Proximity sensor networks are aimed at estimation kinematic state of target using estimated position of the target by each sensor node or target parameter. To analyze the kinematic state of target, traditional approaches require detections on multiple sensors, very large number of sensors to achieve acceptable performance. In this paper, we propose a novel method which can estimate predicted position of the underwater target using minimum proximity sensor with bearing information to this problem. The proposed algorithm was verified performance through simulation.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to discriminate the cough-induced rib fracture with chest pain occurred after chuna therapy. Methods: A 68-year-old female patient who is suffering from left chest wall pain with chronic cough was treated by Korean medical treatment and chuna therapy from November 11th 2014 to November 15th 2014. The improvement of the patient's pain was measured by 100 mm Visual Analog Scale (VAS). For diagnosis the rib fracture, we conducted the radiography, computed tomography (CT), and bone scan. Results: After treatment, pain intensity was decreased and the rib fracture was negative in radiography and CT. But, in bone scan, the 5th-8th rib fractures in left side were detected. Conclusions: When the patient with chest pain visit the hospital after chuna therapy, a doctor keep in mind the possibility of coughinduced rib fracture.
입자 군집 최적화(PSO) 알고리즘 기반 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체 설계

본 논문에서는 입자 군집 최적화 (Particle Swarm Optimization: PSO) 알고리즘을 이용하여 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체를 설계하고, 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체의 특성을 분석하였다. 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체 설계에 PSO를 적용함으로써 빠르고 정확하게 설계 값을 도출할 수 있음을 보였으며, 특히 경사 입사에 대한 경우에 대해서도 최적의 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체를 설계할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한, 다양한 설계 파라미터의 조합에서도 성능 요구 조건에 부합하는 최적의 값이 결정될 수 있음을 보였다. 각 단계별로 필요한 방정식 및 모든 변수에 대한 자세한 설명을 포함해서 포괄적인 순서도를 통해 제시하였고 본 논문의 결과로부터 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체를 설계하기 위한 복잡하고 많은 계산을 생략할 수 있으며, 다양한 복합 재료를 활용한 다층 레이다 흡수 구조체 설계 및 개발에 활용할 수 있다. In this paper, a multilayer radar absorbing structure was designed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm, and the characteristics of the multilayer radar absorbing structure were analyzed. It was shown that design values can be derived quickly and accurately by applying PSO to the design of a multilayer radar absorbing structure, and it is also shown that the optimal multilayer radar absorbing structure can be designed especially for an oblique incident. In addition, it was shown that the optimal value that meets the performance requirements can be determined even in a combination of various design parameters. It is presented through a comprehensive flowchart including the equations and detailed descriptions of all variables for each step. From the results of this paper, it is possible to omit complex and many calculations for designing a multilayer radar absorbing structure, and it is possible to use various composite materials. It can be utilized in the design and development of multilayer radar absorbing structures.
조밀한 다중 경로 환경에서 확장된 디쳐핑 기법을 이용한 LFM 잔향의 백색화 기법

In this paper, we propose a prewhitening method LFM reverberation using extended dechirping method in the dense multipath environment. The conventional prewhitening method for LFM reverberation by dechirping method could not whiten LFM reverberation effectively for the case of reverberation by dense multipath environment due to AR modeling error by part of a reverberation signal in a block. In the proposed algorithm, in order to reduce the error of AR modeling for reverberation signal, it is modeled on extended the refer signal block and improve the prewhitening performance of LFM reverberation by prewhitening for LFM reverberation in the interval boundaries through the inverse filter implemented based on the modeling. The proposed algorithm was verified by performance through application to the HMS real data and the simulation data.
웨이블릿 변환을 이용한 FMCW 레이더용 최대 탐지 거리 향상 기법

This paper proposes the improvement of maximum detection range through the noise cancellation method for FMCW radar. The FMCW radar has a disadvantage that the maximum detection distance is short due to the limitation of the transmission power. In order to solve this problem, the method to reduce the noise component of a received signal in the perspective of a signal processing is proposed. First, a radar signal received as a lot of chirp signals is accumulated. Second, the accumulated signal is divided into a low-frequency band signal and a high-frequency band through the wavelet transform with K<SUB>ω</SUB> level. The noise signal is reduced by removing the high-frequency signal. This signal is re-transformed into a time domain signal through inverse wavelet transform. Finally, the signal processing technique to reduce the noise level is applied. The experiment compares and analyzes the conventional and proposed.

In this paper, we analyse a peformance of prewhitening method LFM reverberation with regular value of peaks in the multipath environment. In the algorithm, the error of AR modeling for reverberation is reduced by extending the modeling range to satisfy stationary for frequency and it improve the performance of the existing prewhitening method for reverberation with regular value of peaks. The algorithm performance is analyzed through Simulation.
수상함 수동타스에서 다중경로를 이용한 표적의 위치추정 기법

In this paper, we propose target position estimation method using multi-path in the warship passive TASS(Towed array Soar System). Usually, when battleship detect target, they use passive TASS detection to search a long-range target. But, originally, passive TASS have limitation for target range estimation. And the acoustic signal generated from target propagates with numerous multipaths in underwater environment. Since multipath target signals received in passive TASS have different conic angles, ghost target has different bearing in comparison target bearing. Under several assumptions, we get the target position induced of this geometric relational equations using presumed conic angles of target and ghost target.

본 논문에서는 독립적인 센서쌍 배열(Doublet Array)을 이용하여 근거리 단일 음원의 방위와 거리를 추정하는 기법을 제안한다. 일반적인 방위각 추정 기법의 경우 주로 선형 배열 (Uniform Linear Array) 혹은 환영 배열 (Uniform Ciucular Array) 등을 이용하나 배열 구조상 근거리 음원의 거리를 추정하기 위한 개구간(Aperture)을 확보하는데 제약이 있다. 최근 독립적인 센서쌍 배열을 이용하여 넓은 개구간으로 근거리 단일 음원의 방위와 거리를 추정하는 기법이 제안되었으나 센서쌍이 직선상에 위치하는 경우로 제한되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 일반화 하여 다양한 배열 구조에서도 근거리 음원의 위치를 추정하고자 한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 검증하였다. A single near-field sounde source bearing and ranging method based on a independent doublet array is proposed. In the common case of bearing estimation method, unform linear array or uniform circular array are used. It is constrained retaining aperture because of array structure to estimate the distance of the sound source. Recent using independent doublet array sound source"s bearing and distance esmtimation method is proposed by wide aperture. It is limited to the case doublets are located on a straight line. In this paper, we generalize the case and estimate the localization of a sound source in the various array structure. The proposed algorithm was verified performance through simulation.
정제식 식용유 도포에 의한 혼화재 다량치환 콘크리트의 탄산화 억제

The aim of this research is to suggest the carbonation preventing method of concrete by using surface painting substances. As the tested concrete cases, Plain mixture of 100 % of OPC, FA30, and BS60, for the concrete mixtures incorporating 30 % of fly ash, and 60 % of blast furnace slag, respectively. As the control factors, application on the concrete surface, and two-different types of painting substances were used: emulsion pain (EP), and refined cooking oil (RCO). As the test results, FA30 showed the fastest carbonation was shown while Plain mixture showed the slowest carbonation. The carbonation depth was increased with age for regardless the mixtures, but RCO showed the most outstanding performance of carbonation prevention. Namely, for 28 weeks of age, applying RCO showed approximately 46, 28, and 34 % of carbonation preventing performance for Plain mixture, FA30, and BS60, respectively, while applying EP showed approximately 13 % in average for all concrete mixtures. Therefore, it is considered that RCO has a favorable performance of preventing carbonation of concrete.
