This study aimed to develop low-salt seasoned Gim (김) with new functionality to meet the diversification of the export market and consumer demand for Gim, which is one of the four major seafood products in Chungcheongnam-do province. Spirulina, a microalgae containing essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, is known to have antioxidant components such as phycocyanin. Therefore, to determine the suitability of spirulina as a seasoning material, we conducted seaweed. It can be used as a substitute for seasoning salt in the development of low-salt seasoned laver with enhanced functionality.

한국적 정체성을 담은 교육용 피아노 작품 창작과 세계화를 위한 제언

외국의 경우 각국의 문화유산을 담은 교육용 피아노 작품 창작이 활발히 이루어지고 있고, 자국인이 창작한 작품들이 교육 현장에서 적극적으로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 교육용 피아노 작품 창작과활용이 아직 미흡하다. 이러한 현실에서 시카고에 소재한 세종문화회는2004년부터 한국 음악적 특징을 담은 교육용 피아노 작품을 지정곡으로채택하는 세종음악경연대회를 진행하여 한국인뿐 아니라 외국인들에게까지 한국 문화를 소개해오고 있다. 경연대회는 유치부, 초등부, 중등부, 고등부 4개 부문으로 구분되어진행되었고, 지난 18년간 이 경연대회의 피아노 지정곡으로 채택된 작품은 총 60곡, 이 작업에 참여한 작곡가는 30명으로 나타났다. 지정곡의분석 결과 작곡가들은 한국적 정체성을 드러내는 작품을 창작하기 위해한국 전통 민요나 전래동요의 선율을 활용하거나 전통 음계 및 장단을활용한 것으로 발견되었다. 특히 학생의 수준별 특징을 고려한 다양한 작품이 발굴된 것, 한국인뿐 아니라 다양한 국적의 참가자들에게 한국적 정체성을 지닌 작품을 소개한 것은 이 경연대회의 중요한 성과로 여겨졌다. 이에 연구자는 앞으로 국내에서도 한국적 정체성을 가진 교육용 피아노 작품 창작이 활성화되고 세계적으로 우리의 작품을 알릴 수 있는 방법을 모색할 필요성을 느끼게 되었고, 그 개선방안으로 1) 음악경연대회및 급수자격검증시험의 지정곡으로 사용, 2) 교육과정 개선과 인식의 전환을 통한 작곡가 양성, 3) 다양한 플랫폼을 통한 데이터베이스 구축 등을 제시하였다. 이 연구를 통해 국내 음악 교육계가 위와 같은 작업의 중요성을 인식하는 계기가 마련되고, 한국적 정체성을 담은 교육용 피아노작품들이 세계화되는 작업이 속히 시행되기를 기대한다.

This study was conducted to screen in vitro angiotensin - I converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activities of methanol (MeOH) and aqueous extracts at 20°C and 70°C, respectively, prepared from twenty-six red algae obtained from the coast of Jeju Island in Korea. Among aqueous extracts at 20°C (20AE) from red algae Lomentaria catenata showed the strongest ACE inhibitory activity and Lithophyllum okamurae recorded the second highest activity. From MeOH extract at 20°C (20ME) Ahnfeltiopsis flabelliformis possessed the strongest ACE inhibitory activity. Remarkable activities from MeOH extracts at 70°C (70ME) were observed in Grateloupia filicina, Sinkoraena lancifolia and Grateloupia lanceolata. However, no significant activity was found in aqueous extracts at 70°C (70AE). The IC50 values, which are concentrations required to inhibit 50% activity of ACE, for ACE inhibitory activities of 20AE from Lithophyllum okamurae and L. catenata were 13.78 and 12.21 μg mL–1, respectively. The IC50 values of 20ME from A. flabelliformis and Laurencia okamurae were 13.84 and 106.15 μg mL–1. Those of the 70ME from Bonnemaisonia hamifera, Grateloupia filicina, Sinkoraena lancifolia, G. lanceolata, Gracilaria vermiculophylla and L. okamurae ranged from 25.82 to 124.69 μg mL–1.

서울시내 중고등학교중 사회에 잘 알려져 있고 또 오랜 역사를 가진 2, 3개 학교를 선택하여 현재과학교육을 어떻게 실시하고 있나 하는 것을 조사하여 본 결과 다음에 보고하고저 한다. 매주 할당된 시간을 볼 때 현재 문교부에서 작정된 교육과정시간배당기준령에 의하면 위 표와 같이 중학교 교학(물상과 생물)이 매주 학년마다 4시간으로 되어왔는데 물상을 매주 2시간씩하는 학교가 약 60%, 3시간씩 하는 학교가 약 35%, 심한 것은 매주 5시간씩 하는 학교도 있었고 물상은 대부분이 매주 2시간이고 3시간씩하는 학교와 하지않는 학교도 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among family support, self-esteem and powerlessness in Psychiatric patients. A total of 169 subjects were influenced and they were hospitalized over 4 weeks at a local mental care facility located in Kyung Nam Province. Data were collected by face to face interviews from March 15th to April 15th. 2002. The instruments used for this study were family support scale(Hyun Sook, Kang. 1984), the self-esteem tool(Rosenberg, 1969). A Miller's powerlessness behavioral Assessment tool(1992) and Callista Roy's Health-Illness powerlessness tool(1972) revised by the researcher. The data collected were statistically analyzed by SAS program t-test. ANOVA and Pearson Correlation were employed to understand general characteristics of the sample to examine the relationships among study variables. The results of the study were as follows : the mean score of family support was 3.44 : the mean score of self-esteem was 3.55 : the mean score of powerlessness was 1.76. Family support had significantly a positive relationships with self-esteem. In addition family support and self-esteem respectively had a significant inverse relationships with powerlessness. Among general characteristics of the sample, the degree of self-esteem were shown as significant factors that influenced the degree of family support : the economic state was demonstrated as a significant factor influencing self-esteem : and the age, marital status, economic status and frequency of admission were shown as significant factors influencing powerlessness.

40세이상의 여성에서 난관복원술 후 임신율에 관한 임상적 고찰

1989년 1월부터 1994년 4월까지 만 5년 4개월간 차병원 산부인과에서 난관복원술을 시행한 40세이상의 여성 60예중 1년 이상 추적검사가 가능했던 43예를 대상으로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 대상환자의 연령은 평균 41.1세(40-45세)이고, 같은 시기에 시행한 764예의 5.6%에 해당된다. 2. 복원수술 후 임신까지의 평균 경과기간은 7.9개월(1-19개월)이었다. 3. 1년이상 추적조사가 가능했던 43명 중 25명에서 임신이 확인되어, 58.1%의 임신성공율을 보였는데, 그 구체적인 내용은 만삭분만 46.5%, 자연유산 28%, 난관임신 2.3%였다. 4. 불임시술 방법에 따른 임신성공율은 복강경에 의한 ring 삽입의 경우 73.3%, 전기소작술의 경우 45.8%로 양 방법간에 차이가 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 5. 연령에 따른 임신율은 40세의 경우 65%, 41세의 경우 100%, 42세의 경우 57.1%로 나타나 연령에 따른 임신율의 차이는 뚜렷하게 나타나지 않았다. During the 5 year period from Jan. 1989 to Apr. 1994, the women who underwent reversal of sterilization at an age of $gt; 40 years were analyzed. During the study period, a total of women $gt; age 40 underwent reversal of sterilization and 43 cases of them were followed up for more than 1 year postoperatively in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, CHA General Hospital. The results are as follows: 1. The mean age was 41.1 and these 43 procedures amounted to 5.6% of the total number of sterilization reversals(n=764) during the same period in the CHA General Hospital. 2. The mean duration between the operation and the occurrence of the first pregnancy was 7.9 months(range 1 to 19 months). 3. The overall pregnancy rate after tubal reversal was 58.1% and the outcome of the pregnancy was as follows: term pregnancy 46.5%, spontaneous abortion 28%, and ectopic pregnancy 2.3%. 4. According to the method of preceding sterilization, a distinct difference of pregnancy rates in favor of ring sterilization was observed: a 73.3% intraouterine pregnancy rate was achieved after this procedure.
