        SBAR-협력적 의사소통 프로그램이 간호사의 의사소통 능력과 간호사-의사 협력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of the SBAR-Collaborative Communication Program on nurses’ communication skills and on collaboration between nurses and doctors. Methods: From March 11 to November 11, 2013, data were collected from 180 hospital nurses working in a university hospital in Gyeonggi province. Outcomes were measured at three time intervals; before, three and six months after the program was completed. Results: After participating in this program, there was a significant increase in nurses’ communication skills but not in collaboration between nurses and doctors. None of the participants" general categories influenced nurses’ communication skills at pre-test, but age, education level, total years of working and work department significantly influenced scores at 3 and 6 months. Work department was the only category for which there was a significant difference in collaboration between nurses and doctors at pre-test, and education level and work department were related to significant improvement at 6 months. Conclusion: Findings indicate that this program can improve communication skills for nurses and also, collaboration between nurses and doctors, especially for nurses under 25 years of age. Thus nursing and hospital managers should provide SBAR-Collaborative Communication Programs to new nurses in their job training.

        병원간호사를 위한 잡 크래프팅 중재 프로그램 개발 및 적용: 조직몰입, 직무배태성, 조직웰빙 효과 평가

        Purpose: This study aimed to assess the effect of a job crafting intervention program for hospital nurses to confirm the effect on the organizational commitment of clinical nurses, and their embeddedness and organizational well-being in the workplace. Methods: The study used a non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design, which included 68 nurses working at a general hospital. The job crafting intervention program was held for a total of 5 weeks from May 27 to June 27, 2019, and the program lasted for 2 weeks including 2 h each. The program effectiveness was assessed through a self-reporting survey of program participants 2 weeks prior to application, 2 weeks after application, and 6 weeks after application. Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, chi-squared test, independent t-test, and repeated measures multivariate analysis of variance using the SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Results: Significant differences were observed between the experimental and control groups regarding job crafting (F=6.20, p=.003), task crafting (F=8.37, p<.001), cognitive crafting (F=6.29, p=.003), embeddedness (F=8.49, p<.001), and organizational well-being (F=4.90, p=.009). Conclusion: The job crafting intervention program can be actively utilized to induce efficient nursing staff management in hospitals, expanding it into hospital nurse’s work area and developing nurse’s job crafting further.

        패턴분석을 이용한 교류분석이론과 직무만족에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 조직구성원을 대상으로 하여 이고그램, 인생태도, 스트로크, 시간의 구조화 4개의 이론을 이용한 직무만족의 패턴에 대한 연구를 하였다. 패턴분석의 도구로서는 특별히 패턴분석에 효과적인 모델인 퍼지 TAM 네트워크를 사용하였다. 퍼지 TAM 네트워크의 입력데이터는 교류분석의 4개 이론의 값이며, 출력데이터는 직무만족의 점수를 2개로 나눈 클래스이다. 연구의 결과로서는 4개의 교류분석의 이론과 직무만족의 패턴분석에 대한 트레이닝 데이터의 정답률은 85-100%, 체킹데이터의 정답률은 60%이었다. In this paper, we study to the pattern of job satisfaction using four theories of transactional analysis-egogram, life positions, strokes, time structuring-for organizational members. The tool of pattern analysis is used fuzzy TAM network which is especially effective for pattern analysis. The input data of fuzzy TAM network are values of four theories in transactional analysis, the output data is the classes which is divided by two groups from score of job satisfaction. From the result of this study, the correct rates of training data and checking data are 85-100% and 60%, respectively.

        전자간호기록 시스템의 사용성 수준 및 관련 요인 분석

        Purpose: The usability, user satisfaction, and impact of electronic nursing record (ENR) systems were investigated. Methods: This mixed-method research was performed as a time?motion (TM) study and a survey which were carried out at six hospitals between August and November 2013. The TM study involved 108 nurses from medical, surgical, and intensive care units at each hospital, plus an additional 48 nurses who served as nonparticipating observers. In the survey, 1879 volunteer nurses completed the Impact of ENR Systems Scale, the System Usability Scale, and a global satisfaction scale. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed. Results: The mean scores for the ENR impact, system usability, and satisfaction were 4.28 (out of 6), 58.62 (out of 100), and 74.31 (out of 100), respectively, and they differed significantly between hospitals (F=43.43, p <.001, F=53.08 and p <.001, and F=29.13 and p <.001, respectively). A workflow fragmentation assessment revealed different patterns of ENR system use among the included hospitals. Three user characteristics?educational background, practice period, and experience of using paper records?significantly affected the system usability and satisfaction scores. Conclusion: The system quality varied widely among the ENR systems. The generally low-to-moderate levels of system usability and user satisfaction suggest many opportunities for improvement.

        중학교 과학교육과정에서 수행평가의 일반적 사항과 적절한 수행평가 방법에 관한 과학 교사들의 인식 조사

        중학교에서 수행평가가 공식적으로 도입된 이래, 아직 수행평가가 정착되지 않아서 어려움과 문제점들이 많이 지적되고 있다. 수행평가는 많은 교육적 효과를 가지고 있지만 교사가 시행하는 방법에 따라서 효과가 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로 교사가 수행평가의 주제와 적절한 방법을 선정하는 것은 수행평가의 성패를 좌우하는 중요한 일이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울·경기 지역의 중학교 20개교에 재직 중인 과학교사 80명을 대상으로 수행평가의 일반적 사항과 중학교 과학에서 각 단원별로 적절한 수행평가의 방법에 대한 교사들의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 교사들은 수행평가의 과제 내용으로 내용과 과정을 통합하는 것과 과학적 원리와 개념을 통합하는 것이 중요하며, 과제 선정시에는 학생들이 배워야 할 지식과 기능을 고려해야 한다고 인식하고 있었다. 수행평가의 과제 수행을 통해 학생들이 얻을 수 있는 효과로 정보를 얻기 위해 다양한 기능을 사용할 수 있게 된다는 점을 들었다. 수행평가를 포함한 학습평가에서 교사들은 타당도와 신뢰도를 매우 중요시 여겼다. 과학교육과정 중 물리 단원에서는 서술형 검사법과 실험·실습법이 적절하고, 화학 단원에서는 실험·실습법과 서술형 검사법을, 생물 단원에서는 서술형 검사법이 적절하며, 지구과학 및 환경 단원에서는 서술형 검사법, 연구 보고서법, 포트폴리오법이 적절한 것으로 교사들은 인식하고 있었다. Since performance assessment is introduced officially, many difficulties and problems are pointed out, because it is not settled down yet. It has many educational effects. But effects can be changed by methods of teacher's operation. So, it is important things that teachers select theme and appropiate methods of performance assessment. This study researched the recognition of science teachers about the general matters of performance assessment and the appropiate performance assessment methods. The results of this study is as follows. First, teachers replied that the work contents must be combined with the contents and processes, scientific principles and concepts. Teachers replied that work contents of performance assessment must be selected considering of knowledge and ability which the students learned. Second, teachers replid that learning evaluation including of performance assessment must be avalible and reliable. Third, essay test and experimental test were most proper in unit of physics of middle school science. Experimental test was proper in unit of chemistry. Essay test was proper in unit of biology. Essay test, research paper test and portfolio evaluation were proper in unit of earth science and environment.

        신입간호사를 위한 e-learning 예비교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용

        Purpose: To develop and apply an e-learning orientation program that enables the new nurses to be acquainted with their works more rapidly so that they could perform their abilities more efficiently in the field. Method: The study was designed with 4 stages in the order of demand survey done by 159 new nurses, program development based on Network Instructional System Design Model, program application done by 433 other new nurses and user evaluation. Result: The total of the following 18 courses have been thoroughly developed in the order listed as follows: oxygen therapy, suctioning, peripheral intravenous therapy, emergency drugs, drug management, drug dosage calculation, clinical drugs Ⅰ, clinical drugs Ⅱ, blood transfusion, medication administration, tube feeding, enema, urinary catheterization, vital sign checking method, infection control, safety control, overview of clinical pathology and emergency nursing. The overall average score of the evaluation was 4.13 out of 5 points in satisfaction. Conclusion: In order to continuously develop and promote the e-learning program, the applicants study demand and clinical nursing practice must be reflected to the program.
