Dysfunction of the brainstem and cerebellar dysfunction are not uncommon findings in viral infections of the central nervous system. However, downbeat nystagmus is rarely observed clinically. A 35-year-old woman developed headache, nausea, vomiting and positional vertigo. Neurologic examination revealed dysmetria, dysdiadochokinesia and ataxic gait. The electronystagmography revealed downbeat nystagmus, which increased markedly on lateral and downward gaze. The cerebrospinal fluid findings revealed increased protein content and lymphocyte dominant pleocytosis. Brain MR images showed normal finding. It is therefore suggested that induction of downbeat nystagmus and other cerebellar signs may be due to active viral meningoencephalitis. 자비조망 훈련의 개발 및 효과 검증

This study was designed to examine the effects of Compassion Perspective Training(CPT), which was developed to reduce maladaptive self-absorption and increase compassion through the Experiential Selfless Processing(ESLP) intervention. CPT involves reducing self-absorbed, internally attributed interpretations of the causes of emotions and cultivating compassionate wishes and attitudes toward both self and others. 40 college students were assigned to either CPT group(n=21) or mindfulness training group(n=19). Each group was required to train for one week and complete an online daily diary. The pre-, post-, 4 weeks follow up tests showed that both groups reported a decrease in self-absorption, anxiety, personal distress level. In addition, there was a significant increase in compassion, self-compassion and life satisfaction. Unlike the mindfulness training group, there was an increase in perspective-taking in the CPT group. Regarding self-referential processing, the CPT group showed lower levels of repeated identification, sense of agency, and identification with the experience. The compassion perspective training is significant in that it enables people to shift from an self-centered perspective to a compassionate perspective. 본 연구에서는 체험적 탈자기참조적 개입을 통해 부적응적인 자기몰입을 줄이고 자비 수준을 증진시키기 위한 자비조망 훈련을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 자비조망 훈련은 정서전염이라는 현상 속에서 자신과 타인의 감정이 상호의존적으로 영향을 줄 수 있다는 이해를 기반으로 하여, 감정의 원인에 대해 내부 귀인하는 자기몰입적인 해석을 줄이고, 자신과 타인 모두를 향해 자비로운 염원과 태도를 기르는 것을 포함한다. 대학생 40명을 실험집단인 자비조망 훈련 집단(n=21)과 비교집단인 마음챙김 훈련 집단(n=19)에 무선배정하여 교육한 후, 1주일간 불편감을 경험하는 사건에 대해 각 집단별 훈련을 실시하고, 온라인 경험기록지를 작성하게 하였다. 사전/사후/추후 측정한 결과를 보면, 두 집단 모두 자기몰입, 불안, 개인적 고통의 감소를 보고하였고, 자비와 자기자비, 삶의 만족도에서 유의미한 증가를 나타내었다. 집단 간 차이 검증 결과, 자비조망 집단에서 조망수용의 증가가 유의미하게 나타났다. 자기참조적 과정에서는 반복적 동일시, 행위주체 감각, 경험과의 융합 정도에서 자비조망 집단이 마음챙김 집단에 비해 낮은 수준을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 자비조망훈련은 정서전염에 대한 이해를 통해 자기중심적 관점에서 벗어나 확장된 조망을 갖게 함으로써 1주일간의 짧은 처치만으로도 효과의 지속성과 경제성을 확보했다는 데 의의가 있다.

In this paper, the shape adjustment algorithm of the spoked wheel cable structures with retractable membrane system is studied. The initial tension of the membrane or cable is necessary to form the structure and its value is determined by the design shape. However, due to internal and external environmental influences, its shape may be different from the initial designed shape. In the case of the cable structures covered in this study, tension adjustment is necessary to maintain the designed shape because it influences the tension of the cable depending on the state of the retractable membrane. Therefore, we proposed an adjustment algorithm of an initial shape based on the force method. The effectiveness and validity of the methodology were examined through the applicable cable structures. The results of the shape adjustment analysis of the symmetric spoked wheel cable model were reliable and accurate results were obtained.

『續朝野輯要』 定本化를 위한 일고찰

This study explores a series of processes for making the original copy of "Sokjoyajipyo". Process refers to the course of collecting data, determining the original version and variant versions, revealing the author, identifying the motives of the writings through prefaces and postscripts, and actually examining the type by performing correction and proofreading. "Sokjoyajipyo" is a history book completed in 1932 by Lee Jeong‐gu without a government post, and is a collection of articles about the history of 140 years from Yeongjo to Cheoljong by placing the title by case. It inherits the spirit of compilation of "Joyajipyo", abides by the format of the narration and editing method, and the signature is the same. As a result of examining four versions, this study used Gyujanggak version as the original version and the remaining National Library version and Kyunghee University version as the variant versions, and verified the original version and the variant versions by one letter. The type of error that appeared at this time was mostly simple cases that often occurred in the process of transcription. If both the original version and the variant version are valid and it is difficult to judge the correctness or wrongness, the notes are given, and if not clearly identify the number of cases in which reference notes can be given, correction and proofreading can be a waste of time. Also, there is no movement of the context, elaboration should be especially in the annotations where there is a leap in logic when compared to the references list and where there is a misunderstanding that the original version might be wrong. On the other hand, the point to note when correcting and proofreading "Sokjoyajipyo" is a matter of securing multiple versions of historical books compiled by individuals who are not published in the references list and confirming the versions to be used for actual correction and proofreading. There are some unexplored references in the references list, and there are book types that are not even identifiable, and there is a need for further study on these book types. 본 논문은 『續朝野輯要』 定本을 만드는 일련의 공정에 관해 다루고 있다. 공정이란, 자료를 수집하고 底本과 異本을 확정하며 撰者를 밝히고 序跋을 통해 찬술 동기를 파악하며 실제로 교감을 수행하여 텍스트의 상태와 사례별 유형을 고찰하는 작업 과정을 가리킨다. 『속조야집요』는 在野의 李鼎九가 1932년에 완성한 역사서로, 英祖에서 哲宗까지 약 140년의 역사를 紀事本末體로 서술하고 있다. 『朝野輯要』의 편찬 정신을 계승하고 서술체재와 편집 방식을 준수하고 있으며 書名도 동일하다. 4종의 板本을 검토한 결과 奎章閣本을 底本으로 정하고, 나머지 國立中央圖書館本과 慶熙大本은 異本으로 삼아 저본과 이본을 一字對校하였다. 이때 나타난 오류의 유형은 필사과정에서 흔히 발생하는 단순한 사례가 대부분이었다. 저본과 이본이 모두 타당하여 正誤를 판단하기 어려울 경우에는 參照註를 달아주는데, 참조주를 달 수 있는 경우의 수를 명료히 밝혀두지 않으면 校勘이 방만해질 수 있다. 또 字句의 異同은 없는데, 引用書目과 비교할 때 논리의 비약이 있어 저본이 틀렸다고 오해할 수 있는 부분에는 특히 주석에서 이를 밝혀야 한다. 한편, 『속조야집요』를 교감할 때 주의할 점은 引用書目 중 간행되지 않은 筆寫本 私撰史書들의 여러 판본을 확보하고 실제 교감에 사용될 판본을 확정하는 문제이다. 인용서목 중에는 일부 미발굴 자료가 존재하고, 현존하는지조차 확인이 불가능한 서종이 있는데, 이들 書種에 대한 후속 연구가 필요하다.

터널 방음벽 설치에 따른 보행로에서의 PM10, PM2.5 개선효과

[연구배경] 서울시에서는 터널 보행로 환경개선 사업의 일환으로 2008년부터 터널 방음벽을 설치하여 현재 14개 터널에 설치 완료하였다. 방음벽은 터널 내 차도와 보행로를 차단하여 보행로에서의 차량 소음을 저감시킬 목적으로 설치되지만 차량 통행으로 인한 대기오염을 차단하는 효과도 가져올 것이다. 이에 따라 보행로에서의 대기질 개선효과를 조사할 필요성이 제기되어 연구가 시행된 경우도 있었으나, 차도와 보행로에서 동시에 측정하여 보행로에서의 대기질 개선효과를 연구한 경우는 드물었다. [연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 터널 방음벽이 설치된 터널 보행로에 대해 방음벽 설치에 따른 대기 중 PM10, PM2.5 개선효과를 조사하기 위함이다. [연구방법] 방음벽이 설치된 K터널을 대상으로 터널 내부 중간 지점에서 광산란 측정방식의 연속먼지 측정기기를 차도와 보행로에 동시에 설치하였다. 조사 기간은 2011년 3월 3일~8일까지 실시간 측정하였으며 측정 자료는 매 1분마다 산출하였고 측정항목은 PM10, PM2.5이다. [연구결과] 측정기간 중 차도와 보행로의 동시 유효 자료수는 7398개이며 측정 결과 PM10은 차도(53±24)㎍/m3, 보행로(36±18)㎍/m3로 보행로에서의 감소율은 32%였다. 또한 PM2.5는 차도(35±17)㎍/m3, 보행로(27±13)㎍/m3로 보행로에서의 감소율은 23%로 나타났다. 보행로에서의 이 정도 감소율이 어느 정도 타당한 것인지 알아보기 위해 1.5 km 떨어진 일반대기 측정소 자료와 비교하였다. 그 결과 보행로의 PM10은 인근의 일반대기 PM10 평균보다 7㎍/m3 낮게 나타나 방음벽에 의한 개선효과가 뚜렷하다고 할 수 있으며 보행로의 PM2.5는 일반대기 PM2.5보다 6㎍/m3 높게 나타나 터널 차도보다는 감소하였으나 일반 대기 수준까지는 개선되지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

토끼 상징에 관한 연구

There are many things that reach far beyond the ability of understanding by people, so we use symbolis to describe those we can’t understand fully. A symbol can be appreciated as things that are familiar but have other meanings besides the common meaning, among words, names,and paintings which are familiar to us. From the past, people have been symbolizing the desire of life in the form of animals. The desire of keeping the evil spirits away, longevity, abundance, success, etc. had been projected into the images of animals, which became modified by the people’s imaginations passing down to us in the images of sacred beasts. On this research, we delved into what the rabbit symbolizes by searching the biological features, old tales, and artifacts related to it. Besides, in the world of childlike innocence, it has a different aspect of meaning and symbols which is closely related to our life. The Rabbit is related to the moon, which lives on it, and is a guardian of time and coordinates of the month February. Also, it represents Feminine features, which historically symbolizes the Female and the Moon(The mythological Moon palace). The folk painting of two rabbits working on the mortar has a meaning of wish of fertility and abundance while it also has the meaning of marriage. The rabbit making traditional herbal medicine with the mortar, symbolizes longevity. Quick and nimble features that the rabbit have are seen as a messenger, which was the meaning of loyalty in Confucianism. In the folk painting of the Nigerian tribe ‘Jukun’, the Rabbit, as the King’s assistant, serves as a bridge between the people and the king while also is the cultural hero who passes on the way of cultivation and Ironsmithing. During the Hebrew dynasty, rabbits symbolized an unclean animal, a witch’s messenger, and the features of a careful and timid temperament, and in Alchemy, rabbits meant the sacred truths and the ability of acquiring quick knowledge from spiritual explorers. In our tales, rabbits are very weak and small but very kind and intellectual beings, in charge of a position of a righteous and cunning animal that challenges villain-like animals huge but dumb. Rabbits, shown as a small and cute image, with a surprised look on the face, a weak but kind feature, and being a nimble and intelligent animal is why the rabbit shows the children’s world of innocence. 인간의 이해 범위를 초월하는 것이 무수히 존재하므로 우리는 정의할 수도 완전하게 이해할 수도 없는 개념 표현을 위해 늘 상징적인 용어를 쓴다. 상징이라는 것은, 용어나 이름이나 일상적으로 친숙한 그림들 가운데, 관습적인 의미 외에도 어떤 특정한 함축을 내포하는 것들이다. 토끼는 동심의 세계에서 뿐만 아니라, 보다 높은 차원의 의미와 다양한 상징성으로 우리의 삶 속에 깊이 들어와 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다. 토끼는 달에 속하는 동물로 달에 살며 여성 원리와도 관련이 있어 다산과 풍년을 기원함과 동시에 부부화합을 나타내기도 한다. 약초를 짓이겨 선단(仙丹)으로 만드는 토끼는 장생불사적 이미지를 표상하며 유교적인 측면에서는 충성스러운 동물로 나타나기도 한다. 또 민첩하고 재빠른 특성은 심부름꾼이나 전령 등의 역할을 하며 왕의 사신으로 사람들과의 중개자 역할을 하고 미지의 작물이나 쇠를 다루는 기술을 사람들에게 전해주는 문화 영웅으로서 역할을 하기도 한다. 그러나 헤브라이에서는 부정한 동물, 마녀의 심부름꾼, 교활한 책략, 주의 깊고 소심한 기질을 상징하며 연금술에서는 신성한 진실과 영적 탐구자의 빠른 지식 습득을 뜻한다. 우리 민담에서 토끼는 영특하고 착한 동물로 힘은 강하지만 우둔한 동물들에게 저항하는, 꾀 많고 의로운 동물로 묘사되기도 한다. 이러한 상징성은 문화, 예술, 유물 등에서도 나타나며 우리의 삶과 깊이 연관되어 있는데 본 연구에서는 다양한 자료들을 바탕으로 토끼의 상징적인 의미에 대해 폭넓게 이해하는 계기가 될 것이다.

목재를 이용한 육각형 공간 트러스 모델의 정적좌굴하중 특성

In this paper, the instability of the domed spatial truss structure using wood and the characteristics of the buckling critical load were studied. Hexagonal space truss was adopted as the model to be analyzed, and two boundary conditions were considered. In the first case, the deformation of the inclined member is only considered, and in the second case, the deformation of the horizontal member is also considered. The materials of the model adopted in this paper are steel and timbers, and the considered timbers are spruce, pine, and larch. Here, the inelastic properties of the material are not considered. The instability of the target structure was observed through non-linear incremental analysis, and the buckling critical load was calculated through the singularities and eigenvalues of the tangential stiffness matrix at each incremental step. From the analysis results, in the example of the boundary condition considering only the inclined member, the critical buckling load was lower when using timber than when using steel, and the critical buckling load was determined according to the modulus of elasticity of timber. In the case of boundary conditions considering the effect of the horizontal member, using a mixture of steel and timber case had a lower buckling critical load than the steel case. But, the result showed that it was more effective in structural stability than only timber was used.
