The present study was undertaken to investigate an effect of ginseng butanol fraction(total saponin) on the hepatic ethanol metabolism, we used experimental animals for the subject of study. When, in case of ADH and MEOS, ginseng butanol fraction was added, enzyme activity was increased in a small dose, and on the contrary, in a large dose, showed inhibitory effect. in catalase, the activity showed no significant effect by adding ginseng butanol fraction. In the light of kinetic aspect, when, in reaction mixture, ethanol and ginseng butanol fraction were concurrently added and reacted, Km value of ADH and MEOS was decreased. After pretreated with ginseng butanol fraction and inducement of acute toxic state by ethanol, the activities of ADH and MEOS were increased to an extent of about 25% compared to controls. But catalase activity was not significantly affected. In case that ginseng butanol fraction was given to mice fed with 5% ethanol instead of water for 60 days, the activities of ADH and MEOS were increased about 20% to 50% compared to ethanol-treated group. On the contrary, catalase activity was not affected. But blood concentrations of ethanol were decreased due to ginseng butanol fraction treatment. All these observations suggested that reduction of ethanol blood concentration should be dependent upon increased activities of ADH and MEOS. Thereby it suggests the recovery from alcohol intoxication can be prompted by treatment with ginseng.

Reduced-order active suspension control strategies via the singular perturbation technique are applied to quarter car am half car models which have 2 and 4 DOFs, raspectively. The performance of the hydraulic active suspension system utilizing these control strategies are investigated and compared with that of the systems with the full-order<br/> state feedback and the sky-hook damping controls. Their performances are compared through computer simulation of the transient and frequency responses. It is shown that the reduced-order control strategies yield almost same<br/> performance as that of the full-order state feedback control. and gives better performance than that of the sky-hook damping control especially in nde quality.<br/>

This research intends to provide the basic data for the street dance major students’ efficient and positive use of their practice time that is on increase. For this purpose, we examined the street dance major students’ leadership and interest and also studied their influence on the street dance major students’ being immersed in dancing. The subject of this study were street dance major students. Convenience sampling, which is a nonprobability sampling, was used. Among a total of 400 questionnaires distributed, 380 copies were collected back. And the questionnaires that were insincerely replied, double-replied or judged useless for the study were excluded and a total of 360 questionnaires were analyzed. The research results are as follows: First, the results of examining the influence of the leadership on the interest were partly influenced. Second, the results of examining the influence of the leadership on being immersed in dancing were partly influenced. Third, the results of examining the influence of the interest on being immersed in dancing were partly influenced.

본 논문은 펌프 라이너 링의 재질 변화 및 간극 축소로 인해 펌프의 효율 증가 및 안정적인 유지가 가능하고 비상상황을 대비하여 물이 없는 상태에서도 유지보수가 가능한 신소재 라이너 링이 적용된 펌프에 대해 기술한다. 또한, 중대형 펌프는 설치 현장에 따라 펌프의 종류 및 사향이 다르며, 현장의 여건에 따른 성능변화가 발생한다. 본 논문은 펌프의 상태(초기값 설정 및 비상정지, 진동, 구동시간 및 ON/OFF횟수) 등을 모니터링 하여 사용자의 편리성이 증가되고, 펌프 성능 유지가 가능하며, 재난상황에 대비할 수 있는 펌프의 최상위 컨디션을 유지할 수 있는 시스템에 대해 기술한다. In this paper, a study was conducted on a technology that can improve and maintation the performance of a pump by using carbon composite liner ring for pump. The bigges weakness of mechanical deviced in rotational motion is vibration. We developed monitoring system on vibration, it will give convernience and conducted to user’s pump with improved liner ring and monitoring system is confirmed that pump’s efficiency performance is excellent to existing pump and maintenance.
해수 내 캐비테이션-침식 저항성에 미치는 스테인리스강의 Nb 첨가의 영향

Stainless steel is widely used in various industries due to its excellent anti-corrosion characteristics. However, if the stainless steel is exposed to high speed fluid flow and chloride ion in the marine environment, corrosion and cavitation damage occurred on the surface easily. Therefore, to prevent these problems, stabilzed stainless steel is applied to offshore and shipbuilding industries. In this study, stabilized stainless steel specimen was made by 19%Cr-9%Ni with different Nb contents (0.29%, 0.46% and 0.71%). And then, their cavitation characteristics were investigated. As a result, the characteristics of cavitation resistance of stainless steel could be improved by increasing Nb contents.
안정화 원소 Ti 첨가에 따른 스테인리스강의 해수 내 캐비테이션-침식 특성

Stainless steel is widely applied in many industrial fields due to its excellent anti-corrosion and durability characteristics. However, stainless steel is very vulnerable to cavitation attack caused by high speed flow of fluid in the chloride environments such as marine environment. These conditions promote intergranular corrosion and cavitation-erosion, leading to degradation of the structural integrity and service life. In order to prevent these problems, the stabilized stainless steel is applied to the offshore and shipbuilding industries. In this study, Ti was added to 19%Cr-9%Ni as the stabilizer element with different concentrations (0.26%, 0.71%), and their durabilities were evaluated with cavitation-erosion experiment by a modified ASTM G32 method. The microstructural change was observed with the stabilizer element contents. The result of the observation indicated that the amount of carbide precipitation was decreased and its size became finer with increasing Ti content. In the cavitation-erosion experiment, both weight loss and surface damage depth represented an inverse proportional relationship with the amount of Ti element. Consequently, the stainless steel containing 0.71% of Ti had excellent durability characteristics.
