        유한요소법을 활용한 머시닝 센터 이송축의 열적 특성 평가

        As the operational speed of machinery progressively increases to improve productivity, the increased heat generation due to mechanical friction consequently results in a reduction of machining precision. Traditional heat generation evaluation methods involved attaching a temperature sensor to the primary heat generating part and deducing relationships between the collected data through an empirical model. This approach necessitates a substantial amount of experimental data and is prone to significant errors when the experimental conditions vary. To mitigate these disadvantages, it is crucial to establish a model for finite element computational analysis and construct a heat generation model through analytical methods. This study aims to identify the thermal characteristics of the Z-axis of a vertical machining center, which operates under harsh conditions while performing rapid traverses repetitively, and to develop a corresponding finite element analysis model.

        Proteomic Analysis of Differentially Expressed Proteins in Bovine Endometrium with Endometritis

        Endometritis is one of the primary reasons for reproductive failure. In order to investigate endometritis-associated marker proteins, proteomic analysis was performed on bovine endometrium with endometritis. In bovine endometritis, desmin, α-actin-2, heat-shock protein (HSP) 27, peroxiredoxin-6, luteinizing hormone receptor isoform 1, collectin-43 precursor, deoxyribonuclease-I (DNase-I), and MHC class I heavy chain (MHC-Ih) were up-regulated. In contrast, transferrin, interleukin-2 precursor, hemoglobin β subunit, and potassium channel tetramerisation domain- containing 11 (KCTD11) were down-regulated in comparison to normal endometrium. The proteomic results were validated by semiquantitative-PCR and immunoblot analysis. The mRNA levels of desmin, transferrin, α-actin-2, HSP27, KCTD11, and MHC-Ih were up-regulated by over 1.5-fold, and showed a pattern similar to their proteomic profiles. Desmin and α-actin-2 protein showed positive correlations between proteomic analysis and immunoblot analysis. These results suggest that desmin and α-actin-2 may play important roles in endometritis-related function, and could be useful markers for the diagnosis of bovine endometritis.

        비아환(肥兒丸)이 난소적출로 유발된 흰쥐의 골다공증 모델에 미치는 영향

        Objectives Osteoporosis is a common disease in adults with prevalence rate of more than 40%, and occurs more to female than to male. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Bia-hwan (Feier-wan) on the osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats. Methods 24 female rats were randomly assigned to a SHAM group, a control group, and a BAH group. Ovaries of the control group and the BAH group were extracted. After than, general animal feed were given to the SHAM group and the control group, animal feed contained BAH were given to the BAH group through mouths of them. After 8 weeks, rats were sacrificed and their weight, calcium, phosphorus, estradiol, total-cholesterol, triglyceride, ALP, albumin, AST, ALT, the weight of femur and tibia ash per body ratio, both area and thickness of trabecular bone, the area of osteoblast and the number of osteoclast were measured. Results The level of calcium, phosphorus, AST in the serum of the BAH group increased significantly compared to the control group. There was no significant difference between the control group and the BAH group in the level of estradiol, total-cholesterol, triglyceride, ALP, albumin, and ALT in the serum. There was no significant difference between the control group and the BAH group in the weight of femur and tibia ash per body ratio. The thickness of trabecular of the BAH group increased significantly compared to the control group, but there was no significant difference in the trabecular area. The area of osteoblast and the number of osteoclast of the BAH group decreased significantly compared to the control group. Conclusions From the results of the above study, oral intake of BAH can inhibit the decrease of calcium, phosphorus in blood and prevent the thinning process of the trabecular by suppressing activation of osteoclast. Thus, BAH may have effects on the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2017;27(2):19-27)

        중, 고등학생의 영어학습책략: 성격, 학습유형, 인터넷 사용을 중심으로

        This study deals with aspects of using English Language Learning Strategies by secondary school students. They are 1) differences in learners` ELLS use related to school grades, gender, career courses, and English proficiency, 2) relation between learners` ELLS use and their English proficiency, 3) differences between learners` personal (introversion vs. extroversion) or cognitive (left-brain vs. right-brain) types and student preference of ELLS use divided into six categories; and 4) differences between the ELLS use and learners` average Internet use per week as an indication of the ELLS use for Internet users. The main findings of this research are as follows: 1) There were statistically signifiant differences in ELLS use between middle and high school English learners and between high and low achievement students, 2) Using ELLS had a significant impact on English proficiency in all the categories, 3) There was a significant correlation between personality (introversion vs. extroversion) types and cognitive types (right-brain vs. left-brain), 4) There were no significant differences in ELLS use between balanced and unbalanced students in learning styles, and 5) There were significant differences in the ELLS use between the total amount of Internet use for everything and that of Internet use for English learning in between middle and high school students.

        요통으로 한방병원에 입원한 환자의 병력기간별 호전도에 관한 연구

        ObjectivesLow back pain causes disability and incurs large socioeconomic burden. Many cases of acute low back pain progress into chronic conditions. As the treatment peri-od extends, burden of socioeconomic expenses also rises. Thus this study is to investigate whether history period influences improvement rate of pain and disability in the patients who receive conservative Korean medicine treatment. Methods447 inpatients who received conservative Korean Medicine treatment for the management of low back pain have been grouped into acute, sub-acute and chronic ac-cording to the length of history period. NRS, ODI and improvement rate of each group were investigated. Treatment every patient has received as follow; acupuncture, herbal medi-cine, Chuna manipulation, bee venom, and physical treatment. ResultsAcute patients showed improvement with NRS of 3.98±2.50 and ODI of 28.04 ±21.54. The NRS of sub-acute patients showed improvement with NRS of 2.81±2.07,ODI also showed improvement with 11.64±13.94. Statistically significant difference was observed in NRS, ODI and improvement for acute patients. Improvement in pain and dis-ability was observed to be larger. ConclusionsIt demonstrated that receiving valid conservative Korean medicine treat-ment is beneficial for low back pain patients in improvement of their pain and disability.         고온고압증기멸균이 우황청심원에 미치는 영향

        Objectives To check marker content for appropriate quality control of Woohwangchungsimwon sterilized to ensure microbiological safety and to observe antioxidant activity for any changes in efficacy. Methods To measure any effects of sterilization on the effective compounds, 8 ingredients of Woohwangchungsimwon were screened for any changes in marker content using HPLC-DAD. Using the colorimetric method on the microplate reader any changes in total phenolic compound and flavonoid levels were observed. Antioxidant activity was measured using the DPPH, ABTS, and FRAP. Results Of the ingredients of Woohwangchungsimwon, 8 were subject to quantitative analysis before and after sterilization. 21.6 mg and 1.93 mg of Glycyrrhizin was found in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer pre and post sterilization, respectively. Decursin found in Angelica gigas Nakai increased from 0.16 mg to 0.29 mg after sterilization. Bilirubin found in Gallstone of Bostaurusvar. domesticus increased from 0.24 mg to 0.33 mg. Cinnamic acid found in Cinnamomum cassia Blume increased from 0.02 mg to 0.05 mg. Ginsenoside Rb1 found in Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer decreased from 0.02 mg to 0.14 mg. Paeoniflorin found in Paeonia lactiflora Pallas increased from 1.05 mg to 1.13 mg. Amygdalin found in Armeniacae Amarum Semen increased from 2.68 mg to 2.83 mg. L-muscone found in Musk increased from 0.63 mg to 0.76 mg. As for total phenolic compound and total flavonoid content, there was a 1.22 and 4.15-fold increase. DPPH and ABTS increased by 20.45% and 20.69%, respectively. FRAP activity was 2.78 times more active post stabilization. Conclusions This study confirmed that high temperature high pressure steam sterilization, a method used to ensure microbiological safety of Woohwangchungsimwon, does not affect marker content; in other words, does not affect quality of the Woohwangchungsimwon. It could also be seen that total phenolic compound and flavonoid content increased after sterilization. An antioxidant activity test showed that there was significantly increased activity of antioxidants. (J Korean Med Rehab 2015;25(1):45-52)

      • FPGA 를 이용한 프로토콜 연구 방법 제안

        특정 통신 프로토콜을 지원하는 물리 계층 트랜시버(PHY)가 없을 때 물리 계층의 부재로 인해 해당 프로토콜이 사용된 통신 시스템을 구현할 수 없다. 그래서 PHY 의 부재는 프로토콜 연구에 큰 걸림돌이 된다. 이런 경우 FPGA 로 물리 계층을 구현할 수 있다. FPGA 를 사용하면 목적과 상황에 맞춰 물리 계층을 구현할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 통신 속도, 채널의 개수, 오류 검출 알고리즘 등프로토콜의 다양한 요소를 사용자의 마음대로 구현할 수 있다. 본 논문에는 10Mbps 이더넷 통신에 대한 물리 계층을 FPGA 로 구현하는 실험을 담고 있다. 결과적으로 물리 계층의 구현에 성공했지만 검증에는 실패하였다. 실험에 사용된 보드에는 이더넷 PHY 가 장착되어 있었다. 이더넷 PHY 가 수 신 신호를 간섭해서 물리 계층의 동작성을 검증할 수 없었다. 추후에 이더넷 PHY 를 제거하고 재실험을 진행할 것이다. 비록 검증에는 실패했지만, 실험을 통해 FPGA 로 물리 계층을 구현할 수 있음을 보이고 통신 프로토콜 연구 방법으로 이를 제안하고자 한다.

        요통 환자의 요추 주변 근육 단면적과 신체안정성(Stability), 체중심(Center of Pressure)과의 관련성 : 동적평형검사(Tetrax)를 중심으로

        Objectives : To identify the association between cross-sectional area of lumbar regional muscle and stability(ST), center of pressure(COP) assessed by tetrax. Methods : Patients(n=55) who had taken L-SPINE MRI and Tetrax(Sunlight, Israel) were analyzed retrospectively. To evaluate the cross-sectional area of lumbar regional muscle, L-SPINE MRI was used. Data of ST, COP were accumulated by using dynamic equilibrium analysis by Tetrax. Of the lumbar regional muscles, the Psoas muscles and the Paraspinalis muscles were examined. Using Pearson correlation, we analyzed COP, ST and the difference between the cross-sectional area of lumbar regional muscles. Results : The variance of cross-sectional area of both sides of Psoas muscle and COP had moderate positive correlation(r=0.621). Between variance of cross-sectional area of both sides of Paraspinalis and lumbar regional muscle and COP there was low positive correlation(r=0.287, r=0.329) ST also had low correlation with variance of cross-sectional area of both sides of Psoas muscle. Conclusion : The variance of cross-sectional area between both sides of Psoas muscle had moderate correlation with COP.
