한양방 병용치료를 통한 만성적 농흉의 완화 치험 1례

Objectives: The purpose of this case report is to describe the clinical effectiveness of Korean medicine, especially Jungcheonwhadam-tang and Bopyeoyangyeong-jun, in a patient with chronic thoracic empyema while receiving treatment for this condition. Methods: The patient who had been diagnosed with empyema complained of a cough, with sputum. The patient was diagnosed with pe-ong (肺癰) based on his symptoms and x-ray findings. He was treated with a range of Korean medicines, including a herbal decoction, acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping. A visual analogue scale and percentage pain reduction scale were administered after treatment. Results: After 20 days of the treatment, the patient's cough decreased by 80%, and sputum decreased by 50%. Conclusion: According to this study, Korean medicine, including Jungcheonwhadam-tang and Bopyeoyangyeong-jun, is effective in the treatment of chronic thoracic empyema.

뉴스 비디오 데이터에서의 가중치를 이용한 효율적 장면변환 검출 알고리즘

In order to construct the News Video Database System, cut detection technique is very important. In general, the color histogram, $\chi$2 histogram or Bin-to-Bin difference(B2B) techniques are mainly using for the scene partitioning. In this paper, we propose the efficient algorithm that is applied the weight in terms of NTSC standard to cut detection. This algorithm is able to reduce the time of acquiring and comparing histogram using by separate calculation of R, G, and B for the color histogram technique. And it also provide the efficient selection method fo threshold value by and use the news videos of KBS, MBC, SBS, CNN and NHK as experimental domains. By the result of experiment, we present the proposed algorithm is more efficient for cut detection than the previous methods, and that the basis for the automatic selection of threshold values. 뉴스 비디오 데이터베이스 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 장면변환 검출 기법이 매우 중요하다. 일반적인 분할기법으로 컬러히스토그램, $\chi$2 히스토그램, 그리고 Bin_to_Bin difference(B2B) 기법이 주로 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NTSC 표준에 따른 가중치를 적용하여 보다 효율적인 장면변환 검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 컬러 히스토그램에서 RGB의 값들을 각각 따로 계산함으로써 히스토그램 구성 및 비교에 필요한 계산시간을 단축하며, $\chi$2 히스토그램에서의 차이 값을 강조하여 임계치 선택을 용이하게 하는 장점을 제공한다. 이 알고리즘의 일반적인 성능 평가를 위하여 본 논문에서는 KBS, MBC, SBS, CNN 및 NHK의 뉴스 비디오들을 실험 도메인으로 하여 이용한다. 실험 결과에서, 제안한 방법은 기존 방법들보다 장면변환 검출에 더 효율적임을 알 수 있고, 임계값들을 자동적으로 할 수 있는 기반을 제시한다.

피로와 현훈을 동반한 알콜성 간질환 환자의 한방치험 1례

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effectiveness of Korean medicine, especially Palmijihwang-hwan and Oryung-san, on an alcoholic liver disease patient with fatigue and dizziness. Methods: A patient was treated with Korean medicine, including herbal decoction, acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping. Then, the patient was asked about his condition every day and underwent liver function tests three times. Results: After 13 days of treatment, fatigue decreased by 80%, and dizziness disappeared on the second day of hospitalization. It also recovered from indigestion and abdominal distension. Conclusions: According to this study, Korean medicine, including Palmijihwang-hwan and Oryung-san, is an effective treatment for symptoms associated with alcoholic liver disease.

가미온청음으로 호전된 쇼그렌 증후군 환자 치험 1례

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effectiveness of Korean medicine, especially Gami-onchung-eum, for treatment of a patient with Sjogren's syndrome. Methods: The patient, diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome, was suffering from systemic symptoms accompanied by dry mouth, dry eye, and fatigue. We treated her with Korean medicine involving a herbal decoction, acupuncture, moxibustion, and cupping. We used the European League Against Rheumatism $Sj{\ddot{o}}gren^{\prime}s$ Syndrome Patient Reported Index for assessment. Results: Based on the European League Against Rheumatism $Sj{\ddot{o}}gren^{\prime}s$ Syndrome Patient Reported Index, after 28 days of treatment, dry mouth decreased to a score of 5, dry eye decreased to 2, and fatigue decreased to 3. Conclusions: Korean medicine, including Gami-onchung-eum, may be an effective treatment for Sjogren's syndrome.

베체트병 환자의 복통 한방치험 1례

Objectives:The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effectiveness of Korean medicine, especially Pyungwi-san-gamibang on Behcet’s disease patient with abdominal pain. Methods:We treated him with Korean medicine, involving herbal decoction, acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping. Also, we ask a patient about his condition every day and recorded it. Results:After 6 days of treatment, abdominal pain decreased by 90% and diarrhea disappeared on the second day of hospitalization. Conclusions:According to this study, Korean medicine, including Pyungwisan- gamibang is an effective treatment for the cure of Symptoms associated with Behcet’s disease.

유아 숲체험교육의 운영실태와 개선방안

본 연구는 유아 숲체험교육의 운영현황을 살펴보고 이를 활성화하기 위한 개선방안을 파악하기 위하여 학 부모와 교사를 대상으로 자체 숲체험형, 위탁 숲체험형, 일반유치원의 세 집단으로 구분하여 숲체험교육 프로그램에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 분석 결과, 유아 숲체험 프로그램은 복합형 숲체험(자체+위탁형)이 가장 높게 나 타났으며 숲체험 연령은 만3세에서 시작하는 것이 적정한 것으로 조사되었다. 숲체험의 적당한 시간은 2시간이 가장 많았다. 또한 유아 숲체험교육의 개선방안에 대해서는 유아숲지도사 등 전문인력 및 보조인력의 확대와 유아숲체험 장소의 제공 및 체험원의 확대가 많았다. This study suggested the promoting plan through examining the current status of the forest experience education programs for little children. We conducted questionnaire survey for kindergarten parents and teachers on two typical type of forest experience education programs (self forest experience program, entrusted forest experience program, no forest experience program). The results showed that little children are suitable to start forest experience education programs at the age of three years. Also, Two hours were proper times for forest experience education programs for them. The current forest experience programs are necessary to strengthen certified educators and develop improved idea on various type of forest experience programs and places.

패키지 문서 평가를 통한 소프트웨어 품질 확립에 관한 연구

소프트웨어의 사용 영역이 확대되고 소프트웨어의 품질이 중요성을 더해가면서, 소프트웨어의 품질을 평가하는 방법에 대한 관심도 고조되고 있다. 소프트웨어의 품질평가를 위해서는 객관적이고 구체적인 평가지침의 확립이 중요하기 때문에 국제표준을 기준으로 자국의 실정에 맞는 표준을 제정하여 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 소프트웨어의 품질평가는 여러가지 측면에서 이루어 질 수 있다. 소프트웨어 제품의 구성요소 중 패키지 소프트웨어 문서는 소프트웨어 제품과 관련된 정보 제공을 통해 사용자들의 편리를 도모하고, 소프트웨어 품질 평가에 있어서 중요한 평가 수단으로 활용된다. 지금까지 패키지 소프트웨어 문서에 대한 요구사항과 문서 작성 프로세스에 관한 국제표준이 제정되고 관련 연구들이 수행되어 왔으나, 국제 표준들이 추상적으로 기술되어 있기 때문에 패키지 문서개발 및 평가에 적용하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC12119의 패키지 소프트웨어 문서 요구사항을 중심으로 ISO 9127과 기타 소프트웨어 사용자 문서 관련 표준 및 기존 연구 내용 분석을 통해 소프트웨어의 패키지 문서 요구사항 및 평가를 위한 체크리스트를 개발하고, 적용 사례를 통해 그 유용성을 보였다. As the application area of software grows bigger and the importance of software quality increases, software quality evaluation method is also getting a lot of attention. To evaluate the software quality properly, we need an objective and concrete evaluation mechanism. In general, practitioners customize the international standards to their own needs for this purpose. Package software documents plat an important role in software quality evaluation because it provides the information that helps customers use the software effectively and conveniently. h great deal of efforts has been made in terms of international standards for documentation and documentation process. However, those international standards are too abstract to be applied directly to domestic software packages. In this paper, we developed a guidelines and checklists for writing and evaluating package software documents. Our research basically followed ISO 12119, ISO 9127 and some related research results. Also we proved the effectiveness of this research through actual tests with package softwares.
