임실N치즈축제 성공요인 중요도 분석 - 전문가와 지역주민 인식 비교를 중심으로 -

이 연구의 목적은 임실N치즈축제의 성공요인들에 대해서 전문가 그룹과 지역주민 그룹 간의 중요도 인식의 차이에 관해 분석하고, 그 분석 결과를 토대로 정책적 함의를 도출함으로써, 향후 각 지역에서 개최되는 지역축제의 성공모델을 구축하는 데 도움을 주고자 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전문가용 설문지 30부(공무원 10명, 지역주민 10명, 전문가 10명)를 계층분석법(AHP)으로 분석하였다. 상대적 중요도는 이원비교(Pairwise Comparison) 방법 즉, 각 지표를 2개씩 상호 비교하는 방법으로 분석하였다. 설문은 1차 수준은 3개 분야, 2차 수준은 9개 분야, 3차 수준은 26개 지표를 선정하였다. AHP 전문프로그램인 “Expert Choice 11.5”를 활용하여 최종 표본에서의 고유벡터 값을 구하였다. 분석 결과는 3가지이다. 첫째, 임실N치즈축제의 성공요인들에 대해서 전문가 그룹과 지역주민들 간에 인식의 차이가 존재하고 있다. 둘째, 임실N치즈산업 성공요인 중 1차 수준에서는 정치·행정적 요인이, 2차 수준에서는 풍부한 먹거리, 단체장의 의지, 지정환 신부 등이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 3차 수준에서는 치즈, 피자, 전폭적인 예산지원, 천만송이 국화꽃, 지정환 신부와 50년 치즈역사 등의 순으로 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 정책적 함의는 3가지이다. 첫째, 자치단체장의 적극적인 관심과 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 천만송이 국화와 함께 하는 임실N치즈축제를 업그레이드하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 장미원조성과 농촌테마공원 사업추진 시 멀티광장 조성이 필요하고, 치즈테마파크와 치즈마을의 농촌테마공원의 동선을 연결하여 지역의 치즈마을도 상생할 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in the perception of importance between the groups of experts and local residents on the success factors of the Imsil N Cheese Festival, and to provide the basis for establishing a successful model of the Imsil N Cheese Festival in the future, and to help build a successful model of the regional festival in each region in the future. To this end, 30 copies of the expert questionnaire (10 public officials, 10 local residents, and 10 experts) were analyzed by the AHP. Relative importance was analyzed by comparing two indicators with each other by using a two-way comparison method. For the survey, three areas were selected for the primary level, nine for the secondary level and 26 for the third level. The value of the eigenvector from the final sample was obtained using the AHP specialized program "Expert Choice 11.5". There are three kinds of analysis results. First, there is a difference in perception between groups of experts and local residents about the success factors of the Imsil N Cheese Festival. Second, political and administrative factors were found to be important factors at the first level of the Imsil N cheese industry, and abundant food at the second level, the will of the group leader, and Father Chung Ji-hwan. Third, cheese & pizza, full budget support, 10 million chrysanthemum flowers, Father Jung Ji-hwan and Cheese History for 50 years were found to be important factors in the third level. The policy implications of this study are threefold. First, active attention and support from the head of the local government are needed. Second, it is necessary to upgrade the Imsil N Cheese Festival with 10 million chrysanthemums. Third, it is necessary to create a multi-square for the creation of roses and the promotion of the rural theme park project, and to connect the movement of the Cheese Theme Park and the Rural Theme Park in Cheese Village so that the local Cheese Village can coexist.
완전정맥마취와 휘발성유도/유지마취에서 정량적 뇌파를 이용한 마취심도의 감시

To evaluate method for monitoring anesthetic depth with quantitative electroencephalography (q-EEG), we recorded processed EEG (raw EEG) and pain score till 100 minutes in beagle dogs anesthetized for 60 minutes with propofol (n = 5, PRO group), isoflurane (n = 5, ISO group) and propofol-ketaminefentanyl (n = 5, PFK group). Raw EEG was converted into 95% spectral edge frequency (SEF) by fast Fourier transformation (FFT) method. We investigated anesthetic depth by comparing relationship (Pearson's correlation) between q-EEG (95% SEF) and pain score. Pearson's correlation coefficients are +0.2372 (p = 0.0494, PRO group), +0.79506 (p < 0.001, ISO group) and +0.49903 (p = 0.0039, PFK group).
분무열 분해법으로 성장한 Ca doped TiO2의 구조특성에 관한 연구

TiO2 films were deposited onto the glass substrates by means of spray pyrolysis. The structural properties of TiO2 films have been studied using XRD, SEM, and EDS. The TiO2 films prepared with substrate temperature of 450℃ were identified as tetragonal structure of TiO2 films with (101) preferred orientation. X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis revealed that TiO2 films have a tetragonal structure. Upon annealing at 600℃ for 2 h in an ambient air, these film became polycrystalline. TiO2 films doped with calcium had a same type of structural property with TiO2 film as (101), (004), (200) peaks of XRD pattern didn`t have any change based on the XRD pattern Intensity.
간헐적 일시 정맥주사 마취에서 정량적 뇌파분석을 이용한 마취 심도의 평가

To assess anesthetic depth using quantitative electroencephalography (q-EEG), we recorded processed EEG (raw EEG) till 100 minutes in beagle dogs anesthetized for 60 minutes with tiletamine/zolazepam (n=5, TZ group), xylazine/ketamine (n=5, XK group) and propofol (n=5, PI group) by intermittent bolus injection. Raw EEG was converted into 95% spectral edge frequency (SEF) and median frequency (MF) through fast fourier transformation (FFT) method. 95% SEF value of TZ group was significantly higher (p<0.05) than the XK group from 10 minutes to 100 minutes. 95% SEF value of PI group was significantly higher (p<0.05) than the XK group from 10 minutes to 40 minutes, and significantly low (p<0.05) than XK group at 90 and 100 minutes. MF was significantly higher (p<0.05) in TZ group from 60 minutes to 100 minutes. Based on these results, using dissociative agent with ${\alpha}_2$-adrenergic agent is more potent in CNS depressed than using dissociative agent alone, and low doses of propofol has a disinhibitory effect on CNS.
CLA와 selenium의 투여가 닭의 체구성과 혈중 콜레스테롤 수준에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine whether conjugated linoleic acid and selenium supplementation in broiler chicken diets would be effective, enhance indices of immune status and body weight, and modulate serum lipid concentration. Forty Hyline brown chickens, 1 weeks of age, were divided into 5 groups of 8 chickens. Chickens were fed the experimental diets supplemented with 1% CLA (conjugated linoleic acid; Group 1), 1% CLA + selenium (Group 2), 1% safflower-seed-oil as LA (Group 3), 1% safflower-seed-oil as LA + selenium (Group 4) or nothing (Control) for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, serum, liver, spleen and abdominal fat were taken. Measurement of total immunoglobulin were executed using sandwich ELISA. Weight ratio of liver to body showed that the group fed with CLA were significantly higher than the group fed with CLA + selenium. Weight ratios of spleen and fat to body showed no significantly differences. In concentrations of serum total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol, the group fed with CLA showed significantly higher values than that fed with CLA + selenium. In concentrations of serum triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol there were no significantly differences between the treatment groups. In conclusion, supplementation of CLA with selenium protected hepatomegaly and reduced level of serum total cholesterol and HDL-cholestererol in chickens.
Active biotelemetry를 이용한 젖소의 스트레스 반응 측정: II. 수송 스트레스 감소를 위한 수액투여 효과

A transport stress is one of the main causes of economic losses and physiological dysfunction. The present study has been performed to suggest a method to decrease the adverse effects above mentioned from transport. The groups were prepared as follows; (1) Control group : 4 cattle transported for 5 hrs (274 km) without any treatment, (2) Treatment group : 4 cattle treated with electrolyte-mineral solution (I.V.) at 1 hr before the enrollment of transport under same experimental condition with Control group. The blood specimens were collected at 1 hr before transport, 2.3 hrs (135 km) and 5 hrs (274 km) after the enrollment of transport, and 1, 6 and 18 hrs after fulfillment of transport. The collected blood specimens were analyzed for cortisol and epinephrine. Core temperature and heart rate were measured with active biotelemetry in every 30 minutes from 0.5 hr before the start of transport to 18 hrs after the end of transport. In results, the level of cortisol considerably increased to the peak either in Control group ($5.3{\pm}1.3{\mu}g/d{\ell}$) and in Treatment group ($4.0{\pm}2.6{\mu}g/d{\ell}$) at 2.3 hrs in transport. The concentration of epinephrine of Treatment group had been higher than that of Control group from the start of transport to 18 hrs after the fulfillment of transport. Particularly there was the biggest gap between Control and Treatment groups, $424.0{\pm}194.1pg/m{\ell}$ and $209.1{\pm}65.1pg/m{\ell}$ respectively, at 6 hrs after the end of transport. The heart rates were considerably increased either in Control group ($81.5{\pm}18.5$ to $126.3{\pm}7.8beats/min$) and in Treatment group ($114.3{\pm}14.4$ to $140.8{\pm}22.4beats/min$) with the enrollment of transport. These results indicate that the concentration of cortisol and the heart rate were pertinent to cognitive parameters to evaluate physiological responses against stress such as transport. In addition, the intravenous administration of electrolyte-mineral solution could be suggested as the method to decrease the adverse effects from a transport stress.
