As in the developed countries, the Korea economy tends to move from the manufacturing industry to service industries. Most of international academic societies in management periodically publish the paper on the research trends based on their published papers by bibliometric analysis. The Korea Service Management Society, the representative academic society in Korea for the subject of service management, has not conducted sufficiently on the research trends by bibliometric analyses. The research examines 608 papers published in The Journal of Korea Service Management Society from the first issue in 2000 to those in 2014. The bibliometric analyses conducted for the followings such as author types, research subjects, research methods, and research industries. According to the research results, while most authors belonged to domestic universities, the participation of industry practitioners and international researchers was not active. In addition, survey was the dominant research method, and the research tends to be skewed to some service industries, specifically to Service Factory and Mass Service of Service Process Matrix. With the importance of convergence and multidisciplinary research through academic-industry collaborations, the research results provides some managerial implications to industry practitioners as well as the researchers on service management. This research, as the grounded research, is comprehensive, and it is expected that the research on research trends follows in diverse perspectives in the future.

The purpose of this study was to identify structural relation between elementary school teacher`s guidance efficacy and related variables of interpersonal relationships, moreover to provide practical helping to elementary school teacher. For this purpose, The subject of this study were 411 elementary school teachers in 26 from Gyounggi Province area. The data analysis methods were latent profile analysis(LPA), and multinomial logistic regression. Mplus 5.0, SPSS 18.0 were used to analysis the data. The results of LPA showed that the elementary school teachers could be best described by three latent profiles representing degree of guidance: Well-Functioning(WF), Intermediate(IM), Burn-Out(BO). WF was high scores on all subscales although ESTGE was higher than self control, empathy, relationships ability. IM was maintaining medium score on all subscales. BO was low scores on all subscales although ESTGE was lower than self control, empathy, relationships ability. The result of multinomial logistic regression showed teachers career was important background variables rather than sex, age, grade. Based on these result, there are several implications. The present study can be utilized for theoretical background designing prevention and intervention program for elementary school teacher as well as teacher training program for guidance or counseling setting in school. Specially multi- dimensional training program to prompt guidance efficacy and related variables of interpersonal for guidance could be optimal solution for elementary school teacher. Teacher`s career background variables significantly predict degree of guidance efficacy. There are suggestions associated with the present study. This research`s variables are fixed sex, age, career, grade. Thus Further research is needed in order to identify the guidance profile with other flexible personal characteristics(e.g., marriage, degree and specialty of education, children). Additionally, it would be interesting to explore change of elementary school teacher`s guidance efficacy and related variables of interpersonal relationships through the longitudinal research.

he Purpose of this study is to develop the Elementary School Teacher`s Guidance Efficacy Scale(ESTGES) based on guidance and teacher-efficacy theory, and to validate it. An exploratory factor analysis was conducted on the data collected from 258 elementary school teachers. Result suggested that the ESTGES consisted of 3 factors, namely, guidance efficacy for problem behavior, student understanding & counseling, general behavior. Internal consistency and split-half reliability of each sub scale were reasonably high. Correlations coefficients between teacher-efficacy score and ESTGES score were examined to provide an evidence of concurrent evidence of the scale. Correlations coefficients between job performance-satisfaction score and ESTGES score were examined to provide a convergent evidence of the scale. The results lend a support to the ESTGES as a valid instrument. The implications and limitations of these results were also discussed.
