        疎風湯이 實驗動物의 心血關係에 미치는 影響

        연구배경 : 疎風ㆍ順氣ㆍ活血ㆍ祛痰 의 效能이 있어 中風 初期에 優先的으로 應用될 수 있는 處方임을 착안하여 高脂血症 外에 心血管系에 미치는 影響을 實驗的으로 糾明하고자 함. 방법 : 自發性 高血壓白鼠의 血壓變化, 家兎 의 耳殼血管灌流量의 變化, norepin-ephrine으로 誘導한 白鼠의 血管收縮變化, serotonin과 collagen으로 血栓性塞栓症을 誘發시킨 mouse의 死亡率變化, rat의 血小析凝集抑制 및 血凝凝固因子活性을 硏究 觀察함. 결과 : 血壓을 有意性있게 降下시키고, 家兎의 耳殼血管灌流量을 增加시켰으며, norepinephrine으로 誘導한 白鼠의 血管 收縮을 緩和시켰다. Mouse의 死亡率을 抑制시켰으며 rat의 血小析凝集을 有意性있게 抑制시켰으며 prothrombin time과 activated partial thromboplastin time을 延長시켰으나 有意性은 없었다. rat의 抗트롬빈活性을 나타냈으며 纖維素溶解時間을 有意性있게 短縮시켰고 纖維素溶解面積을 有意性있게 增加시켰다. 결론 : 疎風湯은 血管의 擴張에 의한 血流量增加 및 血壓의 下降을 나타내며 心血關系의 血液循環障碍를 改善시키고 혈전증 豫防하는데 사용할 수 있을 것으로 思料된다. The present experiment was desinged to investigate the effects of Sopung-tang water extracts on the Cardiovascular System in the Experimental Animals. Thus, the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were meas-ured after oral administration. Measurment of Mortality rate was observed for measuring the effect of Sopungtang water extract. Sopungtang water extract against pulmonary thrombo -embolism induced by collagen the mixture(0.1㎖/10g, 2㎎/㎏ B.W) plus serotonin(5㎎/㎏ B.W) in mouse. The effect of Sopungtang water extract was examined by observing the change of collagen-induced platelet aggregation, coagulation activity, exvivo and in vitro fibrinolytic activity of euglobulin fraction in rats. The results were summarized as followings. 1. Sopungtang dropped the blood pressure in spontaneous hypertensive rat. 2. The drug increased the auricular blood flow in rabbit. 3. The drug relaxed the artery contraction by pretreated norepinephrine in rat. 4. The drug inhibited the death rate of mouse which was led to thromboembolism by serotonin and collagen. 5. The drug ingihited the platelet aggregation in rat. 6. The drug prolonged the prothrombin time and activated partial thrombo-plastin time on the test of plasma coagulation factor activity in rat, but was not valuable. 7. The drug increased the antithrombin activity in rat and the fibrinogen lyses time was reduced and lyses area was increased. 8. Sopungtang reduced fibrinogen lyses time of rat in vitro assay. According to the above mentioned results, Sopngtang increased the blood flow and dropped the blood pressure by the dilation of blood vessel. And the drug presented the antithrombin acivity, inhibited the platelet aggregation.

        소풍탕(疎風湯)이 실험동물(實驗動物)의 심혈관계(心血管系)에 미치는 영향(影響)

      • 釜山市 地下商街의 大氣汚染度에 관한 調査硏究

        This study was performed to investigate air pollution of 2 underground shopping centers and 1 subway station in Busan, SO₂ CO, No₂ and THC were measured 4 times (a time each quarter) during 1987. The results were as follows. 1. The mean concentration of SO₂was 21.6 ppb at 3 sites and those were comparatively good air quality. The trends of concentration changes were same at 3 sites through seasons. 2. The mean concentration of CO was 3.86 ppm at 3 sites and there were no significant differences in levels among 3 sites. 3. The mean concentration of NO₂was 37.5ppb at 3 sites, all sites showed high concentration in summer season. 4. The mean concentration of THC was 8.4ppm at 3 sites, and showed higher pollution degree than the other pollutants. Methane of that was 3.55ppm, non methane was 4.88ppm, and the contribution of nonmethane was greater (about 3:2). 5. There were significant correlation between SO₂and CO(r=0.6738), NO₂and THC(4=0.7143). 6. To control of indoor air quality, comprehensive and systematic measures shouded be established.

      • 疎風湯이 腦血栓症 初期 患者에 미치는 影嚮

        We understand the meaning of The SoPoongTang's using and compared with western medical treatment of cerebral thrombosis, so except that The SoPoongTang is effective of preventing early cerebral thrombosis' degeneration. therefore, we had prescribed the estract of The SoPoongTang in 47 early cerebral thrombosis patients for a week from April, 1994 to December, 1994 and the result was as follows; 1. We observed recovering rates after a week; Headache 40%, Dizziness 87.5%, Insomnia 505, Neck stiffness 83.3%, Redface 755, Palpitation 100%; Avearge recovering rates 68.8%. 2. We observed the states of consciousness after a week; There were increasing from 41 patients to 43 patients in Gr-4 and decreasing from 5 patients to 3 patients in Fr-3. 3. We observed the states of swallowing after a week; There were increasing from 37 patients to 44 patients in having G.D. decreasing from 7 patients to 3 patients in having S.D and from 6 patients to 0 patients in having L.D. 4. We observed the states of motor weakness after a week. Upper Limb - There were degeneration in 12 patients(25.5%), changelessness in 25 patients(53%), and improvement in 10 patients(21%) Lower Limb - There were degeneration in 5 patients(10.6%), changelessness in 31 patients (66%), and improvement in 11 patients(23.4%) As a result, The SoPoongTang has effect in preventing of the most serious neurological symptoms-hemiplegia, bysphsia, metal disorder in early cerebral thrombosis. Additionally I recommend that we should compare and reserch three cases; independent priescription group(which are) used Urokinase, Heparine, etc. at the begining of Cerebral thrombosis in western medicine; a tretment group which are given combination of Western and Oriental medicine silmultaneously; and this study.

        OLED 디스플레이 제작을 위한 Joule 유도 결정화 공정에서의 유리기판에 대한 열해석

        Large area crystallization of amorphous silicon thin-films on glass substrates is one of key technologies in manufacturing flat displays. Among various crystallization technologies, the Joule induced crystallization (JIC) is considered as the highly promising one in the OLED fabrication industries, since the amorphous silicon films on the glass can be crystallized within tens of microseconds, minimizing the thermally and structurally harmful influence on the glass. In the JIC process the metallic layers can be utilized to heat up the amorphous silicon thin films beyond the melting temperatures of silicon and can be fabricated as electrodes in OLED devices during the subsequent processes. This numerical study investigates the heating mechanisms during the JIC process and estimates the deformation of the glass substrate. Based on the thermal analysis, we can understand the temporal and spatial temperature fields of the backplane and its warping phenomena.
