정지용의 ‘民謠風詩篇’과 초기시의 다양한 형식에 나타나는 비근대적 사유의 양상

Considerable numbers of traditional elements can be found in Jeong Ji-Yong’s early poetry. One of the most significant implications in Jeong Ji-Yong’s early poetry is its folk style, which has been discussed in quite a few times. Surprisingly, discussions on Folk Style Poem Collection, of its term ‘Folk Style’ has been denominated by Jeong Ji-Yong himself, however, would not seem to be placed quite actively. In addition, it has been concluded that previous discussions on Jeong Ji-Yong’s poetry was only focused on his borrowing of folk style, which resulted in lack of detailed discussion on emotional contexts of folk style, Thus, this paper will review the format of Jeong Ji-Yong’s Folk Style Poem Collection and his mental orientation based on its format. Presumably, the main format of Jeong Ji-Yong’s Folk Style Poem Collection is closely connected with the principle of folk style’s extended edition. The insertion, which takes place in folk song’s oral transmission site, can be processed by adding performer’s own lyrics into its original lyrics and making it extended edition. In this process, individual songs can be affected as a whole component with overall organic characteristics. The process of putting four pieces of poetry into one collection under the same category of Folk Style Poem Collection has a similar aspect of folk song’s style of extended edition. This feature shows in the formal characteristics of symbols, functioning as a ring phrase and nonformal word spacing. Jeong Ji-Yong also made it clear of the value of his words (languages) in his thought. This rather has dynamic and fluid forms, which is totally different from the words that produce stereotype and fixed structure and value, The image of the words, which Jeong ji-Yong pursued had constantly shown in his works from Folk Style Poem Collection to Nostalgia. Words in his work pieces represent dynamics and openness, which embraces various things.

Procuration system is defined to be an institution that another person presents or accepts an expression for the principal so that the effect of law happens on the principal. In addition, in the case of representation of mandate, it is an expansion of private autonomy in the sense that one, with own intention, lets the third person commit a legal act and receives an effect. In the case of legal representation, the legal incompetent commits a valid legal act through a legal representative, and it has a function of supplementing private autonomy. However, it can be considered as an expansion of private autonomy in the respect that it creates a legal effect to the principal, for the principal on the premise of the intention of the principal. Merely, in the case of legal representation, it is considered to be different because the right of representation is granted under the law. All procuration system should not deviate from this original and characteristic. It is called an abuse of the right of representation when a representative works for himself or the third person, not for the principal who entrusts the right of representation. A number of theories exist for the case that the representative's action which corresponds to this happens. On the other hand, it causes another problem if procuration system, which is administered within a certain system, is able to fail to speak for the principal's opinion and profit. Procuration system is not always such in charter procedure, but it is considered somewhat meaningful because there exists a very unique phase, which is hardly found in general administration of procuration system. Charter procedure is commonly the most complicated among the administrative procedures, so the procuration system upon it seems to have a very peculiar characteristic. Other than the basic point that procuration system is managed for the principal himself, there might be various purposes such as stabilization of foreign relationship, effective management of related procedures, and etc. On charter procedure, procuration procedure seems to excessively emphasize the effectiveness of administrative procedure, among those several purposes. It is seen from the considerable amount of contents managed in charter procedure, other than the same points with civil law and the Civil Proceedings Act.Especially, about the management of comprehensive mandate system and appointment of sub-agent, the system is thought to be working for the comfort of representative more than for the effectiveness of procedure.Also, not a few of the contents, which regulate the unique produration system about charter procedure, are managed only with the basis related to the enforcement regulation format. Although it does not mean that these respect aught to be prescribed under the law, it needs a change, considering the fact that the recent tendency of legislation is trying to arrange legal basis as much as possible. Also, a problem of interpretation occurred while trying to include excessively complicated procedural term as a regulation.Though this originates in the complexity that the charter procedure carries, it is also a problem of legislation technology. Due to this kind of vagueness on regulations, the guidelines, which are only internal manuals, are sometimes understood as a bible. It needs to be stipulated more clearly.A national recognition of charter procedure is that it is difficult and complicated. Of course it is to create a new right by a certain procedure; therefore, it might be more complicated than other administrative procedures. However, it needs to be considered that the complexity originates from the systematic defect under management. About the charter procedure, procuration system is administered uniquely, and at some point, it needs to grope for more constructive plan for people. 트랜스코딩이란 기존 유선 환경에서 제공되는 웹 컨텐츠를 특정 환경에 적합한 형태로 변환 하는 것을 의미한다. 그러나 이와 관련된 기존 연구에서는 사용자가 요구하는 사항만을 변환 하거나 서비스 제공자가 일방적으로 변환하여 웹 컨텐츠를 제공하고 있다. 따라서 이슈변화에 따른 사용자의 대처능력이 떨어지기 때문에 사용자의 사용성이 저하되며, 사용자에게 무의미한 정보 제공의 가능성이 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 사용자 프로파일에 의한 요구사항과 서비스 제공자의 의견을 함께 제공 할 수 있는 변환 기법을 제안 하고, 특히 멀티미디어 뉴스 제작을 위한 표준인 NewsML을 대상으로 적용하였다. 사용자 프로파일에 의한 요구 사항은 XML 문서의 구조정보를 이용하여 자동으로 추출하고, 서비스 제공자의 의견은 문서의 레이아웃(Layout) 정보를 가지고. 어노테이션(Annotation) 기법을 활용하여 수동으로 추출한다. 그 결과, 사용자 관점에 부합하는 변환이 이루어지고, 다양한 이슈변화에 대한 대처능력이 향상되어 사용자의 사용성이 증대 되었다.

The summer climate is very hot and humid in Korea. The humidity is an important factor in determining thermal comfort. Recently, the research for dehumidification device development has been attempted to save energy that is required for the operation of the current dehumidifiers on the market. Existing dehumidification systems have disadvantages such as wasting energy to drive a compressor. Meanwhile, dehumidification systems with membranes can dehumidify humid air without increasing the dry bulb temperature so it doesn’t have to consume cooling energy. In this paper, the cooling energy savings was studied when a dehumidification system was applied in a model building instead of a chiller. The sensible heat load was almost the same result, but the latent heat load was decreased by 38.9% and the total heat load was decreased by 8.5%. As a result, electric energy used to drive the compressor in a chiller was saved by applying a membrane airconditioning system instead.
