        흰점박이꽃무지(Protaetia brevitarsis)의 유충사육 시 적정밀도 규명

        This study aimed to provide information and data for the management of insect breeding farms by identifying the appropriate density when rearing Protaetia brevitarsis larvae. The breeding box of the insects was filled with 2 L of fermented sawdust on a 50 × 35 × 15 cm sheet of plastic, and the density of the treatments was 200, 300 and 400 P. brevitarsis in the first, second, and third larval stages. Each treatment was repeated five times, and the sawdust medium was replaced three times (10 intervals). The experiments were conducted for a total of 30 days from March 1, 2020. Overall, 200 P.brevitarsis in the first, second, and third larval stages reared in the breeding box had a higher average survival rate and lower average mortality rate, thereby contributing to efficient production. In conclusion, this result suggests a way to increase production efficiency through the environmental management of insect breeding farms.

        경북지역을 중심으로 한우농가의 축분 특성 조사

        This study focused on the characteristics of manure in five beef cattle farms and two breeding farms in Hanwoo centered in Gyeongsangbuk-do province. The results of analysis and evaluation are as follows; First, the pH of manure in all the farms in this study was within the appropriate range of 8.81 to 9.45. Second, the dry matter content varied from 44.7% to 70.5% for all the farms. Third, the total nitrogen content in all the farms was 2.05-3.04%, which is higher than the reported range; however, it could play a role as a soil improvement agent when used as compost. Fourth, although the exact range of ammonia-N (VBN) content was not reported, results analyzed in all the farms showed that the level of impact on the environment was insignificant. In conclusion, soil and environment improvement effects are expected to be effective if the manure at Hanwoo farms in the Gyeongbuk area are used as compost through appropriate management.

        건강한 지원자에 있어서 리세드로네이트 35 mg 함유 악토넬정과 리세넬정의 약물 동력학적 비교

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the pharmacokinetic parameters of two risedronate preparations. The clinical assessment was conducted on 46 healthy volunteers who received one tablet (Risedronate sodium 35 mg/tablet) in the fasting state, in a randomized balanced 2×2 cross-over study design. After dosing of one tablet containing 35 mg risedronate sodium, blood samples were collected serially for a period of 48 hours. Plasma was analyzed for risedronate by using LC/MS/MS assay method. The analysis system was validated in specificity, accuracy, precision, and linearity. AUCt, (the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from the zero-time to 48 hr) was calculated through the trapezoidal rule. Cmax (maximum plasma drug concentration) were compiled from the plasma risedronate concentrationtime data of each volunteer. No significant sequence effect was found for the pharmacokinetic parameters indicating that the cross-over design was properly performed. The 90 % - Confidence intervals of the AUCt ratio and the Cmax were from log 0.8752 to log 1.1888 and log 0.8457 to log 1.1478, respectively. These values were within the acceptable intervals between 0.80 and 1.25. Therefore, this study demonstrated that no statistically significant difference was identified with respect to the rate and extent of absorption.

        흰점박이꽃무지 산란 특성 조사(2) - 월동(동면) 유충을 중심으로 -

        The present study was investigated the oviposition characteristics of Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis with a focus on winter larvae to improve the utilization of insect resources. The average oviposition tendency and average cumulative number of eggs laid during a 7-week period were measured in adults emerging from larvae that had hibernated for 4 months in five farmhouses. The study covered five zones: Gimje, Jangsu, Wanju, Iksan and Yeoju. The average oviposition tendency over a 7-week period showed increased egg laying between 2 to 3 weeks and 5 to 6 weeks. Overall, it was found that the average cumulative number of eggs laid during the 7-week period was initially low and increased proportionally with time. Our results suggest that using adults that have emerged from hibernated larvae is effective in increasing the oviposition rate and utilization of the insect.

        Determination of 5-hydroxy oxindole by high performance liquid chromatography in Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis extracts

        White-spotted flower larvae (Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis; PBS) have recently been approved as a food ingredient in Korea. They confer an antithrombotic effect in addition to various nutrients, including protein, fat, and dietary fiber. However, a quantitative analytical method is still required for the analysis of medicinal foods or medicines containing the active ingredient (5-hydroxy oxindole, 5-HI). The HPLC method validated on PBS larvae was verified through parameters such as linearity, specificity, range, accuracy, precision, detection limit, and quantitation limit. All the parameters tested met these criteria and were applied to the successful detection of the extract in PBS larvae. This HPLC method to detect 5-HI could be used as a validated assay in regulatory processes

        고형지질나노입자를 이용한 파클리탁셀의 주사제 설계

        Many studies have been attempted to overcome the problems of paclitaxel related to the extremely low aqueous solubility of paclitaxel and the unexpected side-effects caused by Cremophor® EL in a commerical paclitaxel formulation. Taxol®. In order to formulate a new delivery system suitable for intravenous administration without toxic excipients, in this study, paclitaxel was incorporated into solid lipid nanoparticles (Px-SLN) by hot homogenization technique using a microfluidizer. Particle size and zeta potential were measured by a Zetasizer. In vitro drug release experiment was performed by a dialysis diffusion method. Each Px-SLN or Taxol® was intravenously administered to the male Sprague-Dawley rats at a dose of 5㎎/㎏ as paclitaxel. Blood samples were deproteinated with acetonitrile and assayed for paclitaxel by the validated HPLC/MS/MS method. Mean particle size and zeta potential were measured as 72.1 nm(<Polydispersity 0.3) and -41.5 mV, respectively. The content of paclitaxel in SLN was 1.42 ㎎/ml and the drug loading efficiency was 71.2±4.3%. The AUC_(t) of Px-SLN was 3.4-fold greater than that of Taxol^(?). The Px-SLN might be a promising candidate for an alternative formulation for the parenteral delivery of paclitaxel.

        뉴로메드정(옥시라세탐 800㎎)에 대한 뉴라세탐정의 생물학적동등성

        The purpose of the present study was designed to evaluate the bioequivalence of two oxiracetam tablets, Neuromed tablet (Korea Drug Co., reference drug) and Neuracetam tablet (Sam Jin Pharmaceutical Co., test drug), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Release of oxiracetam from the tablet in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with various dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution and water). Twenty-four healthy volunteers, 23.7 ± 2.4 year in age and 68.9 ± 6.2 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was performed. After oral administration of a tablet containing 800 ㎎ of oxiracetam, blood samples were taken at predetermined time intervals and concentrations of oxiracetam in plasma were determined using HPLC-MS-MS. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were very similar at all dissolution media. In addition, pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUCt, C_(max) and T_(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC, and C_(max), untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the reference drug were 0.42%, 0.45% and -12.58% for AUCt, C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals for the log transformed data were within the acceptance range of log 0.8 to log 1.25 (e.g., log0.94 ~ log1.06 and log 0.90 - log 1.07 for AUCt and C_(max), respectively), indicating that Neuracetam tablet is bioequivalent to Neuromed tablet. The major pharmacokinetic parameters, AUCt, and C_(max), met the criteria set by KFDA for bioequivalence indicating that Neuracetam tablet is bioequivalent to Neuromed tablet.

        4가지 다른 사료를 흰점박이꽃무지 유충에게 급여시 유충의 체중과 생존율에 미치는 영향

        This study evaluated the effect of four different feeds on the larval weight and survival rate of Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis (PBS) over five weeks. Four different types of feed (self-fermentation medium, RM medium, Samsung livestock medium, and bean-curd dregs medium) were given to third-instar larvae of PBS. Weight changes and survival rates of PBS larvae were measured weekly for five weeks. During the experimental period PBS larvae showed the highest growth in Samsung livestock medium, followed by bean-curd dregs medium, RM medium, and self-fermentation medium. Survival rate of PBS larvae were the lowest in bean-curd dregs medium, and then in the Samsung livestock medium. Using the Samsung livestock medium can shorten the delivery period of PBS larvae by approximately 40 days based on the larva shipped on average 75 days. Therefore, this study provides information and data on insect farming techniques useful for insect industrialization.

        근적외부스펙트럼 측정법을 이용한 록소프로펜의 정량화 및 밸리데이션

        본 논문에서는 록소프로펜 제제의 분석 시간을 단축하고 제품 출하 속도를 향상시키기 위하여 근적외부 (NIR) 스펙트럼 측정법을 이용하여 기존에 사용하던 HPLC 방법과 상호 비교해 보고자 하였다. 제제학적으로 사용되 는 다른 첨가제들과 함께 록소프로펜 혼합시료를 제조하고, NIR 분광광도계와 HPLC로 록소프로펜을 정량하고 평가 하였다. 두 시험법의 밸리데이션 항목으로 특이성, 정확성 및 정밀성을 실시하였다. NIR 측정법이 검증되었고, 제약산 업 분야의 제조공정 중 품질관리를 위한 적합한 결과를 얻었다. 결론적으로 록소프로펜을 분석하는데 있어서 NIR 측 정법을 사용하면 기존의 HPLC 정량법을 NIR의 결과로 대치할 수 있을 것이다. In this study, we used NIR spectrum method instead of conventional HPLC method to shorten the analysis and manufacturing time of the loxoprofen products. Loxoprofen mixtures with other pharmaceutical additives were prepared and evaluated by the NIR spectrometer and the HPLC system. Validation of both methods was performed for specificity, accuracy and precision. NIR spectrometer method was validated and revealed proper results for the in-process quality control in the pharmaceutical field. In conclusion, NIR spectrometry can be replaced by HPLC method.

        본 논문은 하다마드 변환을 이용한 이차원 이산 여현 변환을 위한 새로운 비트 레벨 시스톨릭 에레이를 제안한다. 이산 여현 변환 알고리듬은 데이타 압축, 이미지 부호화와 필터링에 효율적인 알고리듬이다. 따라서 이를 VLSI화 하기 위하여 방대한 계산량의 처리가 가능한 시스톨릭 어레이가 연구 진행되고 있다. 특히 비트 레벨 시스톨릭 어레이는 PE가 3-4개 정도의 논리소자로 구성되어 있어 계산 시간이 작다는 장점을 가지고 있고 비트패러럴한 방식으로 처리되므로 높은 출력 생성 주기를 갖는다. 제안한 구조는 4*4의 이차원 고속 이산 여현 변환을 시스톨릭 어레이로 설계하고 N*N(N=2ⁿ)크기에 대해 4*4의 구조로 부터 확장가능성을 보여준다. 또한 고속 알고리듬에서 문제가 되는 입력의 변형을 처리하기 위한 전처리부를 설계하여 입출력 매핑을 위한 구조를 보여 준다. 또한 이차원 고속 이산 여현 변환에 사용되는 하다마드단에 제어신호를 주기 위하여 KVGA*(Kernel Value Generating Array)를 구성하였다.
