performed to find out the characteristics of the repair welding for a damaged CrMoV casting steel. A typical field repair method (arc & TIG welding) was applied to making specimens. The degraded N2 packing head sample from the steam turbine was used. The evaluations of weldments were carried out in terms of microstructural characterization, microhardness measurements, tensile, creep-rupture and fatigue tests. Color etching was also applied for better understanding of welding microstructures. As the boundary between HAZ and base material was deteriorated by welding, it caused microstructural changes formed during PWHT and the shortening of the remaining residual life. By comparing the properties according to repair welding method, it was possible to derive what important welding factors were. As a result, arc welding method is more suitable for repair welding on CrMoV castings.

        實驗的 犬蛔蟲症 診斷에 있어서 여러가지 抗原의 效用性

        Toxocariasis is produced by the migration of the Toxocara canis larvae in extra-intestinal tissues in unnatural hosts or under suitable conditions in natural hosts. Serodiagnosis and treatment may be difficult. The present study was performed to observe the specific reacting antigenic bands of crude extract Toxocara canis adult and larval worm and excretory-secretory matirials. Its reaction to the serum IgG antibody obtained from experimentally infected mice. For adult antigen, after homogenization with adult worm, the homogenate was extracted at 4℃ for 2 days and centrifuged at 20,000 g for 1 hr. The supernatant was used as adult antigen. For larval antigen, after homogenization with larvae using ultrasonic homogenizer. the homogenate was handled by same method as adult antigen. The supernatant was used as larval antigen. ES antigen was collected excretory-secretory materials of Toxocara canis larvae cultured in RPMI 1640. Infected sera were obtained from mice infected with Toxocara canis embryonated eggs (A group : infected with 100 embryonated eggs ; B group 500 embryonated eggs). The control sera were obtained from non-infected mice. Serum levels of IgG antibody by ELISA using crude antigen increased from 14 day after infection in adult antigen and ES antigen. But it was not observed the difference between infected sera and non-infected sera in larval antigen. And it was observed very little difference of A group and B group. The best result extressed as positive/negative ratio could be obtained when ES antigen was used. So ES antigen will be able to represent a antigen. By SDS-PAGE in 4-20% linear gel, it was showed to difference of each other antigens. By immunoblot, serum antibody was recognized in ES antigen ; major protein bands with molecular weight of 65.6, 51, 33, 27 and 24.5 kDa bands respectively. Among them 24.5 kDa band reacted even in non-infected control sera. The result of reaction was similar between adult and larval antigen, but intensity of reaction was very weak. These results suggest that Toxocara canis ES antigen will be able to represent a antigen that can be used in the diagnosis of toxocariasis.
