Euthanasia means an act of killing a man who is sure to die from diseases which any modern medicine can't cure. In this thesis, I intend to pay a historical consideration to it, viewing from religious, medical, moral, socio-political and literatry points, while giving comments on some criminal decisions in Americans and Japanese courts. There are two theories on Euthanasia; one for it and the other against. Consequently, I would like to insist that Euthanasia is good law since it is nothing but an act of remedial treatment. Therefore I want to propose the Euthanasia should be legalized in our country too.

낙태죄(落胎罪)에 대한 법적 고찰

Today, we have profoundly been influenced upon the results in the western civilization, as it were Free Sex. Group Sex and Sex exhibition etc. and prevalence of the sex theme in literature, drama, T.V. and advertising, may stimulate sex in varying degrees. Therefore, In our society, the problem in sex behavior it confronted as an issue of the most important one, The trend of sex delinquency appears to have been generally increased in our country, that is, in rural areas, in cities, among poor and rich, among educated and ignorant, among orthodox and unorthodox. and the causes of delinquency is the moral confusion and violations of the puritanical sex code. In this treatise, I would try to analyze abortion in the view of law making, as an important problem in sex delinquency. Abortion is to destroy the life of being born alive, by any wilful act causes a child to die before it has an existence independent of its mother. It seems likely that abortion has been increased too year after year, But abortion in any cases could not forbid as an illegal act. It must be allowed that abortion, although its lawlessness, might be practised on lawful deed in special cases. The cases are in general, time to bring in medical eugenical, ethical, economical and soical reasons. and so, it is good law to procure abortion with its conditions, Most codes in foreign countries have been contained the above cases in their codes. In our criminal law, It must be reformed that any abortion should not punish because of being illegality, but in cases of medical and eugenical reasons should never punish it.

호텔 직원의 LMX가 친사회적 서비스 행동에 미치는 영향: 조직응집성의 매개효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to target hotel employees in identifying the impact of the exchange relationship (LMX) between leaders and members on pro-social service behavior, and to find the differences in organizational cohesiveness through an empirical analysis. For the survey, the employees who have been working at 5 star hotels for more than a year in the hospitality field, particularly in Seoul and Incheon. In summary, both emotional and business trust factors, which are sub-factors of LMX, have a significant impact on organizational cohesiveness(+), and both emotional and business confidence relationships were shown to have significant positive effects on pro-social service behavior(+), and organizational cohesiveness was analyzed to have a significant impact on pro-social service behavior(+). Finally, in emotional trust relationships, business trust relationships, and influence relationships between actions within roles, organizational cohesiveness emerged as a partial mediation just as in emotional trust relationships, business trust relationships, and influence relationships between actions outside roles.

점화시기가 LPG 엔진의 배기특성에 미치는 영향

As an automobile fuel, LPG has many environmental advantages compared to gasoline or diesel. However, current LPG engine which is provided with LPG fuel as gas form has lower power and worse fuel efficiency than gasoline engine. These problems of low power and bad fuel efficiency come from lower volumetric efficiency. Also there is a new rising problem of high failure ratio in an engine emission test. Although there are many factors which affect engine performance of exhaust gas emission, one believes that the fact that ECM of gasoline engine is used for LPG engine when retrofitting gasoline engine to LPG engine is one of the main problems, which lower engine power and emit more noxious gas due to wrong ignition timing. To solve these problems, one studied the effects ignition timing on the exhaust gas to find out the optimum condition of ignition timing. The experimental results show that noxious exhaust gas is reduced and engine power is increased if the optimum control of ignition timing is applied in accordance to the revolution speed of engine.

한국의 산업은 60년대 이후 연평균 10% 이상의 높은 성장을 지속하면서 경제발전을 주도하여 왔으나 최근에는 급속한 대내외 경제여건의 변화 속에서 산업의 경쟁력 약화라는 구조적인 문제점에 직면하여 왔다. 신정부의 산업정책은 국제화ㆍ개방화의 진전, 국내비교우위 구조의 변화 등과 같은 대내외 여건속에서 "고비용-저생산성"의 당면 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 새로운 산업발전전략을 추구하고 있다. 그 기본방향으로 첫째는 신경제의 기본이념인 민간의 참여와 창의를 바탕으로 정부와 민간이 함께 참여하는 새로운 산업발전체제를 구축하는 것이고, 둘째는 경쟁의 원천이 기술력으로 변모됨에 따른 기술중심의 산업정책의 추진이며, 셋째는 국제화시대에 대응하여 산업의 국제협력을 강화하고 기업의 국제화전략을 지원하는 것이며, 마지막으로 WTO체제, 국내경제발전단계 등 새로운 경제여건에 맞는 산업정책 운영방식을 수립해 나가는 것이다. 이러한 기본방향에 따라 현재까지 산업기반조성, 산업구조, 산업조직 등 각 부문의 시책이 당초 계획대로 착실히 추진되어 소기의 성과를 거두고 있는 것으로 평가된다. 앞으로의 산업정책의 주요과제는 규제완화등을 통한 산업전반의 경쟁촉진여건의 조성, 인력 및 기술개발 투자확대를 통한 기술 및 지식집약적인 산업구조로의 전환, 개방화시대에 우리 나라를 대표하는 대기업군의 경쟁력강화, 국제화 등 해외여건과 국내경제발전단계 등을 감안한 정부, 기업, 금융기관 등 산업정책 참여주체간의 기능과 역할의 재정립, 그리고 지방화시대, 소비자권리 강화 등 새로운 수요에 부응하는 산업정책의 개발 등이라고 할 것이다.

MIMO 기법을 적용한 HDR-WPAN 시스템의 성능분석

본 논문에서는 최근 홈 네트워크 기술로 관심을 받고 있는 IEEE 802.15.3 HDR-WPAN (High Data Rate-Wireless Personal Area Network) 시스템의 성능 및 용량 향상 방안으로 MIMO 기법을 적용하고 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 분석하였다. 특히, MIMO 기법 중 독립적인 각각의 부채널들에 서로 다른 데이터를 전송하여 전송률을 높이는 V-BLAST 기법을 적용하였다. HDR-WPAN 시스템의 TCM-64QAM 모드에서 V-BLAST 기법을 적용한 경우 최소 2개의 송수신 안테나를 사용하는 것으로도 대역폭 확장 없이 110Mbps 이상의 전송속도를 얻을 수 있었으며, 레일리 페이딩 채널에서 송신 안테나 2개, 수신 안테나 2개를 사용할 경우 약 $E_b/N_0=35dB$ (MMSE 알고리즘)에서 10-4의 BER 성능을 얻을 수 있었다. V-BLAST 기법을 적용한 HDR-WPAN 시스템은 수신단에서 복조 순서(ordering)를 결정하는 과정이 다소 복잡하지만 추가적인 대역폭 확장 없이 데이터 스트림을 다수의 안테나로 전송하여 전송 용량 및 성능을 높일 수 있었다. In this paper, we proposed reliability and capacity enhancement methods for IEEE 802.15.3 HDR-WPAN (High Data Rate-Wireless Personal Area Network) system which is currently getting an interest in home network technology adopting a MIMO technique. We also analyzed performance or the proposed system through a computer simulation. The HDR-WPAN system using V-BLAST algorithm, transmitting the different signal vector to each other's sub-channel, can get the transmission speed of more than 110Mbps using two Tx/Px antenna without bandwidth expansion in TCM-64QAM mode. Also the proposed system has reliability of 104 at $E_b/N_0=35dB$ under the Rayleigh fading channel in case of two Tx/Rx antenna with MMSE algorithm. The HDR-WPAN system adopting V-BLAST method has its drawback which is very complicated to determine the decision-ordering at the receiver. But, the proposed system enhances the transmission capacity and reliability without extra bandwidth expansion by sending data streams to multiple antennas.
