Currently, septic tank in separate houses & flats decompose fecal sewage only by settling and anaerobic digestion. Therefore, decomposing efficiency is lower than the criteria set by government regulations. This study was carried out to ameliorate effluent water quality from septic tanks using madia , which is consisted of wasted fishing net. The septic tanks used in experiments are equipped in flats( villa called in Korean) in Su-yong district of Pusan city. Results of experiments are as follows 1. Biofilm was formed on the surface of media, wasted fish net and the components produced by anaerobic degradation was methane 42%, carbon dioxide 51 % respectively. 2. The effective volume was decreased to 50.0% in the first basin of septic tank at Hanyang villa , 24.0% at Sunmoon by scum and sludge after 8 months operation 3. Compared effluent water quality before and putting media into septic tank, the decreasing rate of effluent TBOD by media was shown 46.3% at Hanyang, 25.8% at Sunmoon(as the blank) and then the decreasing efficency by putting media was calculated to 20.5% 4. In the aspect of recycling wasted fishing net resulting to natural environmental protection and decreasing loading rate of municipal sewage treatment plant, the saved money of plant operation and disposal of wasted fishing net will be summed up to 3 billions won in Pusan.

컨텍스크 기반 미들웨어는 응용 도메인에서 실제 상황을 구현할 수 있다. 전형적으로 실제 위치를 환경에 메핑시킴으로서 실제상황을 가변적으로 변화시킬 수 있다. 또한 실제 위치에 센서와 actuator 를 이용한 서비스의 라이프사이클을 원격지에서도 가변적으로 변경할 수 있다. 이 시스템은 CAMUS[1] 시스템에서 라이프 사이클 관리를 OSGi 기반으로 한 내용을 구현하였다. OSGi 는 홈 네트워크 관련 개방형 시스템 게이트웨이 시스템으로서 OSGi 를 이용함으로써 다양한 유비쿼터스 통신, 가정, 컴퓨터 시스템간의 쉽게 라이프 사이클 관리를 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The ideal method which measures a blood vessel of senility and degree of arteriosclerosis is to measure compliance of arterial and condition of blood circulation at the periphery. In these days vascular stiffness have been assessed by analyzing PTT (pulse transit time) from ECG and PPG. PTT is that between toe and finger each subject estimated through ECG and PPG signals. Two parameters, which are related to PWV, were tested with the time delay between the finger and toe. PWV is a variation of quantity which is associated with vascular stiffness. These researches which use PTT and PWV don't consider the blood vessel characteristic of an individual. In this current research, we have used with the blood vessel characteristic of an individual. That is an assessment of vascular stiffness using the variation of quantity in PWV with the changes of position in the subject. PWV variation increased as functions of the subject's age. The increase of the PWV variation parameters with age is attributed to the direct decrease of the blood vessel compliance with different position. The quantity of variation estimated by experimental results is that old age's (75.78${\pm}$7.75) case is 113.68% and young age's (26.47${\pm}$2.04) case is 85.69%. We proved and presented about estimation of vascular stiffness of possibility by this result.
항암제 유발 말초신경병증 변증평가도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도 평가

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of an instrument for pattern identification and evaluation in chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN).Methods: The study consisted of 66 patients with CIPN (visual analog scale ≥30 mm, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group ≤2). The test-retest reliability of the instrument for pattern identification and evaluation in CIPN was tested twice with the same patients in one week.Results: Pearson’s coefficient test-retest reliability of the instrument was 0.601-0.777. The internal reliability of each part was 0.619-0.811. To confirm the validity of the instrument for pattern identification and evaluation for CIPN, the correlation between the score for each identification pattern and that of other CIPN instruments was analyzed. The results revealed a positive correlation between the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General and CIPN-20.Conclusion: The reliability of the instrument for pattern identification and evaluation in CIPN was moderate, and the validity analysis revealed a positive correlation.
