Cultural Festivals of local government fill up the needs of culture of residence and of vitalizing of regional economy. Recently, according as the debate of culture are vitalize, it is brought the ideas that regional culture has to utilize not only welfare level but also the resource for regional vitalizations. Because it is expect that increasing the strong point of region through cultural resource of region and being brought exterior effect through form the regional image. that be differentiated from another region. The purposes of this paper are to investigate the direction of Cultural Festivals of region through analyzing of acceptability behavior on the regional culture. Concretely first, analyze the acceptability behavior on the Cultural Festivals of region according to cultural system, second, analyze the factor that affected the acceptability behavior of acceptability behavior, third, seek to the direction of Cultural Festivals of region.

Autonomous local governments provide their residents with administrative information and regional news through their internet web pages. However, in reality, electronic mail, bulletin boards, and electronic payment services are not fully utilized and a network system connecting subdivisions of autonomous local governments needs to be more efficiently managed and established. The electronic government development plan has reached a point between the intial establishing stage and the final stage of completion. It is necessary for the government to reconsider the degree of benefits that the present strategies have brought to their citizens and implement more well-organized plans. Immense financial investment has made it possible for autonomous local governments and the central government to establish their own electronic information networks. There is an urgent need for a more efficient information network between the central government and its regional residents, as well as between regional governments and its regional residents. This study aimed to examine the residents' attitude level on the digital government system.
