포충나방과의 물명나방아과에 속하는 얼룩애기물명나방(Elophila turbata (Butler, 1881))에 대한 성충, 종령유충, 번데기의 형태적 특징과 암수생식기를 도해하여 재기재하였으며, 또한 이 종의 생태적 특징을 관찰하고, 기주식물로 개구리밥, 좀개구리밥(Lemna perpusilla), 생이가래(Salvinia natans)를 확인하였다. Morphological characters of adult and immature stages on Elophila turbata (Butler, 1881) belonging to subfamily Nymphulinae, family Crambidae are redescribed base on Korean materials. Also we observed biological characters of this species including host plants, Spirodela polyrhiza(L.) Schleiden, Salvinia natans ($Linn\acute{e}$) Allioni and Lemna perpusilla Torre. And, photographs of adult, genitalia and immature stages are provided.

There are 7 classes, 17 orders, and 141 species of benthic macroinvertebrates at the 5 study sites from Feb, '91 to May, '92. Total species frequency number has less variations among sites than seasonal changes. Not considering seasonal changes this indicates that there are some influences from outside pollution sources. Seasonally, Ortho chadiinae sp. 2 take 21.2% share of total species. It was the dominant species in Feb. '91. With total average level Ephemeroptera take 51.3% of total species as first dominant species. Diptera 27.8% as second dominant species and Trichoptera 16.7% as third dominant species. Through these biological indexes, they appear to have unstable living environments in summer at sites 1 and 5. One can see that site 1 is more polluted than site 3 because site 1 has more pollution sources such as pastures and recreation areas.

Micro-fluidic chip has been fabricated by lithography process on silicon or glass wafer, casting using PDMS, injection molding of thermoplastics or 3D printing, etc. Among these processes, 3D printing can fabricate micro-fluidic chip directly from the design without master or template for fluidic channel fabricated previously. Due to this direct printing, 3D printing provides very fast and economical method for prototyping micro-fluidic chip comparing to conventional fabrication process such as lithography, PDMS casting or injection molding. Although 3D printing is now used more extensively due to this fast and cheap process done automatically by single printing machine, there are some issues on accuracy or surface characteristics, etc. The accuracy of the shape and size of the micro-channel is limited by the resolution of the printing and printing direction or layering direction in case of SLM type of 3D printing using UV curable resin. In this study, the printing direction and thickness of each printing layer are investigated to see the effect on the size, shape and surface of the micro-channel. A set of micro-channels with different size was designed and arrayed orthogonal. Micro-fluidic chips are 3D printed in different directions to the micro-channel, orthogonal, parallel, or skewed. The shape of the cross-section of the micro-channel and the surface of the micro-channel are photographed using optical microscopy. From a series of experiments, an optimal printing direction and process conditions are investigated for 3D printing of micro-fluidic chip.

PURPOSE: Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin/Kexin type 9 (PCSK9) is a pivotal regulator of low lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and LDL receptor (LDLR) metabolism, and the interest in PCSK9 has increased in cardiovascular diseases. Exercise reduces blood LDL-C via PCSK9-LDLR pathway in the liver and the vasculature. However, the mechanism of exercise-induced inhibition of PCSK is unclear. The aim of this review is to describe the role of exercise on PCSK9-LDLR axis in cardiovascular diseases. METHODS: This study review 34 previous studies focusing on the effect of exercise on PCSK9 in the human and animal. RESULTS: The effects of exercise and lifestyle intervention on hepatic and circulating PCSK9 are controversial. However, exercise consistently increases hepatic LDLR, and inhibits atherosclerosis via suppression of PCSK9 and LOX-1 in atherosclerotic region. CONCLUSIONS: Even though experimental data are still very limited, exercise training can improves blood LDL-C via inhibition of PCSK9 and enhancement of LDLR in liver and vasculature. The study of exercise on PCSK9 are urgently needed.

A power amplifier for Magnetic bearing system based on network is proposed in this paper. A power amplifier is classified into the linear method of simple circuit and the switching method of low power consumption. A power amplifier proposed in this paper designs into hybrid form which is mixed both the linear method and the switching method. Also, in case of using several independent power amplifiers, it is necessary to transmit control input from main controller to power amplifier and to control power amplifier system. A DSP controller board(TMS320LF2406) is adopted to solve this problems. Namely, a controller area network is constructed to receive control input from main controller and a digital PD control algorithm is realized to control power amplifier system in the DSP controller board. Experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed power amplifier system based on network.

정보통신기술의 급속한 발달과 더불어 인터넷이 널리 사용되게 되고, 인터넷을 통한 음성과 데이터를 통합한 서비스 사업이 크게 확산되어 가고 있다. 이에 따라 IP망에서 전송되는 음성의 품질은 현재 상용화되고 있는 VoIP의 대중화를 위해서 가장 시급히 해결되어야 할 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 IP망에서 전송되는 음성의 품질에 영향을 미치는 요소들과 음성품질 측정 방법을 분석하고, 차세대 네트워크에서 사용될 VoIP의 음성품질을 측정할 수 있는 측정방식을 제안 및 구현하였다. 제안된 방식을 이용하여 VoIP에서 음성품질을 측정한 결과, 음성품질은 코덱과 인터넷서 버스방식에 따라 달라지는 것으로 분석된다. Due to the rapid growth of the Internet, voice and data integrated service over Internet Protocol(IP) network is growing very fast. In order to popularize the commercialized IP telephony service, voice transmission quality through IP network must be enhanced. In this paper, we analyze various elements that interfere the voice transmission quality over the IP network and propose the measurement scheme that can measure voice quality over the IP network effectively. Using proposed scheme, we implement the scheme and measure the voice quality of VoIP. The result show voice quality is influenced by codec and internet service method.
