We developed a package of remote phosphor structure having blue LED chips and phosphors physically separated, and the characteristics were evaluated according to different classifications of phosphor coatings. Remote phosphor was produced by screen printing coating on glass substrate with phosphor content rated paste and heat treatment. After mounting Remote phosphor, which has been classified according to number of coatings, on top of blue LED chips, luminous flux, luminous efficacy, CCT and CRI were measured. The measurement results showed the most suitable characteristics of white LED package as a general light source when the content rate of phosphor in Remote phosphor was 80 wt.% with 3 layers of coatings and thickness over $12{\mu}m$.

In this research, a 6W white LED package with a Glass Remote Phosphor was developed to improve the life of an LED package. The Glass Remote Phosphor was fabricated by the Phosphor in Glass (PiG) method, wherein phosphor YAG:Ce was mixed with glass frit and then heat treated. A paste with 75wt.% of a phosphor substance and 25wt.% glass frit was coated on a glass substrate two times using the screen-printing technique and heat-treated at 800℃ ; this structure gave a luminous efficacy of 136.1lm/W, color rendering index of 74Ra, and color temperature of 5,342K, thus satisfying the requirements as a light source for lighting. Moreover, an IES LM-80 accelerated life test was conducted on the same LED package for 6,000h in order to estimate the L70 lifetime based on IES TM-21. The results showed guaranteed lifetimes of 213,000h at 55℃, 245,000h at 85℃, and 209,000h at 95℃.
중·고등학교 운동선수의 자율훈련과 운동성취에 대한 인과모형 분석

The causal model on unsupervised training and athletic achievement among middle and highschool student athletes has been analyzed with a sample of 1,142 student athletes involved in this study, and the results are as follows; First, as for the difference in athletic achievement depending on the individual characteristics, there is significant difference depending on gender, school, monthly household income, and the job of the head of household. Second, as for the difference in athletic achievement depending on the athletic experience characteristics, there is significant difference depending on the kind of sports, athletic career, number of training days per week, except average training time per day. Third, the initial hypothetical structural model designed with unsupervised training, self management empowerment and athletic achievement was inappropriate for the analysis due to some factors. The revised model is appropriate after eliminating those factors, interpersonal relationship management which is a sub-variable of self management, and influence, which isa sub-variable of empowerment. Fourth, as for the relative influence of the factors that affect the athletic achievement of middle and high school student athletes, self management is the most influential, then comes unsupervised training and empowerment in order. Unsupervised training and self management also have indirect effects on the athletic achievement.

The purpose of the study is to clarify the relationship between the leisure satisfaction and the types of the leisure activities among Navy personnel. For the purpose, the relationships between the six types of the leisure activities and the leisure satisfaction were analyzed and clarified. The subjects of the study were selected through the stratified random sampling from the military personnel in service in the Navy and then a questionnaire was distributed to each subject. 518 subjects have responded among 550. Insincere and incomplete responses were eliminated from statistics. The total subjects in the study were 507. Statistic, used in the study are the frequencies, the one-way ANOVA, the post-hoc analysis, the multiple classification analysis and the analysis of covariance. Based on the procedures and analysis, the following results are concluded. First, in the relationship between the background variables of Navy personnel and the leisure satisfaction, the characteristics such as age, rank, level of education, household income, and healthiness influence on the leisure satisfaction with exception of the number of vacation days. Second, in the relationship between the leisure satisfaction and the types of leisure activities in navy personnel, the types of leisure activities influence psychological, education, socal and physiological leisure satisfaction with exception of relaxation and environmental leisure satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between the leisure satisfaction and the types of leisure activities in Navy personnel, the leisure satisfaction from sports activities was highest. Tour-fun activities, social interaction activities, playful-recreational activities, hobby domestic activities, and viewing-appreciation activities ware followed.

The high efficiency tubular LED lamp has been developed. But, it occurs optical losses in consists of LED package, module, diffuser etc.. By Measuring the tubular LED lamp's luminous flux, we compared and analyzed about the effect of optical losses for each component and actually using measured luminous intensity distribution data, illuminance distribution was simulated by Relux. Optical losses are 24[%] from LED package to luminaire and the tubular LED lamp can be replaced with fluorescent lamp. In this paper, we could provide data for optimum lighting design by analyzing the optical characteristics for developing and propagating the tubular LED lamp.

Lighting industry is rapidly being developed as the ubiquitous society based on sensor network emerges. This kind of paradigm shift brings the society convergence of technologies which leads to smart lighting system as well as the integration of interior and sensibility control. However, standards for sensors have not been firmly established, and problems related to quality and malfunction have been brought up, thereby calling for careful approach to the enhancement and assessment of reliability of the item. In this article reliability assessment criteria for sensor module for lighting fixtures is established in terms of performance assessment criterion and reliability assessment criterion.
실리콘 리플렉터를 적용한 고효율 고출력 LED 패키지 개발

We developed high-efficient 6W-LED package with simple structure by applying Heat Slug and silicone-reflector. LED package was manufactured in 8.5×8.5mm sized multi-chip structure having thickness of 500㎛ achieved by bonding silicon-reflector with prepreg on top of the plate after implementing the reflector placed on copper substrate Half Etching by thickness of 200㎛. The luminous flux, luminous efficacy, correlated color temperature, color rendering index and thermal resistance of developed LED was evaluated, and it verified the application of products by applying it to 120W-LED road luminaires through simulation. The luminous efficacy of LED package reached over 130lm/W, and it is possible to be manufactured into 120W-LED road luminaires using 18 packages. In addition, the simulation results showed average of horizontal illuminance and overall illuminance uniformity that is suitable for three-lane road.
