Microstructural analysis of a (${\alpha}+{\beta}$) Ti alloy was investigated to consider phase transformation in each step of the thermo-mechanical process using by SEM and TEM EDS. The TAF (Ti-6Al-4Fe) alloy was thermo-mechanically treated with solid solution at $880^{\circ}C$, rolling at $880^{\circ}C$ and annealing at $800^{\circ}C$. In the STQ state, the TAF microstructure was composed of a normal hcp ${\alpha}$ and metastable ${\beta}$ phase. In a rolled state, it was composed of fine B2 precipitates in an ${\alpha}$ phase, which had high Fe segregation and a coherent relationship with the ${\beta}$ matrix. Finally, in the annealing state, the fine B2 precipitates had disappeared in the ${\alpha}$ phase and had gone to the boundary of the ${\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ phase. On the other hand, in a lower rolling temperature of $704^{\circ}C$, the B2 precipitates were more coarse in both the ${\alpha}$ and the boundary of ${\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ phase. We concluded that microstructural change affects the mechanical properties of formability including rolling defects and cracks.

Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC) occurring in underground buried pipes of API 5L X65 steel was investigated. MIC is a corrosion phenomenon caused by microorganisms in soil; it affects steel materials in wet atmosphere. The microstructure and mechanical properties resulting from MIC were analyzed by OM, SEM/EDS, and mapping. Corrosion of pipe cross section was composed of ① surface film, ② iron oxide, and ③ surface/internal microbial corrosive by-product similar to surface corrosion pattern. The surface film is an area where concentrations of C/O components are on average 65 %/16 %; the main components of Fe Oxide were measured and found to be 48Fe-42O. The MIC area is divided into surface and inner areas, where high concentrations of N of 6 %/5 % are detected, respectively, in addition to the C/O component. The high concentration of C/O components observed on pipe surfaces and cross sections is considered to be MIC due to the various bacteria present. It is assumed that this is related to the heat-shrinkable sheet, which is a corrosion-resistant coating layer that becomes the MIC by-product component. The MIC generated on the pipe surface and cross section is inferred to have a high concentration of N components. High concentrations of N components occur frequently on surface and inner regions; these regions were investigated and Na/Mg/Ca basic substances were found to have accumulated as well. Therefore, it is presumed that the corrosion of buried pipes is due to the MIC of the NRB (nitrate reducing bacteria) reaction in the soil.

미야자키 하야오 감독의 영화를 활용한 새로운 도덕수업모형 개발

본 이 연구는 한국의 어린이들의 생활세계에 가장 가까이 다가서 있는 저패니메이션과 동음이 의어라고까지 불릴 수 있는 미야자키 하야오의 영화를 분석하고, 이들 영화를 라캉의 상징계 속에서도 견디는 인물로 설정(반면 디즈니는 상상계 속에 숨어 있는 인물을 창조한다) 초등도덕교육에서 활용하여 수업모형으로까지 확대하고자 하는 것이다. 사실 새로운 수업모형들이 많이 개발되었지만, 이 연구에서는 기존의 도덕과의 지, 정, 행 차시가 아니라(물론 현재 통합적으로 시행되고 있긴 하지만), 행, 정, 지의 순으로 수업 차시를 바꾸고 수업모형을 재편하고자 한다. 이러한 새로운 수업모형을 통한 도덕교육의 부흥을 위해 첫째, 미야자키 하야오 애니메이션을 그냥 웃어넘길 만화영화가 아니라, 그 속에서 도덕교훈을 찾아내고, 수업모형으로 만들어내는 것을 통해 도덕교육을 새롭게 창조할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 학문과 현장의 유기적 연계를 실천할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 국내 라캉이론의 도덕수업활용이라는 창조적인 연구를 통해 당대 철학이론이 책상물림이 아니라, 학교교육현장에서 활용되는 것으로 이론과 실천이 함께하는 중요한 선행 연구가 될 것이다. 넷째, 사회적 기여에 있어서 도덕과 교과에 활용 가능성은 무궁하다. 차후 일본 감독이 아니라, 한국의 애니메이션 감독을 통해 우리나라 정서에 맞는 영화들로 도덕교훈을 모색하는 후속 연구를 이끌 수 있을 것이다. 다섯째, 인력양성 방안으로는 수업모형을 통해 현장 교사들의 수업의 질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. 여섯째, 또한 어린이들이 좋아하는 만화를 통해 도덕교훈을 찾아내기에 교사와 학생간의 눈높이를 맞추며 도덕 시간이 색다른 수업이 될 것이다. 특히 행동적인 접근을 먼저 시도함으로 외우고 암기하는 도덕교훈이 아니라, 실제로 자신이 행동하고 그 행동에서 타자에 대한 공감, 역할채택을 통한 정서적인 반응으로 스스로 도덕교훈을 아동들 간의 대화를 통해 모색하기에 현재의 지, 정, 행 통합교육보다 더욱 의미가 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze Hayao Miyazaki`s films in terms of a new moral teaching model for the elementary school education. His films can be understood in which, according to J. Lacan`s the symbolic world, the characters in his films overcome difficulties while the characters of Disney feature films are hidden in the imagery. This new moral teaching seeks to change the class sessions from the process of knowledge, feeling, and action to the process of action, feeling, and knowledge. In other words, this study seeks to allow the students act first and then respond to others, and they will acknowledge moral feeling and knowledge. I argue that this study might replace the current pedagogical system of the elementary school education.

대학 배드민턴 선수의 자기관리와 운동 몰입 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계

This study pursued two aims. One was to investigate structural relationships among the self-management, the exercise flow, and the exercise adherences of college badminton athletes. The other was to present the data in order to develope programs for badminton athletes’ adherence with various views. 250 college badminton athletes, who registered in Korean Sports & Olympic Committee in 2018, completed the questionnaires. 244 questionnaires were used in the final analysis with the method of non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. The conclusions are as follows; 1. College badminton athletes’ self-management has positive influence on exercise flow. 2. College badminton athletes’ self-management has positive influence on exercise adherence. 3. College badminton athletes’ exercise flow has positive influence on exercise adherence.

종교인문학, 고향 찾기의 치유 가능성

이 논문은 종교의 위기를 인문 교양(인문학)의 위기로 해석하며 종교인문학(Religious Humanities)의 내용과 치유 가능성 세 가지를 역사, 철학, 문학의 영역에서 살펴보려는 것이다. 먼저 종교인문학의 내용은 고향 상실과 고향 찾기이다. 특히 플라톤 『국가』 10권의 ‘에르(Er) 신화’에 나오는 영혼의 여행을 통해 고향 찾기는 고전 인문학은 물론, 종교의 핵심이라는 것을 소개할 것이다. 이후 종교인문학의 치유 가능성 세 가지를 구체적으로 살펴본다. 먼저 역사의 치유 가능성은 재해석의 힘이며 철학의 치유 가능성은 비판 정신, 문학의 치유 가능성은 공감, 곧 시적 정의(poetic justice)와 카타르시스로 소개하고자 한다. 이후 결론으로 종교인문학의 과제를 제안할 것이다. 이것은 아주 단순한 동물적인 것과 또한 반대로 세련된 것, 두 가지이다. This paper interprets the crisis of religion as a human crisis and attempts to examine the content and healing possibilities of Religious Humanities literature in the areas of History, Philosophy, and Literature. First, it will be argued that the core of Religious Humanities is the loss of Elysion and the search for Elysion. In particular, through the journey of the soul in ‘Er Myth’ in Volume 10 of Plato’s Πολιτεία, we will introduce that finding a Elysion is the core of religion as well as of the classical humanities. After that, we will examine in detail three possibilities for healing in Religious Humanities. First, the healing possibility of history is the power of reinterpretation, the healing possibility of philosophy is to be introduced as a critical spirit, and the healing possibility of literature is to be introduced as Empathy, that is, ‘Poetic Justice’ and Catharsis. In conclusion, I will propose the task of religious Human Literature. There are two things: the very simple animal and the sophisticated as opposed to the sophisticated one.

로컬과 트랜스-로컬 윤리학

이 논문은 장소성에 기초한 현재 한국(과 세계) 사회가 제국과 소비자본주의의 전략인 동화와 배제를 통해 자신의 경계를 확장하고자 하는 ‘전통적 장소성’의 문제점을 살펴보고 ‘다층적 장소성’에 기반 한 윤리학을 정립하고자 한다. 이를 위해 쿠바의 문학/영화를 분석하여 ‘로컬의 도덕’과 ‘트랜스-로컬 윤리학’이라는 윤리적 개념을 제시한다. 문화적 다양성과 차이로 인해 발생하는 문제들에 로컬의 도덕인 동화와 배제의 전략이 아니라, 다문화, 다인종 상황과 연계하여 ‘하위주체’로서 자신들의 외상 후 스트레스를 극복하려는 ‘자각의식’을 통해 ‘전통적 장소성’을 넘어 ‘다층적 장소성’으로 나아가는 ‘트랜스-로컬의 윤리학’의 지평을 펼쳐보고자 하는 것이다. 따라서 트랜스-로컬의 윤리학은 로컬의 도덕을 벗어나 대위적이며 유목적이며 다층적 교합과 상호 연결된 개념이라 할 수 있다. 이것은 편협한 지역적, 인종적, 계급적, 문화적 ‘경계의 도덕’, 혹은 ‘로컬의 도덕’에 빠져 민족주의, 인종, 젠더, 나아가 지역성의 경계에 매몰되는 것이 아니라, 환대의 윤리를 ‘장소성’으로 확장하려는 것이다. 쿠바 영화는 전통적 장소성에서 혼종 문화를 통해 식민과 수탈의 역사를 기억하고 재현하며 반복하여 다층적 장소성으로 나간다. 이러한 트랜스-로컬 윤리학의 사유를 통하여 자국민과 세계시민으로서의 길항 속에서 다문화 사회의 차이를 인정하고 포용함으로써 인간다운 사회를 실현해야 할 것이다. 따라서 타자와 소수자를 존중하는 사회의 윤리는 자신의 경계를 해체하여 혼종의 길을 걸을 때 가능할 것이다. This paper examines the problems of ‘local location’ in which the current Korean(and world) society based on the place of traditional locality is trying to expand its boundaries through assimilation and exclusion. To this end, we analyze ‘the self-awareness of Traumatic stress’ of the Cuban Literary/Film. Through this process, I will present ethical concepts of ‘local morality’ and ‘trans-local ethics’. ‘Trans-Local Ethics’ is a concept that is out of the ‘local morals.’ And this concept of ethics is interconnected with nomadic concept and multi-layered occlusion. Through Cuban cinema, I remembered and reproduced the history of colonization and repeatedly opened the way to ‘trans-local ethics’ with ‘multi-layered locality. Therefore, the ethics of society that respects other peoples and minorities will be possible when dismantling their boundaries and walking the path of hybridization.

21세기 지식기반사회의 차별화된 경쟁력은 바로 인재육성 여부에 따라 결정되며 세기 결정되며, 미래사회를 책임지는 유능한 인적자원을 어떻게 효율적으로 육성·배분·활용하느냐에 따라 국가나 지역의 경쟁력 확보가 판가름될 것이다. 이미 정부는 하드웨어 중심의 녹색뉴딜정책을 보완한 소프트웨어 중심의『휴먼뉴딜정책』으로 인적투자와 사회적 자본의 중요성을 강조하고 있으며, 이는 OECD국가는 물론 최근 국제적으로 성장세가 두드러지고 있는 동아시아 지역에서 참신한 여러 인적자원개발사업들이 성공적으로 추진되고 있는 것을 잘 확인해 볼 수 있다. 아울러 현재 세계 각국에서는 인적자원개발에 대한 다양한 노력과 투자를 아끼지 않고 있으며, 제도개혁이나 벤치마킹을 통해 효과적인 방법을 경쟁적으로 강구해 나가고 있다. 그 어느 때보다 동아시아 지역의 교류협력이 활발해지고 있는 시점에서 여기에는 인적자원개발 사업의 국제화·세계화 추진을 위해 호주, 중국, 일본, 싱가포르, 베트남 등 동아시아 지역 55개 국가를 대상으로 인적자원개발의 다양한 경험과 실용적인 정책과제들을 제안한다 The competitive and differentiated edge of the 21st century will be dependent upon the availability and development of human resources, and the level of national as well as local competitiveness will be decided on the basis of how one fosters, distributes and utilizes prominent human resources responsible for future society. The Korean government has already stressed the importance of social capital and human investment via the "Human New Deal Policy" centered on software efficiently remedied from the "Green New Deal Policy" founded on the hardware. This results from the various cases of human resource development projects successfully promoted in the East Asia region including OECD members. Today, many countries provide a variety of efforts and investments for human resource development and attempt to find effective ways via institutional reform and benchmarking of other development projects. With the intensification of exchanges and cooperation among East Asia countries, this inquiry particularly reviews and analyzes Human Resource Development of East Asia includes Australia, China, Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam. And the purpose of this study is to generate policy implications required for the establishment of Korean human resource development.

포스트모던 시대의 사이버 스페이스와 영지주의의 부활

우리가 살고 있는 포스트모던 사회는 모조의 시대이다. 실재에 기초한 이미지가 재현되는 것이 아니라, 실재와는 전혀 상관없는 이미지만이 끊임없이 생산된다. 거짓된 이미지는없음을 있음으로 보여주고, 그럼으로 있음을 없음 속에 해체시켜 버린다. 이것은 포스트모던 시대에 실재와 거짓된 이미지 사이의 구별이 사라짐을 뜻하는 것이다. 이러한 이원론의 와해는 고전적 명제인 영혼과 신체의 구별을 해체하며 사이버 스페이스 시대에 몸을 부정하는 것으로 나타난다. 그리고 그 몸의 부정(헬라어로 몸은 감옥, somasema)은 영지주의의 영향이다. 영지주의란 말은 '지식'을 의미하는 헬라어 '그노시스'(gnosis)에서 유래하였다. '그노시스'는 일반적 지식을 의미하기도 하지만, 특히 신비적 합일을 통한 지식, 친밀한 결합을 통한 앎을 의미한다. 이것은 일종의 '영적인 지식'을 뜻하기에 어원적으로 볼 때 영지주의는 신비적 지식을 통해 구원을 성취하려고 한 종교 운동이라고 볼 수 있다. 특히 신적인 것과의 합일, 몸의 부정은 영지주의의 핵심적인 내용이다. 이러한 고대 영지주의의 근본적 사상이 포스트모던 사이버 스페이스의 등장으로 부활 하고 있으며 동시에 사이버 스페이스는 그 철학적이고, 사상적인 근원을 영지주의에서 찾게 되는 새로운 시대가 개막이 된 것이다. 이 글은 최근 부활하고 있는 영지주의 사상과 그 경향들을 살펴보고, 사이버 스페이스와 같이 몸을 부정하는 일련의 흐름에 반대하여 신체성 긍정을 통한 기독교의 정체성을 모색하려는 것이다.
