Marjolin`s ulcer is a rare and often-aggressive cutaneous malignancy that arises in previously traumatized or chronically inflamed skin, particularly after burns. We experienced two cases after burns. Case I involved a forty eight year-old man who had suffered from a flame burn at the parietal scalp area, where had been initially described three years earlier as a full-thickness wound including the pericranium. The man consulted us for a persistent ulcerative and infected wound on the burned lesion during the last 24 months, which turned out on the contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to be the squamous cell carcinoma with involving the skull and the dura mater. Although the posterior auricular lymph node was enlarged on the ipsilateral side, recent positron emission tomography (PET) CT did not show any metastatic lesion. It was impossible for us to resect the intracranial involvement of the tumor radically, and the postoperative PET CT still showed a focal fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake around the wall of the superior sagittal sinus. We think that an aggressive combined approach is essential for treatment in early stages for a high success rate, before the intracranial structures are involved because there is no consensus on the treatment for advanced disease, and the results are generally poor. Case 1 also did not involve a radical resection because of the intracranial invasion to the wall of superior sagittal sinus and the possibility of damage to the major cortical veins. He received adjuvant radiotherapy and must be followed periodically. Case 2 involved an eighty six year-old women who suffered from a painful scalp ulcer lesion after flame burns three years earlier. Unlike case 1, neither tumor infiltration into the dura nor lymph node enlargement was observed on the contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), or positron emission tomography (PET) CT. We did a radical resection of the tumor, including the involved bone, and a cranioplasty with bone cement. (J Korean Soc Traumatol 2007;20:52-56)

Particle/particle or interfacial contacts and molecular interdiffusion of polymer chains between adjacent latex particles during the coalescence phase of film formation has been shown to be of critical importance in the development of the final mechanical strength of a latex polymer film. In addition to the development of the final mechanical strength of film, interfacial x-linking play a important role in changing of water-sorption amounts of polymer film.
면접에 대한 지원자 지각이 면접만족도와 채용제안 수용가능성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구

Factors which affect applicant decisions concerning jobs are examined. Factor analysis of the applicants` responds yielded five factors: explanation, feedback, equity, personableness and job-relevant information. These factors are significantly related to the applicant`s satisfaction on interview. It was founded that the applicant`s reactions on interview, organizational attractiveness, and perceived alternative job opportunities affected the likelihood of job acceptance. The results suggest that organizations should take into account individual reactions when selection system is designed. Future research needs to investigate applicant`s perception on a broader selection system.

Trisomy 10ps는 장두증, 천문의 늦은 폐쇄, 전두돌출, 양안격리증, 평평한 콧등, 쳐진 볼, 거북이 입모양, 구개열, 낮게 위치한 귀, 소악증, 하악후퇴증 등의 안면기형과 심한 성장과 정신지체, 골관절 기형, 기관 기형을 보이는 드문 증후군이다. 대부분 기전이 가족의 균형전위의 비분리로 인해 발생하며, 그 외 종열 중복, 모체의 협동원체 역위(pericentric inversion) 등의 원인으로 발생한다고 알려져 있다. 저자들은 저체중아, 모호한 생식기, 활동성 저하로 입원한 신생아에서 시행한 염색체 검사상 46, XY, rec(10) dup(10p) inv(10)(p11.2q26.1)의 소견을 보여 시행한 가족의 염색체 검사상 아버지는 XY, 46, 어머니는 46, XX, inv(10)(p11.2q26.1)로 모체의 협동원체역위로 인하여 발생한 trisomy 10p임을 알 수 있었다. 저자들은 모체의 협동원체 역위로 인해 발생한 trisomy 10p 1예를 경험하고 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Tisomy 10p syndrome is a rarely reported chromosomal abnormality with distinct craniofacial anomalies, severe growth and psychomotor retardation, osteoarticular anomalies, and organ malformations. Most of reported cases were due to translocation of 10p to the other chromosome. Rare causes are tandem duplication, maternal pericentric inversion, isochromosome formation. We experienced newborn infant with craniofacial anomaly, hypospadias and extra vertebra and rib. The characteristic craniofacial anomalies were frontal bossing, wide opened fontanel and suture line, sparse eyebrow, turtle beak mouth, Cytogenic analysis showed 46, XY, rec(10) dup(10p) inv(10)(p11.2q26.1). Karyotype of the father was normal(46, XY). However, karyotype of the mother showed 46, XX, inv(10)(p11.2q26.1). Therefore, chromosome 10 recombination resulting from a maternal pericentric inversion formed trisomy 10p. We report rare chromosome abnormality syndrome, trisomy 10p, with brief review.

본 연구에서는 선행 연구에서 개발된 촉각 자극 시스템의 시스템적인 문제, 자극 제어에 관한 문제, 기타 부가적인 문제들을 보완할 수 있는 촉각 자극기를 개발하였다. 개발된 장치는 제어부(control unit), 구동부(drive unit), 진동부(vibrator)의 세부분으로 구성된다. 제어부는 E-Prime 소프트웨어로부터 명령을 전송받고 진동 자극 신호를 발생한다. 구동부는 촉각 자극기가 효과적으로 진동 자극을 발생할 수 있도록 충분한 전류를 공급한다. 진동부는 작은 동전(coin)형 진동기(vibrator)와 벨크로(velcro)로 구성되며 피험자의 손에 쉽게 고정할 수 있도록 제작하였다. 개발된 장치는 소형, 경량, 저전력 구동, 간단한 구조, 최대 35개의 자극 채널, 시각 및 청각과의 다양한 자극 조합을 지연시간 없이 제시할 수 있도록 설계 되어 시스템적인 문제들을 보완하였다. 자극의 크기와 시간을 10단계로 조절할 수 있도록 하고, 넓은 동작주파수 범위를 확보하여 자극 제어에 관한 문제들을 보완하였다. 저전압 구동으로 인체에 대한 안정성을 확보하고, 손가락 이외에 신체의 어느 부분이든 자극 제시가 가능하도록 제작하였다. 특히 본 시스템은 인지과학 연구에서 범용으로 사용되는 소프트웨어인 E-Prime을 기반으로 개발되었기 때문에 활용성이 매우 높을 것으로 판단된다. In this study, a tactile stimulator was developed to resolve some problems from the previous version of the system such as system configuration, inappropriate stimulation control and additional problems. The developed tactile stimulator consists of control unit, drive unit and vibrator unit. The control unit was controlled by E-Prime software to generate appropriate vibration pulses. The drive unit supplies enough energy to the vibrator to generate effective stimulation pulses. The vibrator unit consists of small coin type vibrator and velcro, and was made to be attached at the hand easily. The developed tactile stimulator was designed by small-size, light-weight, low-power, simple-fabrication, max 35 channels and little delay time from instruction signal of E-Prime software to vibrator. The duration and magnitude of stimulation was controlled by 10 grades and the problems concerning stimulation control were compensated by wideband frequency ranges. Additionally, the electrical safety was ensured by low voltage operation. Vibrator was made to be attached on finger as well as on any part of the subject. Since this tactile stimulator is developed based on E-Prime software which is widely used in cognitive science, it is believed that this stimulator be suitable for the wide application of cognitive science study.
