Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify Mothers' experience of elementary students diagnosed H1N1 in the year 2009 of the H1N1 outbreak to improve capabilities of the Government, local community and individual for a next infectious disease outbreak. Methods: A phenomenological approach was used for this study. Data were collected using in- depth telephone interviews. Study participants were 6 mothers whose elementary children had diagnosed H1N1. The method proposed by Giorgi (1985) was used to guide the process of data analysis. Results: After comparative analysis, the core category was "H1N1 infection", "The stuffy actuality" "For getting over H1N1" and "After H1N1 recovery". The participants demonstrated the experience that their children were infected and recovered from H1N1 and the meaning that the sudden outbreak of this novel flu virus disappeared. Conclusion: To coping with pandemic infectious disease, the health services for isolation and treatment of infectious disease should be provided promptly in collaboration with the government and local community. The competent authorities should offer health care providers specific management and resources without delay. Because of caregiver's absence to carry out home quarantine practically, it is indispensable to support of societies and work places.

Unmanned Aircraft System(UAS) is a huge and complicated system that is composed of UAV, ground control system, datalink system, and mission equipments. We have applied system engineering to development of UAS. Configuration management is very important activity for efficient developments. The Configuration management process comprises four distinct disciplines (Configuration identification, Configuration control, Configuration status accounting, and Configuration audit). This paper explains the configuration management system of UAS development project which ADD executes and introduces several examples of these four disciplines.
Development of Mathematical Task Analytic Framework: Proactive and Reactive Features

A large body of previous studies investigated mathematical tasks by analyzing the design process prior to lessons or textbooks. While researchers have revealed the significant roles of mathematical tasks within written curricular, there has been a call for studies about how mathematical tasks are implemented or what is experienced and learned by students as enacted curriculum. This article proposes a mathematical task analytic framework based on a holistic definition of tasks encompassing both written tasks and the process of task enactment. We synthesized the features of the mathematical tasks and developed a task analytic framework with multiple dimensions: breadth, depth, bridging, openness, and interaction. We also applied the scoring rubric to analyze three multiplication tasks to illustrate the framework by its five dimensions. We illustrate how a series of tasks are analyzed through the framework when students are engaged in multiplicative thinking. The framework can provide important information about the qualities of planned tasks for mathematics instruction (proactive) and the qualities of implemented tasks during instruction (reactive). This framework will be beneficial for curriculum designers to design rich tasks with more careful consideration of how each feature of the tasks would be attained and for teachers to transform mathematical tasks with the provision of meaningful learning activities into implementation.
마이크로웨이브 다중 대역 수신기용 Ku-대역 전압 제어 발진기 설계 및 구현

X-대역, Ku-대역, K-대역 및 Ka-대역의 신호를 수신할 수 있는 다중 대역 수신기의 구조를 제안하고 이를 구현하기 위해서 요구되는 광대역 및 높은 출력 전력 특성을 갖는 전압 제어 발진기를 설계 제작하였다. 완충단을 갖는 전압 제어 발진기는 정상 상태 조건에서 발진부의 특성이 완충단에 의해 영향을 받지 않도록 발진부의 출력 임피던스와 완충단의 입력 임피던스가 직교 교차하도록 설계하였다. 제작한 전압 제어 발진기는 튜닝 전압 0.0~8.0 V에서 14.00~15.20 ㎓ 대역폭을 나타내었고, 12~13 ㏈m 출력 전력 특성을 나타내어 다중 대역 수신기에서 요구하는 특성을 만족하였다. In this paper, we propose the architecture of a multi-band receiver which can receive X-band, Ku-band, K-band and Ka-band signals. For implementing this architecture, we designed a wideband and high power VCO with a buffer stage. In order that a buffer does not affect the characteristic of a oscillation in steady state condition, output impedance of a oscillation part and input impedance of a buffer are orthogonally crossed. The fabricated VCO meets the performance parameter of the multi-band receiver which has a 14.00~15.20 ㎓ bandwidth with respect to the tuning voltage, 0.0~8.0 V, and output power of 12~13 ㏈m.
유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 연합 상황 정보 관리를 위한 상황 정보 제공자 선택 기법

최근 상황정보 관리의 범위가 단일 도메인에서 다중 도메인으로 확장되면서 사용자의 상황정보는 사용자가 위치하고 있는 도메인뿐만 아니라 여러 도메인에 연관되게 되고 그로 인해 제공될 수 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스가 점점 다양해졌다. 다중도메인 환경에서 같은 종류의 상황정보는 다수의 로컬 상황정보 관리자에 의해 제공될 수 있기 때문에, 해당 상황정보에 대한 적합한 로컬 상황정보 관리자가 글로벌 상황정보관리자에 의해 선택되어야 한다. 본 논문에서 우리는 하나의 글로벌 상황정보 관리자와 여러개의 로컬 상황정보 관리자로 구성된 연합 구조를 제안하고, 연합 상황정보 처리를 위해 상황정보 제공자 선택 문제에 대해 논하고 선택 방법을 제안한다. 또한 연합 상황정보 관리에서 어떻게 이 선택 방법이 상황추론의 결과를 향상시키는지 보여준다.
