소방공무원의 직무관련 외상 유형에 노출된 빈도가 PTSD에 미치는 영향 : 분노반추의 조절 효과

Objective : This study aimed at investigating the relationship between exposure frequency of job related trauma types and the PTSD symptoms severity of firefighters, in relation to the moderating effect that anger rumination plays in the association between those of them. Methods : We examined data from 116 firefighters from Gyeonggi-do. The following instruments were applied: the Life Events Checklist (LEC), the Korean version of the Anger Rumination Scale (K-ARS) and the Primary Care PTSD screen (PC-PTSD). Results : A higher exposure frequency of job related trauma types was associated with severe PTSD symptoms; we discovered, however, that anger rumination exacerbated their relationship. Conclusion : This study showed that anger rumination is one of the variables to exacerbate PTSD symptoms in firefighters. Therefore, the study emphasizes the need to consider the level of anger rumination when running a program to predict or mitigate PTSD symptoms in firefighters.
Lubrication characteristics of dual piston ring in bent-axis type piston pumps

The bent-axis type of piston pump driven by the piston rod works by the piston rod driving the cylinder block; because of this the taper angle of the piston rod and the swivel angle between the cylinder block and the shaft are important design factors. If these factors cannot satisfy the conditions for optimum design, the friction loss between the cylinder bore and the piston increases, and the pump can fail to work under conditions of severe friction and wear. Since the piston reciprocates in the cylinder bore with high velocity, at the same time rotating on its own axis and revolving on the center of the cylinder block, a decrease of the volume efficiency is generated because of the leakage between the cylinder bore and the piston. Therefore, to prevent this, the piston ring is designed to be at the end of the piston, and the friction characteristics between the piston ring and the cylinder bore require further research due to their great influence on the performance of the piston pump. Thus, in this paper, the elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) analysis of the film thickness, the pressure distribution, and the friction force, have been studied between the piston ring and the cylinder bore in the bent-axis type of piston pump. The analyzed results show that the friction force is influenced by the rotating speed and the discharge pressure.

This study concerns the present possession of CT and MRI machines in Daegu and the technologists' awareness of Quality Control. the study was conducted by visiting forty medical institutions as well as a survey. The survey was carried out by technologists responsible for CT and MRI. CT and MRI machines have only been used in medical institutions in Daegu for a short period. The study revealed that most of them have been acquired by those institutions recently. Most of the technologists who participated in the study are aware of the (prescribed) Quality Control measures and conduct regular inspections in accordance with the quality control chart, however some of them do not.

재난관리기준은 선언문적인 문서 성격이 강하고 제정 • 고시 이후 지속적이고 체계적인 교육 • 홍보 등의 활동이 이루어지지 않아 각 기관 및 단체의 재난관리기준에 대한 인식 부족과 함께 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 재난관리 기관 및 단체 에서 재난관련 업무 수행 시 재난관리기준을 적극 활용할 수 있도록 이행활성화 방안이 연구목적이다. 재난관리기준에 대한 세부설명서 보급 및 홍보, 교육 계획 및 교재 개발, 재난관리기준을 근거로 한 평가 • 인증제도 그리고 재난관리기준에 대한 평가 •환류 이후 지속적인 개정관리를 방안으로 제시하였다. 아울러 재난관리 업무를 수행함에 있어 업무 척도로써 활용가능하기에 조직운영 및 법제도 관련 방안도 도출하였다. Disaster management standard has not been invigorated because it usually has documented qualities. Since its enactment and notification, there has been a lack of continual education and publicity that lead to poor awareness on disaster management. The purpose of this study investigates on activating the use of disaster management standards by disaster related agencies and organization during their work. It proposes details on how to distribute and promote disaster management standards, develop textbook, evaluation and feedback. Furthermore, it also developed an organizational structure and legal framework as measure for disaster management.

농어촌 등에서 소규모로 발생하는 하수를 환경친화형 인공습지 하수처리장에서 효과적으로 처리하기 위하여 인공습지 하수처리장을 시공한 후 3년 동안의 수처리 효율을 조사하였다. 하수처리 시기별 오염물질 농도 변화를 조사한 결과 BOD, COD 및 부유물질은 하수원수 농도의 편차가 심하였으나, 호기성조와 혐기성조를 통과하면서 농도가 급격히 감소하여 방류수의 BOD는 0.2~11.8 mg/L, COD는 1.0~41.9 mg/L 및 SS 함량은 1.1~6.5 mg/L이었다. 방류수의 총 질소 농도는 4~60 mg/L범위로 각 조에 유입되는 총 질소 농도에 따라 편차가 심하였고, 방류수의 총 인 농도는 0.02~3.51 mg/L범위이었다. 연차별 BOD, COD 및 부유물질 처리효율은 연차에 따라 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 시공 후 3차년도의 방류수의 BOD, COD, 부유물질의 처리효율은 각각 97, 92 및 99%로 매우 높았다. 연차별 총 질소와 총 인의 처리효율은 호기성조 처리수와 방류수 모두에서 연차가 증가함에 따라 점차 그 처리효율이 증가하는 경향이었으며, 시공 후 3차년도의 방류수 중 총 질소 및 총 인 처리효율은 각각 62 및 73%이었다. 계절별 BOD, COD, 부유물질 및 총 인의 처리효율은 4계절 모두 큰 차이가 없었으며, 방류수의 BOD 처리효율은 97~98%, COD 처리효율은 87~91%, 부유물질 처리효율은 99% 및 총 인 처리효율은 76~86%로 나타났다. 하지만 계절별 방류수의 총 질소 처리효율은 봄과 겨울철이 다른 계절에 비해 처리효율이 약간 감소하였고, 특히 겨울철 방류수의 총 질소 처리효율은 43%로 여름철의 61%에 비해 18%정도 감소하였다. A constructed wetland which was composed of aerobic and anaerobic areas was evaluated for 3 years to effectively treat the sewage produced in farming and fishing communities. For 3 years in a constructed wetland, biochemical oxygen demand(BOD), chemical oxygen demand(COD), suspended solids(SS), total nitrogen(T-N), and total phosphorus(T-P) in effluent were 0.2~11.8, 1.0~41.9, 1.1~6.5, 4~60 and 0.02~3.51 mg/L, respectively. Removal rate of BOD, COD and SS in effluent were 97, 92 and 99%, respectively, in the third year. As time goes by, removal rate of T-N and T-P in treated water in aerobic area and effluent were gradually increased in a constructed wetland. In the third year, removal rate in effluent were 62 and 73%, respectively. By the seasons, removal rate of BOD, COD, SS, T-N and T-P were 97~98, 87~91, 99, 43~61 and 76~86%, respectively. Removal rate of BOD, COD, SS and T-P were not affected by the seasons, but that of T-N in winter and spring were decreased than the other seasons.
