Due to the recent abnormal temperature phenomenon, smoke screen disinfection is used to control pests relatively easily in livestock houses and farm houses due to severe damage to pests regardless of the season As a result, fire cases are often reported. In this study, the temperature change of the vaporizer during the operation of the fogging machine was measured using a total of three types of fogging machine, and the possibility of fire due to surrounding combustibles was confirmed through reproduction experiments. Through reproduction experiments and fire cases in this study, we would like to suggest safety measures and prevention measures when using a fogging machine.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to discriminate the cough-induced rib fracture with chest pain occurred after chuna therapy. Methods: A 68-year-old female patient who is suffering from left chest wall pain with chronic cough was treated by Korean medical treatment and chuna therapy from November 11th 2014 to November 15th 2014. The improvement of the patient's pain was measured by 100 mm Visual Analog Scale (VAS). For diagnosis the rib fracture, we conducted the radiography, computed tomography (CT), and bone scan. Results: After treatment, pain intensity was decreased and the rib fracture was negative in radiography and CT. But, in bone scan, the 5th-8th rib fractures in left side were detected. Conclusions: When the patient with chest pain visit the hospital after chuna therapy, a doctor keep in mind the possibility of coughinduced rib fracture.

In the tourism submarine, there exist no explosive materials, but two fire cases are reported. Hydrogen emitted from the lead-acid battery of submarine is filed up for a long time and causes an explosion. Frictional sparks generated by grinding work start the ignition. In the experiment, the amount of hydrogen generated from the battery is calculated and the pressure to cause the explosion is proved. Since the minimum ignition energy of hydrogen is small(0.02mJ), ignition starts even for the small spark of grinder. Providing a suitable ventilation system and battery storage system is the most useful methods to prevent the explosion fire of the tourism submarine. Way to prevent explosion by hydrogen inside the submarine by providing a ventilation and detection system of hydrogen that causes explosion.
금융위기 이후 정치역학의 변화에 따른 EMU 체제와 은행연합

The first decade of economic and monetary union in Europe(EMU) has been a resounding success. EMU has brought significant benefits to its member countries: it has led to remarkable macroeconomic stability and accelerated trade and, in particular, financial integration in the euro area. However, imbalances within EMU - differences in growth, inflation, competitiveness, current account and budget balances - have also increased during the last 10 years, and the global economic crisis has made these imbalances and their economic implications more visible and challenging. There are important policy lessons to be learned from the crisis. Policy coordination among the EMU members should be improved and structural reforms accelerated, the framework for the supervision of financial markets strengthened, and external representation streamlined. With the necessary political will, the crisis can be a catalyst for deeper and broader economic coordination and surveillance in the euro area. 유럽 국가들은 1920년대 변동환율제에서 환율전쟁의 경험으로 인해 고정환율제의 필요성에 대한 의견이 일치되었다. 그리고 EMU는 체제의 출범 후 10년 동안 다양한 성과를 거두었음에도 불구하고 글로벌 금융위기로 인하여 EMU 회원국들의 재정상황은악화되었다. 현재, 위기극복을 위한 정책수단으로 유럽안정메커니즘(ESM)을 도입하고다양한 경제정책의 Governance 개혁을 시도하고 있다. 유럽 금융위기는 개별 국가 차원의 위기 해결을 위한 정책수단에는 한계가 있었으며 유로존 금융기관들이 상호 밀접하게 연계되어 있었기 때문에 위기 상황이 빠른 시간 내 해소되기 어려웠다. 유로존 차원의 근본적 해결방안이 논의되고 있지만, 각국의 정치적 입장 차이로 단기간 합의점을찾는 것 또한 어려운 상황이다. EU 통화통합의 이론적 토대가 된 최적통화지역 이론은 아직 체계적인 틀을 갖춘 이론이기 보다는 다양한 이론들의 총합으로 보는 것이 적절하다 유로지역 통화통합 전개 과정을 . 살펴보면, EU는 고정환율제를 통해 거시경제와 금융시장의 안정을 추구했지만, 시도하는 고정환율제들이 모두 실패했다. 본 연구에서는유로지역 통화통합 이후 EU 금융시장의 제도적 진화에 대하여 살펴보고, 최근 유럽 금융위기에 대한 유럽연합의 대응 및 역내 채무위기 탈출을 위한 새로운 해법으로서의 정책수단들을 정치적 결정요인으로 전망코자 한다.

Proximity sensor networks are aimed at estimation kinematic state of target using estimated position of the target by each sensor node or target parameter. To analyze the kinematic state of target, traditional approaches require detections on multiple sensors, very large number of sensors to achieve acceptable performance. In this paper, we propose a novel method which can estimate predicted position of the underwater target using minimum proximity sensor with bearing information to this problem. The proposed algorithm was verified performance through simulation.
입자 군집 최적화(PSO) 알고리즘 기반 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체 설계

본 논문에서는 입자 군집 최적화 (Particle Swarm Optimization: PSO) 알고리즘을 이용하여 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체를 설계하고, 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체의 특성을 분석하였다. 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체 설계에 PSO를 적용함으로써 빠르고 정확하게 설계 값을 도출할 수 있음을 보였으며, 특히 경사 입사에 대한 경우에 대해서도 최적의 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체를 설계할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한, 다양한 설계 파라미터의 조합에서도 성능 요구 조건에 부합하는 최적의 값이 결정될 수 있음을 보였다. 각 단계별로 필요한 방정식 및 모든 변수에 대한 자세한 설명을 포함해서 포괄적인 순서도를 통해 제시하였고 본 논문의 결과로부터 다층 레이더 흡수 구조체를 설계하기 위한 복잡하고 많은 계산을 생략할 수 있으며, 다양한 복합 재료를 활용한 다층 레이다 흡수 구조체 설계 및 개발에 활용할 수 있다. In this paper, a multilayer radar absorbing structure was designed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm, and the characteristics of the multilayer radar absorbing structure were analyzed. It was shown that design values can be derived quickly and accurately by applying PSO to the design of a multilayer radar absorbing structure, and it is also shown that the optimal multilayer radar absorbing structure can be designed especially for an oblique incident. In addition, it was shown that the optimal value that meets the performance requirements can be determined even in a combination of various design parameters. It is presented through a comprehensive flowchart including the equations and detailed descriptions of all variables for each step. From the results of this paper, it is possible to omit complex and many calculations for designing a multilayer radar absorbing structure, and it is possible to use various composite materials. It can be utilized in the design and development of multilayer radar absorbing structures.
